Papa John's

I have been a long-time customer of this Papa John's location. While the quality has generally been good, the pizza I ordered on the evening of December 22, 2024, had a strong smell resembling cosmetics. I suspect that one of the workers might have handled the pizza with hands heavily coated in cosmetic products. Eating it made me feel nauseous. I sincerely hope this feedback prompts better hygiene practices among those preparing the food.

Good pizza great prices, Better than other papa John's, I can't figure out why but they have better deals and faster service. I mean they're all papa John's pizza, but this one is better.

PIzza Specials here are really decent, pizza is always super fresh & hot. I would totally give them a 5 star but the wait is always a pain, sometimes its more than 15 minutes if they are busy. Really cant beat the price either.

We love Papa John's Pizza. It's very close and convenient, super cheap and affordable and the Papa John's mobile app makes it very easy to order from wherever we are. For instance if I'm driving home from somewhere I can time it to wear as soon as I arrive home the pizza is ready. also on the app they offer tons of really good deals in the form of coupons and specials. It's basically across the street from my apartment so the convenience is awesome!

Great pizza and great employee's. I used to come here for the carry out special Large one topping pizza 6.99. They switch death now you can't get that on Friday Saturday and Sunday so the owner can make another 2 bucks per pizza. There's a lot of pizza places around here. That fresh ingredients is fresh everywhere else so you might wanna get people in the door with that carry out special. Maybe pay your employees more since you're charging more for pizza

So last night I ordered a large pizza with Pepperoni, Pineapple and bacon and when the delivery guy came and dropped it off and I opened the box, I this is what I found. This is by the laziest display of food I have ever seen. You guys couldn’t even take the time to chop up the bacon, it’s literally laying on top of the pizza. Absolutely horrible. Don’t recommend this location.

The mean time my bf we t online and ordered from pizza Hut and was done before I got to speak to any one. Glad I corner get through though from what I am seeing on the reviews. The worst service I've ever had for a pizza place. I called in to have a large order placed for delivery for a party I was having and the lady that took my information told me it would be 20mins until the pizza would arrived. 30mins past and still no pizza delivered to me. Called in again and it was a total different lady that answered and couldn't find my information. 2-3mins later she finds my information and says that is for carry-out which I told the 1st lady delivery several times. So I told her no it should of been for delivery and the lady said the pizzas were just going into the oven and they don't know when I should expect my pizzas because they only have 1 person delivering. Overall we had to wait over an hour before our pizzas got delivery and they were cold. And I was told $61 when I placed the order and when they messed it up the other lady wanted to charge me another $5-6 on top of it. They wouldn't give me no discount or anything because of their mistake. To top everything off I gave the driver $10 tip and he didn't even say thank you or show any appreciation. This place is a joke and I would never tell family or friends to order from them and I will not be ordering from them every again.

Ordered a pizza almost an hour before closing. Guy asked for my name several times, and settled on Kevin.... it's Heather. Whatever. Real problem, my order is placed and he says 15 mins. We wait in our hotel lobby for 45 mins before calling back and hearing that they're closed. Can't get ahold of anyone. Awesome service, thanks guys. The thin, young male who usually mans the front counter has a lousy attitude - as if he's being forced to work. At times he makes pizzas as well. Today, he made the worst one I've ever had at this particular location. All other employees are fine, but this boy is in desperate need of customer service 101 training.

Horrible service. If you don't leave a tip they take their time finishing your order. Why should I leave a tip when I'm placing the order for takeout. Unless service is outstanding.

This place has gone completely down hill. They used to be great, honestly the best in the area! Time after time the pizza is incorrect, missing ingredients, wrong crust, etc. I've called before, walked in and pointed out the problem, and they just blow it off like, "OH WELL!". Done ordering here!!

I placed an order for a simple medium pizza for me and my wife to share and had to encounter this unprofessional person working at this location. At about 7:25pm, I called again to simply remind the Papa John's representative to inform the driver to call/text us one block before they arrive so we would know when to come down since the reception in front of our home is pretty bad, and the response of the representative was "uh huh, yeah sure" which we felt was extremely dismissive and that he did not care for this important information that we needed him to relay. I called back again at 8pm to get an update on our pizza and the representative said he couldn't help me because he doesn't know where the driver is and so I asked if he can please give us an update since I paid $27 for my order and his response again was "I don't know, I can't help you". As I got frustrated with his tone, I expressed to him once more that I paid for a pizza that never arrived. His response was i'll just give you your money back and then hung up on me. I tried calling back three other times immediately after but he no longer would pick up the phone. This is completely unacceptable. You guys should NOT allow this at all. I was just in a car accident last week and simply wanted to get pizza for me and my wife but found myself spending time with this unprofessional individual on the phone due to his disrespect. After this experience, we will be showing up at this location to speak directly with management and making a quick stop at the corporate office on Monday morning. You guys deserve to treat your customers better. NO ONE should order from this place EVER, PERIOD!!!!

I ordered a four topping pizza (sausage, pepperoni, green bell pepper, onion) and first of all the driver instructions I put in the order didn't get through to the driver leading to a series of phone calls for him to actually find our place. (probably something with the website?) But then when the pizza arrived, it was completely wrong. No meat, but olives and mushrooms instead (the latter of which I'm allergic to). Disappointing as we had been waiting for a while at this point but mistakes happen right? So I call the driver back and tell him what's up, and he says he'll talk to the manager and call me back "in about five minutes". 30 minutes later I call the store and get put on hold, and after hanging up and redialing I finally get to talk to a manager who was "just about" to call me. The guy makes me send him a picture of the pizza to verify that it's wrong, puts me on hold for a few more minutes, and then comes back to say "looks like you got the wrong pizza" like yes? That's why I'm calling? At this point, it's been two hours since I paid $43 for this one pizza and after all of this I ask for the pizza we ordered and a refund. He refuses and says it can only be one or the other and so I cancelled the whole thing. Not once was there a "sorry" or even "our bad", no apology whatsoever. Honestly the whole thing was absurd. Not ordering from here again.
