Tasty consistently good food. This time had a salad with the shrimp and the langostino taco since it's only around for a limited time. Their salsa bar rocks! They also sell beers. Friendly employees who are all hard working. Outside patio on a hot day is nice.

Original Fish Taco on a Tuesday is still fantastic. Bowls are also good. Get the app for special deals and discounts. Mahi mahi tacos bogo for stolen bases is sweet. A little lite on the white sauce but they will usually give you a small side free, if you ask nicely. Staff is usually really good too

I ordered the California steak burrito And by far this is one of the best burrito I've ever had in my life. I highly recommend this location not only because the food is Delicious. But because I was welcomed and greeted by Luis. He was very informative about what was on the menu. I'm definitely coming back....

I don't usually review far food places, but we really like Rubio's. The food is really good, and a bit different since it is all seafood based. The fact that they send coupons in the mail, and give you a free drink for filling out their survey doesn't hurt either. The staff here in Torrance are friendly, polite, and helpful. This is a great place to grab a quick lunch!

Ordered the Trio Costal Tacos with flour tortilla. So favorable and scrumptious. The picture doesn't do the product justice. Devoured the shrimp taco the moment I got home. I'd forgotten how much I enjoy the food here at Rubio's. You won't be disappointed. Your tastebuds will thank you.

They meal I always get (sweet potato tacos) was a little extra spicy for me last time I ate there and I just mentioned it to an employee passing by just because I was wondering if they changed they sauce or something, not expecting them to fix it. But he did. He said he wants me to enjoy my food so he took it back and make me a new one very quickly and even put it in a to-go box since I mentioned I was only on my lunch break and didn't have much time. Excellent service! And that avacado creamy sauce in the taco is to die for!!

Wehen we come we always get their Baja tacos a la carte. They give you a big piece of fish in each taco, so you feel like you're getting your money's worth. The fish was not overly breaded and they have a section where you can get different style sauces/salsas to add.

I love going to this rubios during lunch, I work right around the corner d the corner and I can always count on a good meal here and there staff is always nice

The manager was superb in helping me use my app discount.

I had lunch with a girlfriend here. The service was prompt and wait time was short. I had ordered the burrito especial, with chicken, which I've ordered in the past and really liked it. The citrus rice was flavorful and really makes the burrito. My friend ordered the same burrito with steak, and while she said it had good flavor, she felt the steak was cut too small, so she couldn't taste it much. I like Rubio's and will definitely be returning.

Really good 'fast food's with quality ingredients. Sauce bar with good toppings for your taco differs them from others.

First time i used the system to order ahead, place was packed with people waiting to get orders or place an order. They need to hire more people to keep up with demand, your customers don't have 30 minutes to wait for their lunch.. I received my order 10 minutes past the estimated pick up time and worse the employees didn't announced they put my order on the rack. Food is usually good, and most of my order was but the shrimp tacos were pretty dry. Don't get me wrong, most of the time they do a great job and the food is good, today not so much.

I don't know, the salmon portion was miniature. The cali bowl and fish taco looked sad. The food came out a bit cold. Not the best Rubio's.

I've had two bad incidents out of around 10 times going here. The first was my order was placed on the carryout rack and my name never called. After a FULL HOUR, I showed the kid working cashier, he attempted to get his supervisor's attention to point out the issue. Before he could explain she annoyingly blurts out, "he'll just have to wait for his turn!!" After realizing the issue and she sent someone else to come give me a coupon even though we never spoke before. I'm guessing out of embarrassment. The second is tonight, if your hours are posted and nothing says "Last orders by **:**", then it doesn't matter if the place closes in 7-10 minutes, you shouldn't deny an order. I respect when a place displays when they end service, but not just randomly decides to stop. There is a difference between "the right to refuse service" based on actions and thinking you're an authority over your customer base. No apology was given to that kid working cashier or me when she snapped at him and ending service randomly different nights is careless. Post it so it looks structured at least.

This place is usually awesome! However, today I was highly disappointed. I was there on Thursday, August 13th, at around 7 pm. Our order took super long to be ready. I walked up to the counter and they were confused on what had happened to my order. Supposedly, they accidentally gave it to someone with the same name. That is why they should use numbers!!! They then said that the food that they were giving me was the same exact order. The food was no longer warm. Our bottled sodas were no longer cold. They forgot to give us napkins. They did not offer us salsa. They need to stay focused on what orders are ready and what has been given out. Also, it amuses me how the register wants to know if I would like to give a tip! Really! They do not smile. They are not polite. So, it is an easy decision: NO tip. If they gave better customer service, they would get a tip!

Service is nothing special, slow and robotic. Inattentive shift leader/Mgr stayed in the kitchen when a complaint was made. Personally, their fish tacos are 💯 🔥. Perfectly crispy and all the ingredients tasted fresh. However, the refried beans were wetter than soup and uneatable.

My boyfriend and I get food here all the time since it’s his favorite place. The other day, we both got our usual. Immediately after eating mine I got a stomach ache and then later on got diarrhea. Seems like the quality of food is going down.

Went there February 9th around 2pm the food for takeout was disgusting the burrito had mushy rice. A tall Spanish guy blew his nose right before giving us our order. Please practice basic hygiene.

Went to pick up a large order for my organization. The manager was extremely rude, condescending, and not helpful. The orders were going to several different people in my organization. I asked him to label the orders (which they were supposed to be anyway) because the tops were full of condensation from the heat coming off the food. I could not see what was in the containers and I did not want to open other people's. He told me it would take too much time to label the orders. I told him I would wait and he said that was ridiculous. After a stare down and politely showing him that there was a marker nearby, he reluctantly labeled the orders. My organization will never use Rubio's again and I'll be sure to let everyone who works here know about my experience so they won't patronize either.

This bowl comes with romaine lettuce but it literally had 5 small pieces lol. The flavor is bland and price is on the high side for the amount of food you get. The Mexican street corn has way too much lime and it’s really all you taste 👎 First and last time eating here.
