I was told this place is under new management. As soon as we arrived we were served. The waitress was kind and friendly. The breakfast looked great. Plenty of it. Lots of different nationalities were present at the time and the toilets were super clean.

An excellent place for a beer, wine and very reasonably priced tapas at 1 euro per portion. Unlike some other tapas restaurants you get hot potions of some items here. The waiter speaks better English than me so no communication problems.

Vraiment très bien, pour consommer un verre...de savoureux tapas à des prix plus que raisonnables...le personnel de services est affable, bienveillant, le petit mot en Français pour vous faire plaisir. La bière est bien servie...les vins également. Les toilettes sont nettes. Dany est sympathique...l'établissement est très bien fréquenté et, muni d'une terrasse ombragée et confortable.L'endroit est agréable.

We spent 10 days in Torrox and the food was so good so we went there every other day. Especially with a vegetarian partner a good value for everyone! Will be there next year again. Happy 2020 to the Capricho Staff!

Order the 8€ all-inclusive breakfast, and they charge you 9,60€ because they “upgraded” your coffee by adding milk to it.

Don't go - it has become a tourist trap! What a shame - this place used to be one of our favorite places in Torrox for a nice breakfast, but this Saturday we had a very bad experience here. The Full English is now more expensive than in England - really? €12,- ? I decided to have a poched egg instead of the Fried egg. The extra cost on the menu is €0,50 so that seemed "OK'ish". However the change in the menu to Poached resulted in this being "an extra egg" (I only had one poched egg) which now cost me €14,60 ?? After a bit of debate the suggested extra cost of €2,60 - was reduced to €13,50. (+€1,- for changing the menu + €0,50 as announced). My wife had a continental for €8,- with a poched egg - resulting in the cost to be +1,30 (despite the announced cost to be +0,50 for this). We really didnt bother debating more with the male english waitor. Also it was NOT possible to have the coffee served at the same time as the menu - a smart trick to get you to order an extra coffee as the first sure would be cold or drunken. The refilled Heinz ketchup surely was not refilled with the original substance but with a cheap Ketchup instead. And the juice was half the size of a normal juice. Shame on you - we will never return!

Breakfast was too expensive and cheap ingredients. Bacon had an odd taste and sausage was awful. Gave us a bad stomach within hours. Been coming here for years but the new owners are arrogant and rude. We won’t back.

Do Not visit this place unless you wish to be insulted. To start with I was called FATfor asking for 4 sugars. One of our German group was made to fill out of place because he told them the coffee was very weak. When my breakfast came the egg wasn't cooked nearly raw. The beans and mushrooms were cold. To top it all the sausages were full of bread crumbs.. I didn't complain at the time as I didn't want to embarrass the group of 4 I was with. When the owner came to clear the table I was asked what was the matter with the food. I explained the problems and that was it. When my son-in-law went to pay the bill the owner called me a B word.ect ect .We were all band from the establishment. To top it all I had to ask for 5 minutes to request the complaints book. If you want a top-notch meal I suggest you go here. The new owners of this establishment haven't got a clue in customer relations. I've been eating at this establishment for over 20 years.. Another English expat destined to fail

We came here this morning for a light breakfast. The breakfast was lovely but the young English waitress lacked extremely in manners. Didn't speak one word until it was time to present our bill ,perhaps expecting to be tipped, no way, sadly we will not return 😢

Me parece de poca humanidad ese comportamiento, ya que es por enfermedad k no puedo consumir nada de lo k tienen en su cafeteria, el resto de personas consumieron tanto bebida como comida, y yo pues sólo un café....De vergüenza...!!!
