Las hamburguesas estaban muy ricas. Fuimos el jueves ya que es el 2x1 y nos sorprendió porque las hamburguesas eran más caras (creo que 1€ más) pero eran más grandes y la verdad que merece la pena. La bebida la puedes rellenar como siempre 😊

Los jueves tienen 2x1 en local. Fuimos a probarlas. Están muy buenas y abundantes. El precio es un poco alto pero al ser 2x1 vale la pena. El servicio es sin ganas pero rápido.

Buenas hamburguesa con patatas y bebidas sin límite a 9.50 tal vez un poco caro. La porción era bastante escasa pero las hamburguesa se nota de calidad. Buen servicio de una chica.

Buen trato por parte del personal y buena limpieza (en mi experiencia) Las BURGUERS tienen potencia de sabor y puedes rellenar las bebidas las veces que quieras. No me gustaron las patatas con bacon y cheddar, esperaba algo más, muy frío y ración pequeña. Jueves hay promociones 2x1 para probar por primera vez es muy recomendable.

Era la primera vez que iba y me gustó. Nos pedimos ensalada, lo único que estaba un poco seca la lechuga y el tomate pero bien. Y nos pedimos la nueva hamburguesa Slim. De pechuga de pollo muy tierna, champiñones salteados, cebolla roja, lechuga, y llevaba una salsa pero me la comí sin. No tuvimos que esperar mucho, tienen para llenarte la bebida las veces que quieras. En general la comida bien, de lo mejorcito que hay por aquí, las hamburguesas son mejores que las del McDonald's o Burguer según mi gusto, son diferentes y más sanas.

Fuimos un Jueves en promo de 2x1 . Local limpio y recogido , el tiempo de espera de la comida fue corto. Tiene parking y es de fácil acceso. Hamburguesas ricas , de tamaño bueno. El dependiente de la barra.. ese día necesitaba un café. Ya que algunas cosas se le olvidaban..

As burger experts we are hard to satisfy when it comes to burgers outside of our home but TGB does know how to make a good burger. the flavors balanced well and the burger is a perfect amount of smokey. First time i was here might’ve been a solid 3.5 due to really thick slices of ingredients that are usually much thinner but it was so much better this time around that I want to express my satisfaction. :3 OH and amazing prices god bless!!!!

They are great burgers albeit a bit expensive. Always best to check out for the meal deals which aren't always well advertised, one orders then sits. It's a shame the staff don't inform customers of this option when ordering. Only when sat down does one see the specials advertised

Para mi gusto muchas veces deja que desear. Hay días en las que están muy buenas y otros en las que están grasientas, como si les inyectaran aceite. Además de que la única hamburguesa para mi gusto que vale la pena es la tgb burguer y la ecológica. Aunque también es verdad que en la zona no tienen competencia en relación a la calidad.

Mi primera vez en el local, para ser un local de comida "rapida" no ha estado mal, la hamburguesa me ha parecido muy apetecible, y de buen sabor aunque son pequeñas, los aros de cebolla bien hechos y las patatas buenas aunque no mucha cantidad.. la atención excelente. Nunca había visitado esta franquicia y me pareció bastante buena. Las burguers muy top, me encantaron, de precio está justo tirando alto. Ambiente mucho jaleo al estar en una zona comercial, se forman colas para pedir. La espera de elaboración es larga pero cuando llega notas que ha merecido la pena esperar porque la comida está bastante buena. Ya estoy organizando la próxima visita, lo recomiendo, el nivel está por encima de lo que yo pensaba. Sorprendido para bien. He puesto 3 estrellas por un detalle feo por parte de la dirección del local según empleado de caja, después de esperar mi turno en la fila, pido un batido y un helado y me dice que lo puedo pagar pero no me asegura cuando me lo va a servir ya que tiene instrucciones de no hacer postres si hay gente esperando para pedir a cocina, me ha parecido un detalle muy feo y una falta de respeto ya que yo he esperado mi turno y si tiene que dedicar un tiempo a elaborar el postre creo que los que están detrás tendrán que esperar.

Good burgers and fries though portions could be a bit bigger. God awful milkshakes, milk with powdered flavors and not even cold, had to ask three times before it was brought to my table. They really need to buy a proper milkshake machine and use cream/ice-cream and not just milk with chalky powder.

Good value for money. On Thursdays, it buy one get one free for burgers. The pulled pork burgers had too much bbq source and the chip were cool. But overall it was ok.

Obviously not compliant with the law. I asked for plain tap water and they directed me to the toilet to get water. That is simply not acceptable in this day and age, especially when the law requires that tap water be made available. Apart from that I had a 'slim burger' (290 Kcal). It was OK but the bread is just plain white and the dressing pretty awful.

La hamburguesa Pulled Pork BBQ es muy dulce. El "pan" de la hamburguesa también es dulce y muy esponjoso. Todo está demasiado dulce. Una hamburguesa debería tener un sabor salado no dulce. Le pregunté a la empleada si es normal que la hamburguesa sea tan dulce y me dijo que iba a preguntar. Me quedé esperando. Las papas fritas están ricas y el pollo para compartir también. Lo demás, un asco como para salir en coma diabético. No recomiendo 🤢

Hice mi pedido para llevar de: 6 hamburguesas, pedí 4 bbq y 2 tgb Burger, pues al llegar a casa y disponernos a comer las hamburguesas nos dimos cuenta que estaban sin salsa bbq ninguna de las 4 y secas, el bacon podías usarlo para romper piedras de lo duro que estaba y la cebolla crujiente estaba como cuando dejas una bolsa de patatas fritas abiertas y se ponen chiclosas. No volví para reclamar porque me pillaba muy lejos, tiré el dinero literalmente a la basura.

La hamburguesa de pollo el centro sin cocinar. Como si en verano hubiera poco riesgo de salmonella. Me ofrecieron hacerme otra pero preferí no arriesgarme. Cuando pedí la hoja de reclamaciones el personal no estaba formado, y los bolígrafos que tenían cerca de cocina son bics con capuchón. Pésimas prácticas de seguridad alimentaria, pero la culpa no es de los empleados. Eso es cosa o del gerente o de los protocolos del propio TGB.

Estoy embarazada. Y las Chicas de TGB en un día como HOY, me ponen dos excusas para Poner el Aire Acondicionado: La Primera, que si Jefe no las deja poner el Aire. La Segunda, que no "Localizan" el Mando del Aire. Un desastre y una Falta de Respeto como Local y Con Falta de Responsabilidad por parte de sus Empleados cuando un Cliente lo Demanda.

Me gusta mucho esta cadena, pero el local ubicado al lado del centro comercial Habaneras deja mucho que desear. La atención de Fran ha sido deplorable, nada servicial, aún cuando le faltaban varios ingredientes no ha intentado ayudarnos, ni tampoco me sirvieron la hamburguesa cómo la pedí (50shades sin salsa barbacoa). Además de tener que oír que tipo de hamburguesas se estaban preparando para cenar para que luego me dieran una hamburguesa (la segunda, ahora si sin salsa barbacoa) con la carne reseca, el pan húmedo y los aros de cebolla blandos como una baba que, claramente, llevaban hechos bastante tiempo. He cenado mal, nerviosa y decepcionada.

The worst delivery experience possible. Having ordered around 7 p.m. via JustEat, I received nothing. I contacted the restaurant, no response, I contact JustEat, the restaurant does not provide any response either. Arrived 10 p.m., I asked JustEat for a refund, the restaurant REFUSED to refund me knowing that I NEVER received my order, according to them the delivery man arrived but did not know how to contact me, while my number was given as well as how to use the intercom. They proposed another delivery around 11pm and asked me to wait outside, the order never arrived. Pure disgrace, total disrespect and a big rip off. One thing to say, SHAME on you The Good Burger Torrevieja.

We waited now 2.5 hours for our order, DO NOT ORDER! We requested a refund via PayPal. Restaurant simply stopped taking our calls. The first time we called after one hour, they said they were delayed and would be here in 5min, second one after 1.5 hours they spoke extremely rude and impolite and hung up in the middle of the call, the other times after over 2 hours waiting on our food they didn’t pick up anymore (we sent proof of it to PayPal). This restaurant & service is straight up disgusting & unacceptable! Save your money & time and eat somewhere else or you’ll be very disappointed!!! We would give 0 stars if we could.

The food was ok. The women who worked in the kitchen spoke a little broken and english and came out the kitchen and was very rude to my family.She was aggressive and was shouting. All we did was ask for mayonnaise and a drink as at the time the person working on the front was new and didn't understand her job. Overall experience very bad and we will not go back.

Fries and natcho(supposed to be tex mex, this probably due to some sour cream, tomato and jalapeño that made the center narchos soft) was cold when delivered. Sweet Potato fries were soft. Best product was the one veggis burger. The other burgers were small with to much extra undercooked bacon (or ham. Unsure what it was supposed to be) and topping. Leaving no special burger taste.

This was my first time and I had been wanting to try it for a long time and I was really disappointed. I ordered the special and my wife the cheese burger. Hers came a bit cold and a bit underdone. I didn't like the taste of mine and thought maybe it was the herbs and spices that they used. Later I was unwell with an upset stomach. The fries were nice, the setup good but I just hope I was unlucky, but I will never know as I won't return.
