The person at the counter wasn't very polite. They don't have any in-store promotions; it's better to order online and pick up your pizza there, maybe eat it there. The place is clean, and now there's someone who brings the tableware and your pizza to you, which wasn't the case before. It cost approximately 600 pesos for two pizzas, one medium and one large. Five members of our family ate, along with two 1.5-liter sodas.

I hadn't ordered from Domino's in ages, and I really didn't want to anymore. I placed the order through their app, and I was already running late when I checked and it said it had already been delivered. I called, and they told me it had already left the store and that it was a problem they detected in their app. Of course! Because of this, they voided their 30-minute guarantee, and the driver left it at reception so I couldn't say anything. I felt ripped off! Plus, the crust couldn't have been thinner. Terrible quality and zero transparency!

Acabo de solicitar una pizza por rappi de la tienda que está en la calle Georgia y la pizza está fría, no parece que la hicieron hoy y lo peor es que no se tomaron la molestia de cortarla. Toda seca y delgada.

Horrible, recibí mi pizza hoy 20/08/21 y tenía un pelo dentro de la masa, si así tiran pelos imaginen lo que uno no ve detrás del restaurante, seguramente ni las medidas anti COVID cumplen! Es asqueroso, no me gustaba mucho la pizza y ahora es más asqueroso pensar en pizza con ustedes

Pésimo servicio pareciera que para estar en mostrador se necesita ser un malencarado, realice un pedido por teléfono para recoger en sucursal, cuando llegue al lugar la persona de mostrador me dijo que no se podía realizar pedidos por teléfono y que solo "me dio la cortesía" de contestarme diciendo que no me afectaba, tuve que esperar 25 minutos para que hicieran mi pedido, la persona de mostrador en lugar de dar soluciones solo estaba contestando de manera altanera justificando su error

Pésimo servicio,1 hora para esperar 1 pedido de delivery ,le ponen más atención a sus pedidos de tienda ,que a los delivery si es Haci ,pues mejor deberían de quitar las aplicaciones en su restaurante,ya que no se dan abastos ,aparte de que el personal que tienen es demasiado lentos ,el personal que tienen ,cuando salen las pizzas ,revisa el ticket como 10 veces y no siquiera pareciera que se sabe los productos que venden en su pizzería,mejor quiten sus aplicaciones para delivery ,por qué es una mala experiencia,tanto para el repartidor,como para el cliente

No se para que tienen tienda si no atienden en fisico, solo atienden x la app y no pude instalarla, el dueño deberia despedir a sus empleados y el gerente de la tienda no ayuda. Se nota que no es de ellos el negocio.

Las mesas y los pisos estaban súper sucios!!!! El baño olía muy feo.

Peeeesimo, las órdenes no llegan porque los repartidores SIEMPRE están “perdidos” y en el teléfono de la sucursal descuelgan el teléfono y te dejan ahí en la línea. Peeeesimisisisisismo

In my experience, a month ago we went to buy a pizza to eat in the restaurant shortly before 10:00 PM and asked if we could still eat there. The guy at the counter warned us that they started cleaning at 10:20 PM, so they wouldn't have to ask us to leave. Yesterday I went to buy a couple of pan pizzas, and when I arrived, there was no one at the counter, just the girl who prepares the pizzas and another guy who was taking pizzas out of the oven. Then more customers arrived, and no one at the counter. Nor did the people preparing the pizzas have the courtesy to say anything to us, like they'd be back to serve us or something like that. Since I needed my pizzas by approximately 10:30, I asked if it was possible and the same guy who served me the previous time told me that they would start cleaning at 10:20 p.m., so I should calculate the time because it would take them 12 minutes to have them ready. So I told him that they would start preparing them at 10:00 p.m. and he would return for my order at 10:15 p.m. So far, everything is fine. He returns at the agreed time and delivers my pizzas. When I get home, I realize that he hasn't delivered the PAN PIZZAS I ordered. Obviously, I didn't check before because unfortunately, I trusted him. I really don't know or understand why he did it. I was never rude or did anything to upset him. On the contrary, I should be upset because both on Google maps and on the restaurant's entrance door, the hours are indicated until 11:00 p.m., and at 10:20 p.m. they no longer want to serve me. It's a real shame they don't want to work full hours because the restaurant is a nice place and the pizzas are very tasty.

To order at the counter, you have to wait for someone willing to serve me. There were five people standing there, just looking at me, but no one was serving me. One girl was even wearing headphones, singing or talking. They had to approach me until the phone rang because there was no other option, but they showed their annoyance, calling out who should get the counter until finally, apparently, a delivery person took my order. After that, the facilities were quite dirty and in disarray. There should be audits to correct these areas of improvement, which only discredit the brand due to the poor service of the staff.

I want to share my profound disappointment with the service I recently received at Domino's Pizza. And I do so not only as a customer, but also as someone who once worked in the food and beverage industry and, thanks to its commitment and focus on excellence, achieved 5-star audits. I know firsthand what it means to offer quality service and pay attention to every detail. That's why it pains me to see how much the level of service and the product have declined. The counter service is poor; you practically have to search and stand waiting to be served. They don't give receipts, the wait times are excessive (more than 15 minutes even without high demand), the tables are dirty, and customers themselves have to ask them to be cleaned. The restrooms are a clear reflection of the general neglect. As for the product, the experience was even worse: some wings I paid $149 for arrived with barely a few drops of cayenne sauce. A pepperoni pizza had only about 15 pepperoni slices, poorly distributed. Where has the product's generosity gone? Where has the commitment to delivering what the customer expects gone? I remember when, in this industry, hard work was synonymous with passion, excellence, and pride in our work. Today, it's sad to see that this seems to have been lost. If I could, I'd give it less than zero stars. This comment probably won't be relevant to some, but for people like me, who know what it means to work well, it's very disappointing to see this level of carelessness.

I stood at the desk saying hola for 5 minutes while four members of staff completely ignored me. They clearly saw me and chose not to serve me. Incredibly rude, won't ever go back.

Dreadful customer service. I've got the pizza 20 minutes late. They did not want to give me back my money, or deliver a free pizza.
