La cena del 31/12/2025 e’ stata ottima e il servizio accogliente ed efficiente, l’ambiente tranquillo ci ha permesso di chiudere l’anno in serenità.

Ottimo hotel arredato in stile minimal, sranze confortevoli con ampio bagno. Personale accogliente e cortese..Ottimo buffet per prima colazione. Ci ritorneremo.

Ristorante pizzeria situato vicino la piazza di Termeno. Possibilità di mangiare anche all'esterno. Personale gentile e disponibile. Cibo ricercato e consigliato.

Termeno è una località che deve essere almeno una volta visitata. Paese immerso nelle vigne con un piccolissimo centro storico dove sulla piazzetta c’è proprio questo ristorante. Fresco, nuovo e curato con una gestione casalinga (pochi operatori molto gentili che ti fanno sentire a casa!) Oltre all’ottimo cibo (non solo tipico della zona) propongono anche un ottimo loro vino di produzione “casalinga” limitata . Il proprietario signor Jan è veramente una bella persona! Consiglio vivamente il ristorante e le loro strutture alberghiere. Bravi !

Unico locale che agli inizi di febbraio domenica a pranzo con una splendida giornata non era in winterpause. Accoglienza splendida e servizio al tavolo elegante con cortese. Abbiamo mangiato dei primi gourmet anche se sono specializzati in carne. La carta dei vini era molto ricca e fornita. Tutte le porzioni erano modeste rispetto al loro prezzo. In generale ottima esperienza culinaria: per il prezzo e lo stile lo consiglio per un'esperienza sopra lo standard, sapendo che anche il conto lo sarà. Non siamo usciti con la fame ma nemmeno particolarmente sazi. Il conto: 3 coperti, 2 antipasti, 3 primi, 3 dessert, 1 bottiglia vino, acqua e caffè per tutti = 50€ a testa.

We dined at the restaurant several times during our week-long stay in Tramin. We were always warmly welcomed by friendly, smiling staff, managed to find a table even during the busiest times, and the dishes were fantastic with efficient service. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay in one of the studios. It was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a long stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, greeting us with a smile every day. The manager is truly impressive—hardworking, multi-talented, and always ready with quick solutions. On our first day, he even shared great tips on places to visit. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We dined at the restaurant one evening, and the food was delicious. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. To top it all off, they gave us a bottle of apple juice as a gift—a thoughtful gesture I’ve never experienced at any hotel before!

Great place in heart of Traminer (I"m very confident, that you know this wine species :-) ), just a few minutes by walk from every other interesting places in Traminer including Wine Cantina, possibility to visit private plage on Kaltersee belonging to this hotel, tasty meals in restaurant, free guest card including local public transport. All that mskes our stay perfect.

The restaurant lies in a quiet, beautiful town. The staff is very very very kind and helpful. The food is absolutely amazing and the cocktails are delicious. We are definitely going back there!

Durante la permanenza abbiamo mangiato i loro panini e bevuto i loro cocktails/aperitivi... Veramente tutti buoni. Bella la zona piscina all ombra di un vigneto. Peccato per la mancanza di un frigo in camera: con il caldo estivo ci vorrebbe. Ps: una piccolezza, per i canali italiani in tv, li ho trovati dopo il canale 1400... Buon zapping. sicuramente da tenere in considerazione se si vuole alloggiare a Termeno!

Ottimo hotel per comfort, pulizia e servizio. Colazione molto assortita e di ottima qualità , sia dolce che salata. Proprietario e collaboratori molto gentili e professionali. Unico rammarico è non aver mangiato al ristorante di proprietà, ma sicuramente ci rifaremo la prossima volta. Consigliatissimo!

Posto elegante ma non pretenzioso. I burger sono decisamente buoni. L'anno scorso avevamo provato dei primi piatti e me li ricordo buoni (prezzi allineati alla tipologia del locale, quindi non da mensa). Io cmq lo consiglio.

Abbiamo pranzato con amici in questo ristorante. Il personale cordiale e accogliente. Il servizio di buon livello . Abbiamo mangiato antipasti di carne e pesce , il risotto come primo e il dessert ; il tutto accompagnato da un calice di vino Gewurztraminer di loro produzione . La tartare di carne preparata al momento al tavolo con spiegazione ; semplicemente fantastico. Siamo sicuri di voler tornare in una prossima occasione.

We had dinner at this hotel/restaurant while staying in Tramin for the week. The expectations were high due to the many reviews all spectacular. We have been accepted although it was late already (many thanks for the flexibility) and we ordered the locally produced Lagrein wine, together with a tris of Knödel, followed by lamb and beef cheek. Really enjoyed both food and wine, especially the cheek was super tender. Overall bill 100€, that's fair, maybe a bit on the high end, but that's I guess everywhere in the Tramin area. Recommended to anyone who wants to spoil him/herself with a tasty meal and wine selection in a nice environment in the city centre

The food was really good and the staff very helpful gut I'd appreciate more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. Also, there is a vegan burger and salad available but that was not really shown on the menu (the option to get a meat free patty to the burger was only shown to me by the staff but was not included in the menu).

The Transalp organisation booked two rooms for us at Goldene Traube but when we arrived, we had to wait a long time before the owner finally came to the restaurant to assign the rooms. It appeared he didn't keep two rooms for us so one of us was brought to a room somewhere else in town. Not a big problem so far, but in the morning he didn't pick us up as promised to go for breakfast (which appeared to be served in a third location elsewhere in town and very diffucult to find without directions). In the end we didn't see anybody of the staff anymore in the morning. Big disappointment and a lesson for us and you: don't trust the owner if he promises something and at least arrange a plan B to be safe. +: the food was good. Update: the owner contacted us to say sorry and compensatie for the chaos we had. Thank you for that!

Ristorante molto ben arredato con stile definito e ambiente molto ricercato. Ma appunto, quando l'abito non fa il monaco. Ho trovato le materie prime di altissima qualità, ma l'esecuzione del piatto imbarazzante. Ho assaggiato alcuni piatti, ma non ce ne era uno che si salvava. Riso immangiabile, ragù di selvaggina insapore, tartare inconsistente. Poi non parliamo del servizio, poco professionale e distratto. I piatti uscivano disordinati, antipasti, primi e secondi, tutti insieme. E per questi ultimi motivi, totalmente overpriced,

Due stelle perché il locale è davvero bello e ben curato. Titolare cortese attento ed appassionato. Purtroppo il servizio, visto in due occasioni nella stessa giornata, pessimo. Attesa lunga cameriere "in palla" e di due pietanze una buona e l'altra pretenziosa e mal preparata. Prezzi sproporzionati a qualità e quantità. Esperienza da non ripetere.

We were not impressed. Cold toast, steak tartare way too salty. Hamburgers arrived undercooked. Staff were nice but seemed inexperienced and were very slow in cleaning dirty plates etc. The boss was running around in shorts and a t-shirt which was a bit strange in the evening. Very little value for money.

Ven arredato, cortesi, parlano italiano e servono dell'ottimo pane fatto in casa..in minima quantità però. I prezzi sono alti ed i piatti molto elaborati, ma il risultato è pessimo. La vellutata alle lenticchie è troppo piccante e le orecchiette al cervo...non sono orecchiette e sono affogate nel pepe e non si riesce a sentire il sapore della carne. Formalmente gradevole ma sconsigliato.

Pizza da asporto ritirata questa sera praticamente già fredda. La mia era una Margherita e di mozzarella ce n'era pochissima....pessima esperienza anche per le altre tre dei miei famigliari. Per noi purtroppo pessima esperienza che non ripeteremo.

We only wanted to have a single drink here, but apparently that’s not allowed in this restaurant. After we said we didn’t want any food, the staff started behaving very inappropriately — they tore the paper tablecloths off our table, nearly knocking our belongings to the floor, and told us, “We’re a restaurant, not a bar.” We offered to leave if it was such a problem, but they told us not to. However, we definitely should have left, as the whole experience ruined our mood and appetite — and the drinks were honestly pretty disgusting.

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience! We visited Goldene Traube in Tramin while it was raining and hoped to get a table. The place was half-full but the waitress told us to leave and come back two hours later while we were standing outside in the rain with no shelter. She wasn’t rude but definitely not welcoming either. No effort to accommodate us or suggest an alternative. We left feeling very unwelcome. As guests visiting from Germany, this was really disappointing, especially compared to the warm hospitality we experienced elsewhere in South Tyrol.
