I went to Ginevra's with my mom for a snack one weekday afternoon. I enjoyed a delicious hot chocolate! The owner prepares everything with care. The only downside was the somewhat long wait between ordering and service.

Excellent zabaglione and cakes for a snack after a trip to the mountains. A diverse selection of hot chocolates. We found it a little strange that we weren't given menus and that there were no sugar packets on the tables (we had to ask for both, as they did at other tables). The service was also a bit awkward, so it's missing one star from the maximum rating.

This bar was my favorite in Torre Pellice, I frequented it for years, I practically only went there. The ice cream, chocolates, hills and everything else are excellent and original, prepared largely by hand and served with care. The room is large and nice. However, since COVID onwards, the manager has been increasingly grumpy, the portions have become smaller and smaller and the prices of everything have literally doubled or even more... Inflation is fine, but here it has really gone too far! I'm very sorry because I was really fond of this place, but evidently they decided to only appeal to a certain elite. I'll try some other places in town, there are many, and I'll only come back here every now and then. In any case, the products are good and I have always found the service to be attentive, contrary to what I read in other reviews.

A cute place in the square. Good selection of gelato sundaes, but extremely slow service despite the small crowd. It even took a while to pay because the waiter didn't know the prices for anything. Afterward, I began to wonder if he'd made a mistake, because based on the menu prices, the figures didn't add up. €23 for a frappé, a cone, a smoothie, and a gelato sundae.

A coffee and cream shop in the small square of Torre Pellice. The exterior is cute and welcoming. The girls serving tables were inexperienced and absent. There was a long wait before and after ordering. We asked for two iced coffees, shaken, a crodino, and mineral water. They served us a crodino without an accompanying appetizer. The two iced coffees (I repeat, they were supposed to be shaken) were served in water glasses with lots of foam. In short, they were fresh cappuccinos, not cold, with very little coffee, and lots and lots of milk. Two stars are for the place alone.

Upon entering this place, my wife and I discovered we had the gift of invisibility. We walked in, said hello, and sat down at a table. There were three waiters plus the owner. They managed to serve two tables next to ours, two tables outside, three other customers who came in after us, and prepare several ice cream cones. During all this, they must have walked past us at least ten times. No one even glanced at us or asked if we wanted to order. After waiting for almost 20 minutes, we got up, said hello, and left, and no one noticed a thing. As soon as we left, my wife and I looked at each other in the window and saw each other, so we weren't invisible.

Delicious ice cream!!!! The service... leaves a lot to be desired. After about twenty minutes they cleaned our table... Now they brought us the menu but who knows when they will serve it to us!!

We ordered 2 bicerins... after about a quarter of an hour of waiting I asked how much longer it would take since the place was practically empty and the owner replied that if I was in a hurry he would make me a coffee... that making a bicerin was a long process... you make the coffee, you make the hot chocolate and you put the cream on it... it's a shame that all the staff were doing something else... more than the wait it was the rudeness that made us choose another place... never again

Extremely slow staff.....a long wait even just for the menu despite there being only about ten customers.... After 10 minutes of waiting for an After Eight cup, they came to ask me what they could replace the chocolate because they didn't have any 😱😱😱😱😱...nothing since it's a chocolate and mint cup.... Chosen another cup...another 10 minute wait..... Staff with such gloomy faces they looked like they were at a funeral... Terrible
