Stopped by this small local gem on my first day in Turin, and it was exactly what I needed! The Vitello Tonnato was fantastic—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The pasta was fresh and delicious, and the Aperol Spritz was just the right touch after a long day of traveling. The handwritten menu added a charming personal touch, and the service was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. Everything felt authentic and cozy. A perfect first taste of Turin!

The dishes showcase Piedmontese tradition with care and passion: each course was well-balanced, generous without being overbearing, and with top-quality ingredients that truly make the difference. Special praise for the service: the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to explain the menu with expertise. The wine selection is also noteworthy, well-balanced to accompany the dishes. The price is more than fair for what you receive in terms of taste and attention: a place I highly recommend, perfect for a pleasant lunch where you can feel at home and yet pampered.

I visited this trattoria with my boyfriend, and we ordered two appetizers and two first courses. I absolutely recommend the tomini and veal with tuna sauce: they were truly exceptional. We also loved the tagliolini with venison ragù, simply delicious! The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming: the tavern is small, with limited seating, so I recommend booking in advance. However, it's definitely worth it to enjoy carefully prepared traditional Turin dishes. One thing that particularly struck me was the lack of a fixed menu: the daily specials are handwritten on a simple sheet of paper, allowing them to vary based on the season and the best ingredients. If you want an authentic experience and enjoy excellent local cuisine, I highly recommend it!

A fantastic family-style taverna with traditional Piedmontese food, deliciously cooked and served in a rustic, cosy environment. Best to book a spot otherwise the tables fill up immediately, and lunch recommended!

A great experience at this characteristic Piedmontese Piola. Excellent appetizers, well-served, and generous portions. Delicious goat cheese, tomini with caramelized onion, porcini flan with toma fondue, and bread with lard, honey, and walnuts. Excellent herb plin with butter and sage. Hazelnut cake with custard. Highly recommended for the quality of the food, the service, and the hospitality. Very fair prices, absolutely recommended, and if you're bringing someone for dinner, you'll make a great impression! Congratulations!

It's a genuine place, both for its pleasant atmosphere and for the truly delicious food and drinks. The food is excellent and refined, such as the cheese and cold cuts platters from small rural producers in the Susa and Sangone valleys, such as the finely chopped veal with tuna sauce, the giardiniera, the carpione, the flans, the carpaccio, and the homemade pasta dishes with mountain butter. We tasted an excellent Verduno Pelaverga DOC.

Small restaurant located in a not too nice area. Homemade food, small portions at a popular price and locals chatting and chatting. Very Italian. We ate quite well. Good service. If you are in the area and want cheap homemade Italian food, this is your option.

This taverna was a great spot for lunch. The food was full of flavour and clearly made with care. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well prepared. Prices were pretty reasonable, though the portion sizes were a bit smaller than expected. That said, the quality made up for it, and the overall experience was still really enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, a great place to sit back and enjoy a good meal. Would happily come back, maybe just order a little more next time!😋

Traditional tavern with tasty food and extremely affordable. I was shocked at how affordable this place was, I was able to order two courses due to this. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I wish the pasta portion was a little bit bigger even if I had to pay more.

È consigliabile prenotare se si vuole trovare posto a pranzo xchè l'ambiente ha pochi tavoli. Il servizio è veloce, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è casalingo con numerose proposte per gli antipasti.

Avevo altissime aspettative per questo ristorante. Mi sono trovata bene, ma non tornerei di corsa. I piatti erano tutti buoni, ma nessun wow! Il dolce era veramente secco, lo abbiamo avanzato. Prezzi molto bassi.
