Over charged . Advertised X charged Y. Asked why advertise a price. Then on paying. Charged double ?? Advised we were outside the time limit. We were waitin the time allocated. 2pm cut off time. We arrived at 1.pm food was good. Service slow. Had to ask for bill a few times. Eventually walked to the counter to pay.

Now this place was a fantastic find. The place looks amazing and atmosphere is relaxing and the staff are lovely and friendly. Now the food well wow we had tapas - calamari, meetballs, chicken skewers, prawns and chorizo. Every single dish truly rich in flavours and cooked to absolute perfection. The in laws had a salmon wrap and a beef sandwich and they devoured it. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Stopped at the cute bar for a drink. Since it was not super busy. Decided to have lunch... and was surprised even though the kitchen was not busy the food was good. We had meatballs and an order of smoked salmon. Price was very reasonable. Our server was very attentive and so helpful.

Went about 7pm on 2 occasions. Tried later one day but didnt go in as it was very busy. Excellent food. Very friendly staff. Speedy service. Couldn’t ask for better.

Food beer and service was top notch can not fault great portions and good prices and the sports coverage is also good would recommend a visit

El sitio precioso y acogedor pero hay cierto desorden.. un camarero joven,sería nuevo , ..sin uniforme y bastante mal vestido .. además.......3 camareros diferentes pasaron y me preguntaron si había hecho el pedido.....es desorden..mala organización .....aunque quizás no del todo muy importante....da mala impresión..cada empleado debería tener su propia zona y mesas por atender.....lo siento . .....el precio turístico ..abusivo, conociendo uno la carihuela ,ya se sabe ....una cerveza de € 0.80 en el super ...aquí €3.75 .

Buen sitio para disfrutar de un rato agradable más si eres Holandés, buena relación calidad precio, menú variado, lo único el tiempo de espera podría ser mejor, pero se entiende porque siempre está a tope.

Great spot for a drink and they also have a beach service to the sunbeds. Very pleasant staff and always polite and helpful. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and a lovely place to go.

We came for breakfast and I wanted eggs with ham etc. However their menu had 1 option for big breakfast with eggs and ham and it had 4 slices of bread and one croissant, only 1 egg. It's just too much bread. I asked if I can exchange the bread with some potato or anything considering half the plate is bread but wasn't allowed. I took the burger instead, it was good nothing special, the burger meat was a bit thin. The place has nice view and great music. I would revisit the menu a bit.

Called in for a jug of sangria and some food . The sangria was not the best and the food was very poor quality. Definately will not return!

Friendly staff, but much too noisy: barman throwing regularly empty bottles in the bottles bin and music too loud and nightclub-like, not fit for restaurant... Nice view on the sea and comfortable seats.

The restaurant was clean and service was quick. Staff were friendly. Food was average enough, not a great range to choose from.

Los cócteles un desastre ,la piña colada realmente mala y bien cobrada. Tengo que añadir para ser justo que siempre me ha gustado mucho el sitio, pero me parece que hay una gran diferencia de calidad y trato en los meses de verano y el resto del año.Algo que parece muy común en estos sitios de costa.

Llevo tiempo viniendo y la verdad me gustaba bastante la comida. Ahora han cambiado un par de cosas. Si reclamas algo que no viene bien los cocineros te critican a toda voz porque la cocina está abierta. No saben comportarse y vez centrase en su trabajo están gritando viendo el fútbol y criticando a los comensales. Les pedí lo que sobró para llevar y escuché perfectamente como me criticaron y me llamaron pesada. Es una lástima que de un holandés que estaba bien pase a esto. La calidad también bajó. Como crítica constructiva podría decir que cambien y tengan más profesionalidad. El camarero bastante atento.

Paramos a tomar una par de copas: Un gintonic y un Cosmopolitan. No nos sirvieron la ginebra en la mesa, pedimos Bombay sapphire, y algo trajeron, no se sabe el qué, lo que está claro es que Bombay no era. En cuanto al Cosmopolitan. Agua con zumo de naranja y limón. No recomendable. Buen trato de los camareros. Local amplio y bonito y las hamburguesas, tenían buena pinta.

Sitio chulo frente al mar, pero el trato es muy seco y rudo, falta camareras de carácter amable. La comida es para turísticas de muy baja calidad. Mejorarían si fueran más cercanos conectando con el cliente de verdad y subieran calidad comida.

I genuinely do not know how this place is so highly rated...maybe a good spot for couple of drinks looking out onto the sea but I would not recommend the food.. it was not fresh, strange dressing on the salad, no real flavours, poor both myself and my husband were disappointed and did not eat much of our meal....

It looked very busy and has a great sea view that's why we walked in here instead of the other Resturants on the sea front... The food portions seemed generous by the chicken satay lacked flavour and the sauce covering it was not like normal satay sauce. The vegetarian burger was also quite tasteless all it tasted of was onions. The only nice thing we got was the fresh orange juice, it was served to us first and the food took very long to arrive....... when it came it was very underwhelming, and defo looses a star for the price vs the quality.

Had lunch with my family here this week. We ordered chicken burgers and I have never seen such poor quality food. It did not taste or look like chicken. Definitely the worst food I’ve ever tasted

The Launch, la cafetería que está en el paseo interior, es de estos lugares donde los españoles nos sentimos no sólo que no somos bienvenidos sino que parece que, si no aparecemos por allí, no nos echan de menos. Vas a tomar un café y te clavan. Y eso que era solo y sin azúcar...

Hemos llegado a las 14:00 y pasaron 20 minutos que todavía no nos habían puesto la bebida, la mesa seguía sucia, las camareras pasaban por al lado y ni siquiera se acercaban a limpiarla. En cuanto se acerca una de las muchachas a comandar la comida (SIN TODAVÍA TENER LA BEBIDA) y siendo ya más de las 14:30 nos pide la comida, llegan las bebidas súper fuertes cuando habíamos pedido dos simples tintos de verano, tuvimos que acercarnos a la barra a pedir más fanta de limón por qué ninguna nos hacía caso. Luego al terminar de comer pedimos pan por que la comida era muy picante y el pan tardó 10 minutos, nos han puesto la excusa de que el pan se hacía en el momento cuando vino y el pan era comprado. En fin más de 1 hora y media habían mesas que llegaron antes que nosotras habían comido y nosotras no. PÉSIMO SERVICIO NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Excepto el camarero que nos atendió, el resto del personal poca empatía con el cliente. La calidad de la salsa Sate cuestionable (de bote). Las patatas congeladas de bolsa para un plato de 19€. Y de ser un restaurante holandés medio aceptable a pasar a ser pésimo. Siendo cliente de muchos años, siento comunicar que no volveremos más. Poca profesionalidad . Que se quede para el turismo de paso.

Si eres español no vayas, hoy me he sentado en una de las dos mesas altas que supuestamente el dueño pone el cartel de reservado para su propio derecho de admisión según me ha dicho el camarero, una vez me ha tomado la comanda ha vuelto a la mesa me ha dicho que el dueño no quería que nos sentaramos en esa mesa, increible que haya que soportar esto Les damos autopistas, aeropuertos, ayuntamientos, sanidad,seguridad y demás...,se lo encuentran gratis para que monten sus negocios y resulta que somos clientes de segunda UNA VERGÜENZA

Si quieres comer algo en un sitio excesivamente caro, muy lento (40 minutos de espera en temporada baja) y donde además te traen la comida helada y tiesa, has encontrado el sitio ideal

Es un sitio bonito pero la falta de respeto al cliente es insoportable. Principalmente si son clientes españoles, puesto que la camarera resalta que es un bar estrangeiro y no español. A parte que es muy caro, visto que estamos en la playa y se comprende, pero la falta de respeto no! El cliente es el que paga y como mínimo se exige respeto.

Es una pena, nos hemos sentado en una mesa y nos han echado un papel, sin ninguna explicación, que la mesa estaba reservada a partir de las 19.00 horas. Llevamos yendo 11 años y nunca nos han tratado así, al contrario, en los últimos años eran cariñosos con los españoles. Pero, lo más grave es, por no seguir con lo ocurrido con el camarero, QUE NO TENÍAN EL LIBRO DE RECLAMACIONES. Me han dicho que mañana a las 9 e iré

The service is lousy. The waiters are rude. If you don't like your job, find another. El servicio es pésimo. Los camareros son maleducados. Si no os gusta vuestro trabajo buscad otro

Was in Town for a 4 nights between 17th Nov - 21st Nov, went here twice second time there was a very tall young Dutch barman messing around with other staff. We were sat at the table nearest the end of the bar. I was on my phone when he threw a bar mat at one of the staff and it missed hitting my wife in the head. We did mention to the waitress and she apologized but did not know what had happened. 10 minutes later a half bottle of water in plastic bottle was thrown by same person from behind the bar almost hitting me on the head and missing me by inches. I found how he behaved totally unprofessional and if he worked for me he would have been fired. I certainly will not be returning next time we are in Town. The food is ok the best is the tapas menu.
