Let me start by saying that I had no idea it was a takeout pizzeria. That said, I booked over the phone for 8 PM on a Saturday night, and to my immense sadness, we started eating at 9 PM! A little impatient and quite hungry, I saw that there was no one sitting down in the dining room anyway, and that pizzas were still coming out for Glovo, Just Eat, etc., but not a single one of ours. So, with immense politeness, I asked when they planned to bring our food, and within 10 minutes, they had everything delivered. So... I wonder?!?! Could you have told me over the phone that you were mainly a takeout pizzeria? I would have opted for something else. However, I relied on positive reviews, so I went in blind. That said, I have to say that the farinata is really good, as are the pizzas, the spaghetti with clams is nothing special, and the desserts are delicious. To apologize for the wait, the owner offered us coffee and liqueurs, apologizing profusely, and promising to return. The bill was fair. I'm still giving it 4 stars because there's always room for improvement, even though the ingredients are very good.

Zero accoglienza per i bimbi (niente seggiolone) inoltre gli orari sono segnalati su Google sono sbagliati: l'avevamo scelto perché dice che chiudeva alle 15:00 è al telefono ci fanno Ah no chiudiamo alle 14.15

Purtroppo per questa volta grandissima delusione, anche perché da settembre ad adesso ho sempre effettuato molti ordini a domicilio con Justeat. Questa sera ho richiesto una consegna a domicilio di quattro pizze per le ore 20.15, sempre con Justeat, pagando già in anticipo. E preciso che l'ordine l'ho effettuato alle ore 18.30( quindi con netto preavviso)...Mi è arrivata la notifica del rider in partenza dalla pizzeria alle 20.20 e le pizze mi sono state consegnate addirittura con quasi un' ora di ritardo, intorno alle 21. Oltre la lunga attesa, la cosa più terribile è che si sono stracotte nel loro cartone. Lo speck della pizza tirol praticamente è diventato prosciutto cotto. La mozzarella della margherita era ormai completamente sciolta che sembrava fosse una pizza solo al pomodoro. Senza contare la pessima figura che ho fatto con i miei ospiti. Da non ripetere assolutamente.

10/01/2026 – SERVICE UNWORTHY OF A SERIOUS PLACE A longtime customer. The pizza quality is consistently excellent. The owner has always been friendly. This makes today's experience even more serious. Two casual sales assistants and the cashier (who was on duty today) provided a perfect example of how a customer should never be treated: aloof attitude, condescending looks, and a complete lack of attention. We waited over 15 minutes without anyone showing up to take our order, as if the customers' presence were a negligible detail. All this accompanied by studied gestures, hair in the wind, and a catwalk attitude, which, however, does not compensate for the lack of professionalism. Useful clarification: a pizzeria is not a photo shoot, service is not optional, and respect for those who pay is not optional. This isn't Milan, it's not Fashion Week, and this isn't a casting call. It's a business that thrives thanks to its customers, not despite them. A terrible experience, which damages a place that deserves a whole new level of staffing. NOTE to the Sales Assistant The beer isn't brought to the table already opened, but opened in front of the customer. Rude, impolite, and insensitive. It was all a theatrical performance. That's all.
