Es un restaurante al que visitamos con frecuencia. La comida es de calidad y el lugar es acogedor. Frecuentado por todo tipo d personas y nacionalidades dada su ubicación en la calle San Miguel. El personal es atento y amable. Las opiniones negativas son por ser visitado una única vez. Hay que entender que son gente con solera y del lugar. Muy recomendable.

Siempre que visito Torremolinos este lugar es una parada obligatoria y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Está muy bien ubicado, te van atender genial y su comida está toda muy rica imposible quedarse con algo en concreto. Ganas de volver a visitarles, espero que sea muy pronto.

First popped in for drinks, loved it, and booked a table for the following night. It was amazing. We settled for House Paella. Delicious! Prawns, Mussels. Clams and my new favourite, Cuttlefish. All served with a stunningly taste rice, fantastic. Patricia, the waitress, was amazing. Ably supported by her colleagues. I would heartily recommend, 'La Bodega'. Bravo 👏

The restaurant is amazing and so Spanish and authentic with amazing food and great pictures on the wall showing what the street used to be like. The waitresses Nuka was great and very helpful and looks after you. I highly recommend a visit.

Went for a beach’ day at Torremolinos and wanted some traditional (non-tapas) food. This was my choice. Quick but friendly service, Food arrived promptly and it was yummy. Monday is never a good choice to eat fish but a waiter recommended “rosada” and it was 👌🏻 Homemade deserts had run out, but I am sure they were also tasty. Toilet space was interesting… 😅 Price was acceptable. Recommend it.

Paramos en La Bodega de Torremolinos para tomar unas cervezas y unos vinos, sin intención inicial de comer, pero finalmente nos animamos a pedir algo para picar y fue todo un acierto. Para empezar pedimos unas gambas, aunque nos sorprendieron con unas tortillas de camarón que estaban realmente ricas. Después pedimos una fritura. La variedad no es muy amplia, pero todo lo que probamos estaba muy bien hecho. El calamar estaba tierno y sabroso, el pescado rebozado se notaba fresco y bien frito, y en conjunto la fritura mereció totalmente la pena. Acompañamos la comida con varias cervezas, vinos y un gin-tonic para terminar, todo servido con rapidez y en un ambiente muy agradable. El trato por parte de la mayoría de los camareros fue excepcional: atentos, cercanos y muy profesionales, algo que marca claramente la diferencia. Una experiencia muy recomendable para tomar algo y picar bien en el centro de Torremolinos. Sin duda, volveremos.

Estuvimos cenando unas raciones, en general ricas: calamares a la andaluza, berenjenas, revuelto y pulpo a la gallega. El camarero marroquí que nos atendió, simpatiquísimo. Sorprende, positivamente, el cuarto de baño porque es muy peculiar.

Un clásico del tapeo en en centro de Torremolinos, tapas y raciones clásicas, llevamos años pidiendo lo mismo: boquerones, ensalada de pimientos, rosada con alioli, coquinas y conchas finas. Bien es cierto que ya no es lo que era hace años, ni en calidad de la comida ni en el ambiente, sigue siendo un buen sitio para tapear.

Almorzamos bien, la ensaladilla estaba muy buena distintas a otras que ya he probado, tambien pedimos pimientos rojos asados y pollo a la crema.

One of the good sea food restaurant in town centre, quite easy to get table if you’re not go 2 pm which is Spanish eating time and a full. Food general test lovely almost everything I try here it was good quality and I love it but don’t forget if you’re going seafood restaurant you should order seafood if you order chicken yes it’s still nice but it’s not good as special chicken restaurant, you know what I mean.

Apparently made famous as it was visited by the British TV chefs "The Hairy Bikers" some years ago. Very popular, very busy. The food was excellent, no issues there, however, you can find the same quality or better elsewhere locally for less money. The waiters need wheels as they are moving so fast in a crazy environment. It's an experience, but like I say look around if you are on a budget.

Nice place for lunch and well located in the centre of Torremolinos. The food is good but not outstanding for the price you pay. The service was slow, taking more than 30 min to serve the meal. The waiter is very friendly and professional.

I used to come here a lot with my family, but from today that's going to change, service is amazing, no complaints about that, quality still good, but quantity??? The menu shows you full round plates and they serve you small squared shape plates with half of the portion you can see at the menu, we just told to one of our servers that we believed portions are really small comparing with other times we have been there and he said he would speak with his manager, no one came to explain the reasons. If I never would have been there before, I would just thing they serve small portions, but knowing it from before, it is a shame, you can find better portions for the same price at the beach. And last, I just believe that if you gonna pay those prices for those portions, plates should not be broken! Health and Safety comes first

Avoid this place. The worst seafood we’ve ever had. The prawns were rotten, and the waiter’s only response was “Sorry.” Cracked plates and a dirty private room with no clean towels added to the terrible experience. This is the worst seafood restaurant we have ever visited.

Couldn't work out if the owner had had the best christmas or the worse ever. One thing was for certain, he was the most grumpiest person I have ever met and he most definitely was not in the mood to provide any level of service or food Like several other people have posted on here, it took 15 mins to get a drink and after we drank our pints, we still hadn't been asked what we wanted to eat, so we left We watched the owner take a basket of bread from a table that had finished, cut the 2 rolls in to 2, put in to 2 baskets and give to 2 other tables (at a charge) I would never go back here. It was not clean and there was zero hospitality. There are far better places in torremolinos.. including burger king!

Terrible experience – never again We had an awful experience at La Bodega in Torremolinos. It took an incredibly long time before anyone even came to take our order. We were left waiting for ages without any explanation. To make matters worse, while clearing the table, the staff dropped a plate from a dish soaked in oil onto two of our jackets, leaving them covered in oil stains. Despite this being entirely their fault, they offered no help to clean the jackets and no compensation whatsoever. Not even a proper apology. Disgusting service. I will never come back here. While we were sitting there, six other couples left the restaurant, and now I fully understand why. Avoid this place at all costs

We are a family of 6 were very excited to try La Bodega whilst on holiday from Scotland. We had seen the hairy bikers great reviews. We tried to order everything they recommended but were told "none left". Almost half the menu was unavailable. What we did order was the worst food I've ever had. It was inedible and we sent it back. The only decent thing was the potato salad. They also tried to charge us for food we didn't even order. Plus tried to charge us for food we ordered that they didn't serve to us. Waiters were grumpy. The bill was around €130. What a waste of money. We were all still hungry and had to go buy more food elsewhere. My advice to anyone reading this review... Avoid and go to DeFanos in Benalmadema!! Their food is worthy of 5 stars!!

Very poor experience. Half the menu "was finished" then orders just dumped randomly on table leaving us guessing what dish was what, then being charged €6 for bread I didn't receive. At least add something to the bill I'd struggle to pronounce, pan bread is known universally. €120 and my partner and daughter were still starving after we'd eaten... that's the last I'll be taking the Hairy Bikers advice
