Nice atmosphere and attentive service. We had pizza. There's not a huge selection, but they're very unique. I can't say it's bad, but I found it small for the price. Still, not bad.

A very large and charming place, spread across a spacious dining room and an open mezzanine. The menu offers a good selection of dishes and pizzas, as well as a selection of beers and wines, with the option of ordering by the glass. The pizza was very good, crispy, and made with quality ingredients. The staff were friendly and the service was really fast, despite the restaurant being busy. The prices were really good overall. Recommended, and we'll definitely return.

I went there for the first time in eight months of living in Tortona, and I don't know how it was possible. A pleasant discovery, I must admit. The Argentine sirloin was truly delicious! Next time I return to this place, which also has plenty of seating, I'll try the pizza!

As regular customers I can say that what the menu offers can meet most people's requests and the quality/price ratio is always very good. Note that I would like to point out is the service that in the presence of many people sometimes seems unable to keep up and this can also affect the quality of the dishes as well as the wait. The friendliness of the waiters however is absolutely top! Recommended!

Good food, but on weekends you have to wait too long even for one pizza. The waiters are all young, and with so many people, they make a mess. For example, they'll take your dish to someone else. Too much noise in the restaurant; it's not a charming/quiet place.

Let's overlook the untrained nature of the waiters, who were visibly young and poorly trained. At least, almost all of them were polite. After a 45-minute wait, we asked about our order. The waiter asked and reported that the kitchen had said 3 minutes. After 5 minutes, the only pizza on the table arrived. After 20 minutes, it was finished, and the three of us had watched our friend eat. When we asked for the missing food, after another 5 minutes, our dishes arrived: 2 beef steaks with vegetables and a chicken (1/2 chicken, which is on the list and which at 8:15 pm on a Saturday night was the last one left...) with fries. I'd say that for €26, I'd like to eat the meat as well, not just the vegetables (see photo). To top it off, at the cashier they asked us if everything had gone well, and when we said, "There was too long a wait and four of us couldn't eat at once," the response was, "It means we're working so hard." And here ends our experience. Obviously, NOT TO BE REPEATED.

Very nice place, "average" food, friendly service, but truly disappointing, bordering on absurd, in terms of wait times! The place wasn't busy, and the wait for pizzas and sandwiches was an hour and a half, including for the kids. We arrived at 8:45 PM, but we managed to get dinner at 10:20 PM...unfortunately, due to the excruciating wait, I wouldn't recommend the place.

They took me for a meat meal; I ordered the royal grill. The name of the dish makes you think. They serve a plate with grilled vegetables, potatoes, and "meat." Two small pieces of ribs (almost invisible), a mignon coppa steak so dark you couldn't tell what it was, a small piece of grilled ham, a piece of burnt sausage, a hot dog, and a strip of chicken breast. What can I say? The potatoes and vegetables were good, but I ordered a meat grill, so you decide. I'm honestly speechless; I expected something better given the price.

Our experience at this restaurant was shameful, to say the least. Having children aged 2 and 5, we asked for a regular table instead of one with high stools (which also didn't have a suitable high chair). It was a request based on pure common sense. The manager (or at least that's how he introduced himself) reacted with surprising rudeness, dismissing us with a "this is the table, otherwise you can leave." This was a completely inappropriate way of addressing customers and a sign of management lacking professionalism and respect. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to treat families this way, and anyone who values ​​their evening would do well to look for a place where good manners aren't optional. Furthermore, I must point out that he was the only member of staff who behaved this way; the young people in the dining room wanted to try to find a solution. Absolutely not recommended; with such a rude person, it's best to stay away.
