Tried one of their new sandwiches. Very good. Staff not very friendly. Sink in bathroom out of order. Seems like a health code violation. Sink dirty and disgusting.

We usually stop here on our way home from Raider games. You know we've been told for the last couple of years that their restroom doesn't work lol, for years. Anyways besides that it's convenient for is since it's easier for us to eat sandwiches on the road for 6hrs, food isn't bad.

The weird thing is that they had lid up to block the meat section while making sandwiches I wonder why? But good thing i didn't order any meat on mine. Only veggies 😃 it turn out good.

The guy who fill the veggies.he just put 2-4 pieces of tomato and cucumber in 12inch sub.i just added small drink and they charge 19$ that’s not worth it.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting one of the worst Subways I've ever encountered. The employer seemed pleasant enough, but I believe the owner or manager, who wasn't wearing a uniform, had a terrible attitude. They lacked basic customer service skills, failing to greet me or express gratitude. I requested extra onions, but they claimed they could only add three, which left me perplexed. When I pressed the issue, they became defensive, insisting that they couldn't accommodate my request. I've attached a photo of my receipt and the underwhelming meal I received. The lack of concern from the staff, particularly the rude employee, was staggering. If the management isn't interested in providing decent service, perhaps they should consider closing their doors.

Worse subway I have been to, on the weekends it’s terrible service, no pizza ready, feels like they think it’s a problem for you to be there. Not attentive. No customer service it isn’t great.

This place is rediculus there sign says they open at 5 mon-friday but there doors are never unlocked until 5:45 the lady that opens in the morning will literly look at you at 5:30 like your there to early, and still won't open up why have a sign up that's says 5:00 open time, should just say when ever we fill like it. On top of all of that they don't turn the toaster on til the doors open and then your stuck waiting even longer. Been dealing with this place for over the last 5 years why cause my wife and I work across the street.

Horrible service, employees are on the phone the whole time. Do not recommend at all. I seen bugs in the meat and left. Definitely will be reporting to the health department. Needs to be shut down asap.

Horrible service. Tried to order online and scheduled a pickup time which they apparently ignore. Got the wrong food and it had been sitting for 20 minutes before I got there even though that’s the time I scheduled it for. Also had ordered drinks online that they didn’t give me and ignored me and walked away when I asked for them. Took about 10 more minutes to finally get someone to give me my drinks I payed for.

Personally my experience at this Subway before arriving to work was horrible. The lady in front of me got ticked off because the clerk wasn't doing a she asked when it came to her food. Same happened to me with the same Clerk. Besides that I feel like they're violating some food safety codes. I asked him for spinach he put lettuce on my sandwich and I told him no spinach so what he then did was dumped all the lettuce back into the container. Which all the lettuce look mildly light yellow brownish green. The Tomato was obviously not fresh and my whole sandwich just ended up tasting like a day old leftover sandwich and I was very disappointed. I asked him to toast my tuna sandwich and he was trying to toast my sandwich with the tuna on it which is an obvious no no because it has mayonnaise and would be contaminated. I told him don't do that so he toasted it without my tune. Now my stomach severely hurts and I can't stop going to the bathroom and I'm hoping I don't have food poisoning now. I most likely will never go back to the Safeway or even trust it for a lunch break or anything in that sense.

They suppose to have store open til midnight durning weekdays but their employee close store at 10pm when I went on Friday. If your employee don’t want to work till store closing time maybe adjust store timing so people don’t waste their time coming. Also they’re super cheap they put veggie one by one which is stupid because we’re paying for the damn food.
