Perché? Siamo stati in molti ristoranti Michelin, ma perché questo ristorante non ha ancora una stella? È significativamente più alto rispetto ad altri ristoranti Michelin sotto molti aspetti: nella presentazione, nell'eccellenza del personale, nel gusto e nella qualità del cibo. Sicuramente 6 su 5!

Abbiamo cenato in questo posto meraviglioso e tutti i piatti erano una delizia per il palato. I nomi per ogni portata molto particolari . Il servizio eccellente, sempre accompagnato da un ottima spiegazione. Prezzi molto giusti. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Sono stata da Guviol la sera di San Giovanni, e nonostante la festività il locale non era affollato, cosa che ho sinceramente apprezzato. L’atmosfera è intima, con luci soffuse e un’acustica piacevole che permette di conversare con tranquillità, senza dover alzare la voce. La mise en place elegante ma non eccessiva, curata nei dettagli. La carta dei vini è vastissima, davvero per tutti i gusti e con etichette molto interessanti. Un plus che ho gradito molto sono state le coccole fuori menù: un calice di vino di benvenuto e un piccolo assaggio, davvero piacevole. Il pane? Non buono… di più! Fatto in casa, profumatissimo e dal gusto sorprendente, tanto da meritare una menzione a parte. Nel complesso un’esperienza raffinata ma accogliente, con attenzione al cliente e una cura per i dettagli che fa la differenza. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Brava anche la ragazza che ci ha fatto amare il posto, con la sua precisione e dolcezza perché anche un buon servizio è importante! Grazie ragazzi !

Bellissima scoperta. Non i soliti piatti, ma la tradizione viene valorizzata da fantastiche intuizioni della cucina con abbinamenti che risaltano i sapori dei piatti. Servizio attento e camerieri molto gentili. Vasta carta dei vini tra cui scegliere valide soluzioni per accompagnare i piatti. Ambiente discreto, sedute comode e atmosfera rilassata. Ristrot Guviol è stata una scoperta che mi ha letteralmente conquistata. Un posto dove il cibo è pazzesco, con una cucina gourmet ricercata ma finalmente intelligente e accessibile. Qui non si cade nel tranello dei sapori estremi o troppo “concettuali” che poi non piacciono a nessuno. Al contrario, ogni piatto ha gusti pieni, equilibrati, profondamente buoni, studiati con grande tecnica ma pensati per essere goduti fino all’ultimo boccone. Le porzioni sono oneste, cosa che oggi non è affatto scontata, e la qualità delle materie prime si sente subito. La carta dei vini è straordinaria, con scelte ricercate e abbinamenti che valorizzano davvero il cibo. L’ambiente è super chic e raffinato, curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante senza essere freddo. È uno di quei posti in cui ti senti subito bene e capisci di essere nel posto giusto ancora prima di iniziare a mangiare. E lo dico da romana, quindi da persona che sa bene cosa significa mangiare bene davvero: Ristro Gubiol è un ristorante che ha un’identità forte, una cucina sincera e un livello altissimo. Per non parlare del personale altamente preparato e gentile. Me ne sono innamorata e ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte. Assolutamente consigliato.

Trovato per caso ma è stata una piacevolissima scoperta. Materia prima eccellente, trattata con sapiente maestria. È una bella esperienza gastronomica, tra il passato ed il presente, dall'antipasto al dolce. Consiglio le animelle e l'anatra. Dolce buonissimo e leggero. Ottima scelta dei vini. Il servizio è impeccabile

Piacevole scoperta. Se volete assaporare il gusto della tradizione piemontese con delle rivisitazioni… beh, questo è il posto giusto. Qualità della materia prima e grande maestria dello chef. Carta eccellente e piatti che non ti aspetti, studiati e di qualità e molto curato il servizio. Soddisfatti di tutta la cena, da ripetere.

Absolutely the TOP restaurant in Torino, no doubt. The food should deserve 7 stars (on a scale 1-5) for the quality of ingredients, the inventiveness, the details. Portions are small, as they should. The wine list is absolutely superb, even the low-range bottles/glasses. The ambient is unpretentious, warm and neat. The staff extremely welcoming, helpful, friendly but not intrusive; they speak Italian, English and French (that I know of). I have never left after dining with the tiniest critique.

Found this fantastic restaurant by accident whilst visiting Torino for a couple of nights, on our last night, and what a find. The service was 10/10. A free local aperitif on arrival, homemade breads, all courses were amazingly tasty ( I had pigeon for secondo) fresh with with wonderful tastes. Definitely recommend.

The best restaurant in our holidays! The place is super cozy the service was super kind and proactive, and the food….no words! The Melanzane was the best we had the tomato sauce was excellent, the rissoto had intense flavor and was super balanced with the creaminess and the fish was exquisite! What we also liked is that they offer you free appetiser and small dessert on the house, it was an experience 💚 Truly, come here it will not dissapoint

I was lucky enough to be invited to this restaurant for lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. The restaurant is itself quite unassuming, simple and to the point, but with a refined sophistication. The walls are decorated with, among other items, interesting pieces from wooden wine boxes. I guess this is a nod to the extensive wine list on offer, which is like a heavy bible, offering wines of all types, both local and international. Lorenzo, who I understand is one of the partners, was our server. a most knowledgeable and friendly man. We were offered an "amuse bouche" of blue cheese before our starters arrived. I went for the foie gras. The plate consists not only of a liver pate, but the liver itself. Delicious with the raspberry vinaigrette and dressings, sandwiched between toasted bread with walnuts and raisins. I chose a "primi" as my main course - duck filled ravioli with edamame peas. That was enough for me, considering the time of day. The meal was accompanied by a flavorful Pecorino - dark yellow in color and very earthy. Friends at the table ordered desserts (see attached photos). A fantastic experience - highly recommended. How this restaurant does not have any Michelin stars I don't know! I look forward to when I am next in Torino to visit again. <3

One of the best tasting menus in Turin! Price quality is excellent and the portion sizes are perfect ( not too small or too big) . They have 2 tasting menus - one for 60€ per person and one for 45€ per person. We got the 60€ per person ( 6 courses and 1 dessert ) and it was totally worth it! Absolute must try ! The second time visiting Turin, we tried the regular a la carte menu in 2 and we spent 99€ eur in 2. An highlight is the duck - that besides from being cooked to perfection, had the most delicious sauce and side dish accompanying it . The staff is super attentive and friendly. They have a good selection of national and international wines and distilled spirits. The restaurant is centrally located, only a few minutes from the train station and the main shopping street in the city center. Parking is available on the street.

We came for Sunday lunch. Friendly service, took the time to explain the dishes to us. I had the seared scallops as an Antipasti and it was done to perfection. Rach had the Tajarin, but could best be described as homemade pasta with a very rich seafood bisque. I had the white fish and Rachbthe red mullet; red mullet was breaded and very nice. And the meal would be incomplete without dolce. Went with the ricotta with coffee ice cream while raspberry mousse with chocolate rice. I would be very happy to drive over for lunch when we are next back in Asti. Thank you very much, Lorenzo for a delightful lunch!

The restaurant has a very lovely atmosphere. The service is excellent. Our waitress was really nice, professional and attentive to detail. She made sure we were satisfied with our experience throughout the night. In terms of the food, we took the tasting menus. Some things on the menu were preferable to others just in terms of personal taste and preference. The food that stood out to us was the vitello tonnato, the veal cheek, and the ravioli. Overall a great experience, would recommend for a special occasion.

The cozy ambiance combined with its location in a beautiful neighborhood made for a perfect dining experience. The beef cheeks were absolutely divine – melting in your mouth with each bite. The cuttlefish ink pasta was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor, and let's not forget the local cheese plate which was delicious. Beyond the delicious food, the service was impeccable. Great restaurant in the heart of Turin yet on a quiet side street. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Dishes aren't your traditional italian ones, but a take on flavours and taste. So don't expect to find a lasagna or similar classics, go elsewhere for that. Very good local wines selection too. Worth a visit you won't be disappointed.

I’m originally from Turin and never been to this restaurant before. I must say it was an incredibly delightful discovery. Every single plate was innovative and delicious, presenting unusual ingredients and combined together in some very interesting ways. The service was also impeccable, explaining every dish, and the location was perfectly on theme. Finally the quality-price ratio was also surprising, the dishes served almost felt like Michelin star restaurant worthy dishes but the price was nowhere near that level. I strongly suggest this restaurant for an intimate romantic dinner if you wanna impress your partner, or with friends and family who love food.

Nice meal, friendly staff, 100 euro meal for 2 people and we got 3 appetizers, one main, cheese platter, dessert and 4 drinks - and were stuffed. The lamb main and scallops and egg souffle apps were delicious, as was the passion sphere dessert. The raw meat was good but couldn't eat that much of it and the cheese platter was nice but some of the cheese I really didn't like (castelmagno). Overall, wonderful dining experience in a nice cozy setting.

Bel locale, atmosfera e servizio raffinati, personale davvero gentile e cortese. Apprezzata l’entree di benvenuto. I piatti sono presentati con ricercatezza e molta attenzione ai dettagli. Tuttavia, il gusto non mi ha davvero colpito quanto speravo. I tajarin al tartufo bianco sono arrivati con le scaglie già sopra, cosa un po’ insolita e che lascia qualche dubbio sulla veridicità del tartufo stesso. Buono l’uovo a bassa temperatura con porcini. Il prezzo l’ho trovato un po’ eccessivo rispetto all’esperienza complessiva, pur avendo comunque trascorso una piacevole serata.
