I called several places when I needed to put together a casual happy hour to celebrate a friend’s retirement, expecting 20-ish people. Other places wanted me to guarantee attendance or commit to a minimum food purchase. So when I called Junior’s I was expecting more of the same and just hoping I could manage to make something work. They totally surprised me. They said something along the lines of “Sure, no problem, would you like to be on the patio? We don’t take reservations, but just call to remind us the day you’re coming, and we’ll know to set aside a space outside for you.” And that’s exactly how it worked out. It didn’t hurt that the weather was beautiful today and the patio was perfect, but really the best part was that they were flexible and trying to help me with my informal thing rather than trying to make me follow rules to benefit them. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Great beer selections. Had the Burger plate, includes 5 wings. Burger was medium rare perfectly done, substituted a salad for fries. Nice size, great lettuce. Hubby got the chicken parm special.nice size, took some home. Definitely going back.
Such good food!!! My friend spilled her wine on my meal and they got me a new one free of charge! The waiters name was Christian and he was awesome. Right to the point, had great recommendations for the food & was very accommodating
The manager Josh makes sure your meals are the way you order them the staff is friendly and have the answers about all the food on the menu and the prices are great highly recommend juniors
Came in for lunch. Got seated very quickly, very clean, and the restaurant was pretty busy. My waitress Shannon was absolutely fantastic! and recommended quite a few entrées to try. Lots of beer on tap of you drink. All of the sports games were on including hockey. Music was that perfect level. I had to Jack Daniels burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was perfectly cooked very large and filling. The french fries also perfectly cooked not under cooked either like some restaurants do. The meal was only $20 without tip. Burger and fries 8.4/10 Speed, service, and selection 8.5/10 Atmosphere 9/10 Overall rating 8.7/10
I would say they had one of the better gluten free pizza's that I've ever had at a restaurant. The Service was friendly and the meal came out fairly quickly for a place that was crowded on a Friday night. The atmosphere was good but a little loud for me. I have hearing issues and when it's loud it's hard to hear. I really did like the place still. I'd have no problems going back.
Shout out to our server Audrey with the vibrant red hair, and the kitchen staff! We were once weekly customers of this location as as time went on food quality really dropped and the staff always seemed so unhappy. We took a chance today because it was a busy day and couldn’t be happier. It’s surreal to see the Covid set up but they definitely hit the requirements set up for our area, exceeding them. Audrey was our server. She was great, made the experience feel like we were on a friends patio, checked on us appropriately. She wasn’t overbearing coming to talk to us with mouths full of food but checked in regularly. Our food was hot, perfectly cooked and great portions. In this insane time go get great quality food with happy to see you staff on an inviting patio.
I had seitán "wings" (pictured) with whisky barrel sauce and the beet salad. The seitán is cut into half moon shapes and then prepared like a really good chicken wing. It was actually absolutely delicious. And the beet salad was absolutely on point with pumpkin seeds for crunch and silky smooth goat cheese to make the flavor simply delicious. I was on work hours so I didn't sample the alcoholic fare but it looked very inviting with something for everyone. Will definitely go back again.
Given the pandemic, I had food delivered through GrubHub.OMG! I got the black and blue burger with waffled sweet potato fries, it was awesome! If you are still concerned with the pandemic certainly ordering from GrubHub is a great option to get a great meal! Kudos to juniors was quickly prepared and delivered awesome
We have been to Junior's Bar and Grill in Troy NY twice now.. I would like to start out saying Thank you to the staff at Junior's for Awesome friendly service, more restaurants could use friendly people like you.. The food is spot on.. complements to kitchen !!! wish we had a Junior's in Syracuse NY.. Thank you !!! we will be back !! going to try your wings next time..
I absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere. Perfect for those who want to watch sports. Drinks and food is always on point. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Food was excellent. Enjoyed the hot wings. Family friendly as well after a kids hockey game perfect choice for dinner! They even had vegetarian bowls for the wife!
Love this place! Always have the best service, and best bartenders!
Had a small Elementary School reunion and we had a great time! Our waiter was super cool, food was delicious, and drinks went down nicely! We ended up lingeri g for 3 hours and not once were we encouraged to leave, and our waiter even took pictures for us!
Junior’s Bar and Grill never disappoint Whether it’s dinner with my significant other or with the guys, the experience at Junior’s Bar and Grill is always great. The food is consistently delicious, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. Highly recommend!
We came here on a busy Friday night but we're able to get a table within 10 minutes. I liked the atmosphere of this place right away. The bar was hopping but nobody looked like they waited long for drinks. We ordered and had our food fairly quickly for how busy it was. We both really enjoyed our food, it was cooked good with great flavor and the fries were perfect. We ordered a take out meal to bring back to our kids and they loved their food as well.
Went here for the first time for a birthday lunch. Our waiter was wonderful and helpful with food selections. The amount of food was great for the price, I had leftovers! The Reuben was fantastic and the fries were great. My husband's burger was awesome as well. We will definitely return.
This was my first time eating at Juniors on a busy Friday night. Great place to hang out with friends. They have a good selection of beer on tap, and a large menu with many food options. The fish and chips was my meal and it did not disappoint. They give large generous portions. Great service too
One of the best experiences we've had in a long time. Food was fantastic and great price. Would like to thank the manager Josh in the Troy, NY location for providing such amazing customer service! Appreciate him for going above and beyond and making our time there so enjoyable.
Not only do I eat or or order from Juniors North Greenbush often, I also recently had our office party catered with food from Juniors (pick up). Sabrina was a pleasure to work with and there were no (bad) surprises! The gentleman working the restaurant when I picked up the food were very courteous and the food was a hit at the party! We had ordered the steak sliders, boneless wings, and a half pan of Mac n cheese. It was very generous portions and very delicious! Everyone loved it! I highly recommend Juniors for everything from sitting at the bar for a cocktail, dinner with friends and family, or orders for large parties.
Super great atmosphere best service the drinks were well made
First time here, and glad we tried it! Our server was Ben and he made two great recommendations for myself. The mix drink was great. All the food came out really quickly. I got ribs that felll right off the bone. Others got a pizza and a Ruben which I was told where good as well. Will be back! Thanks Ben and wait staff!
Delicious food, great bartenders; they mix well. Had a really good vodka and cranberry. Confortable environment, fair pricing.
More spacious than a typical bar, more intimate than banquet style dining. Good classic rock playing in the background but not blaring so as to interfere with conversation. Server (Andrew) was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. Portions were very large and food was delicious. Burgers were massive and cooked exactly as ordered. Whisky chicken wrap was very flavorful. Sweet potato waffle fries were awesome!
Love this place! Never a bad meal in North Greenbush! However, East Greenbush...not so great!
Fairly standard sports bar. Macaroni was good, fries were just right.
A Fantastic Brunch Experience at Junior’s Bar and Grill My wife and I recently visited Junior’s Bar and Grill in Troy, NY, for brunch, and we were blown away by the experience! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, and cheese, which was cooked to perfection—crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese all nestled in a fresh roll. My wife opted for the buffalo chicken wrap, which she absolutely loved; the chicken was tender, and the buffalo sauce had just the right amount of kick. What truly made our visit memorable, though, was the exceptional service we received from our server, Alexa. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Her warm demeanor and efficiency truly elevated our experience. Junior’s has a great atmosphere, delicious food, and incredible service. We can’t wait to return!
Had the best meal yesterday afternoon. From the host to the server the hospitality was amazing. Truly the host stood out to me, I believe it was Jason.
I live by here. As far as going to a laid back place to hang with friends, watch some sports and experience nice bartenders, you can't beat it. Its a great gathering place and everyone is there for the same reason. A drink, some casual food fare and great service. The place is noisy between all of the patrons and the tv's. But that's what is great about it if you're looking for super casual.
My host Jason was great, he put me in the table I requested and had great manors with a smile on his face. Absolute great guy and service.
Went in with a friend, Christian was our sever he was attentive and professional. I could tell he was a master as he didn’t have to write anything down. When the food came out it was hot and delicious. I got the One Eyed Willy burger and my friend got a cheese steak. We also split Nonnas nachos. Price was average for a sit down pub but well worth it and so much better than your typical chain restaurant.
Always good food and great service in the restaurant. Did have a small issue with a delivery once but all was made right by Manager Rachel. I happily patronize this business.
Our bartenders (specifically girffin but all of them were wonderful) was amazing. Our food was out of this world! Our drinks were perfect! On a friday night sitting at the bar our experience was WONDERFUL! Cannot recommend it enough!
Came here for dinner on a sunday it was fairly busy. Our server messed up part of the order but corrected the mistake. It was hard to get his attention to bring more napkins as well. The food was good and there were several vegetarian options for me to choose from. Im looking forward to trying other menu items when i return. Also if youre looking for out of market NFL games youre in luck! I had no problem seeing several TVs from my seat that were playing my favorite team (and several more playing other out of market games). My kiddo approved their kids menu!.
Had a great experience at Juniors! As a group of about 15 we are Dental Hygiene students celebrating our successful completion of what was our toughest semester and Juniors was the place to celebrate hands down. Bella was our wait staff and she was prompt, friendly and quest honestly so tolerant of our group. They have a great selection of mocktails which I appreciate as I also was celebrating a sobriety anniversary. My friends enjoyed various drink and one raved about the mule. The Star of the show was the dirty bird. Perfection on a bun, delicious crispy chicken, cool cole slaw and sweet dirty sauce. Absolutely fantastic. The fries are always so crisp. I highly recommend the bacon Brussel sprouts and fried pickle chips if you dear purchasing an appetizer because these meals will keep you fed all day long. These appetizers, both of which are cooked to perfection and covered in delicious seasoning, are the BEST I have had in any restaurant. We were sat immediately, our food arrived promptly and the location to school made this our go to spot for celebratory or blow off steam after our finals -meals. Thank you Juniors! Your staff are the best!
Although the outside seating overlooks a parking lot, their use of space is excellent, and when we sat outside, our view from the bar was of the inside restaurant and never even looked at the parking lot. We had fantastic service, great cocktails, and amazing pizza, all with a nice outdoor feeling and breeze .
The food was great, hot fresh and tasty! Our server was terrific good sense of humor and polite!! Reasonable pricing. Will definitely recommend and return.
Very nice location. Lots of great outdoor and indoor seating with scenery. Rustic wood, artistic tin panels, and classic brick accents. Only issue is that Jrs focuses on the most affordable (youngest possible) staff. Hiring teenagers is fine but when all of the staff struggle with no experience on guidance it’s a problem. Small issues in service and quality afoot.
Junior’s Bar & Grill in North Greenbush is exactly what you’d expect from a solid neighborhood pub. The menu is full of familiar favorites burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizzas, and plenty of appetizers. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and dependable, which is why I’ve gone back time and again. The staff is consistently friendly, and while I’m not much of a drinker, it’s clear the bar is a huge draw it’s extensive, lively, and always busy. Prices are fair, especially in today’s economy, and you know what you’re going to get: good, reliable pub fare in a bustling, casual setting. Only downside is it’s always loud. It’s not fancy, but it’s a solid go-to spot I’ll definitely continue visiting.
This place is always amazing every time we've went, Pizza is amazing, the Chicken Specials are good and everything is made FRESH!!! Staff are very nice helping me and my family with ordering. We always get something different every time we go and every time it always goes amazing! We love it here and we plan on coming back as much as we can.
Excellent neighborhood sports bar plus. Lots of TVs and good sight lines for a great sports bar, but with great food and enough craft beer taps to upgrade it to a top notch bar and grill. Heading her…

Food is great. Staff is second to none. atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly. Highly recommend.
This is a great place to stop in and enjoy some delicious home cooked meals! The menu has everything you could possibly want. Reasonable prices with generous portion sizes. Highly recommend the Mac…
We walked in and reserve 14 seats, which I have to say the host did a great job in getting us all seated within 10-15 minutes. Our waitress didn't introduce herself but had taken our drink and food orders all at once, as we were under a time restraint. Most everyone had gotten their order except for me. After waiting patiently for 20-25 minutes, our waitress finally returned and asked if I gotten my order, which was buffalo chicken wrap and fries, so after an additional 10 minutes, my order had arrived. Which left me less then 10 minutes to eat. So, I can't say I enjoyed my meal. The ambiance was cool the seen was hot plenty of space to hang, but, I felt as if the waitress was overwhelmed. I will go back .
This place was okay. The food was good, the waiter was pleasant and the location was perfect. However, when I walked in, I had to find someone to help us get seated. I almost walked out! Once we were seated, the waiter took about 4 minutes to attend to us. After she attended us, she took great care of us. I am assuming it's a staffing issue. But, it's a great place to go to.
It was good pub food. The artichoke dip was really good. I'm not sure if it was a change of shift or not, but the last time I went, the service was slow. The staff was pleasant, but we waited 4 or 5 minutes before someone even came to our table.
It's Juniors! This is one of the easiest places to meet up with coworkers after a long day at the office or just connecting with some friends for a quick drink and non-stop grill foods. The hosts are always super friendly, very accommodating, and they hustle to make sure everybody is tended to. They have outside dining as well, with a grill out back and patio chairs and tables up front. As busy as this place gets, it seems like there's always room for more people. Everything on the menu is good to try and the prices are very reasonable. Given the location and great service, its no wonder this place is so popular.
Solid over all. I enjoyed my All American burger and the pretzel bread sticks. The Pub sauce is really good and service was prompt and pleasant. If you’re thinking about eating here just do it you won’t be disappointed.
We stopped by Junior's in North Greenbush last night for a quick bite after a long week. This is convenientW because we can walk there from our townhouse behind the restaurant. The food is inconsistent but we keep coming back the the excellent service we get especially at the bar. Last night was no exception. We were immediately greeted by our favorite bartender Jess. She remembers our favorite drinks and asks about our grandchildren, even remembering their ages! Imagine that in this day and age. I noticed last night that the bar was full and Jess seemed to be taking care of three most of the bar. She did a great job, always has a smile on her face and offered everyone the same excellent service. She is just the best!
The waitress brought us plenty of napkins. But we're used to the original location in Albany where napkins and condiments are already in bins on the table. The service was terrific and our food was very consistent with what we were used to in Albany. It was refreshing to try out a second location andd still be pleasantly surprised. There's plenty of parking and the space was very clean and deceptively large.
Food is always good. Waitress/Waiters dont bother you (at least the times I've been there) For me, the atmosphere is to loud
This is the Junior's location to visit. A nice big space, clean, comfortable, with great staff. Outside seating by the bar is a very cool idea, especially nice on a warm day. They are covered by the overhang so you avoid direct sun while getting all of the warmth and breeze. Our bartender was friendly, witty, attentive and knew enough about the beer menu to be helpful. Happy hour specials were fresh and tasty. Had a great time on a Monday. Previous visits on a Friday were much different. Staff was a bit stressed and we had multiple food and service errors, likely from being so busy. Give this Junior's a go, but aim for a slower time of day/week.
Great bar food (wings, ribs, fries) and absolutely FANTASTIC lemonade. Can get loud and crowded at nights, but in my opinion that's just part of the Junior's experience. Can't go wrong with dinner at Junior's and ice cream at Stewart's afterwards.
New East Greenbush location is doing well. Service is solid and food is tasty. Only issue i have is each time I get take out, the sauces within the food containers open and spill out everywhere. Lids always seem to be partially melted and sauce less out.
GREETINGS MATTER, SERVERS! First impressions are lasting. If you only have to appease guests with a few exchanges in their 30-45 minute visit, please choose to make guests feel welcomed as opposed to making them feel like a burden to you. I wish I could give a solid 4.5 rating. The half star would be for the turnaround nearing the end of our visit, but that is too late! When the check was delivered our server blossomed! Not hard to figure out why, but... Being nice from start to finish is FREE. If we felt appreciated as patrons, then it is much easier to overlook the undercooked sweet potato fries left on the plate that our server never asked us about! Front & Back of the house have to work together to make paying guests want to return and that's how Junior's business GROWS ON! Maybe it was an off day, but we felt unwelcomed until our check was delivered. Not nice!
Great Sports Bar, I had the Reuban sandwich, very good! Lots of TVs and group type tables. Ample parking. Large Menu and nice beer selection.
Had a great time watching the Superbowl. Had a high top table in front of the two main screens which provided picture from the Fox Spanish channel. With the local Fox station blacked out from Dish due to a money dispute, bars devised a work around which gave the great view with the English sound coming delayed from another service. No big deal because the staff was great as was the food. Our waitress, Melissa, was attentive and cheerful. Thanks for a great evening.
Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of flat screen televisions to catch the game. We had the onion peddles for an appetizer and they were very good. They had a mustard based dipping sauce that was very different and tasty. I had the moonshine wings for lunch. The were cooked exactly the way I like them, lightly crispy. I was surprised at the flavor of the moonshine sauce, I really liked it. The moonshine sauce was a pleasant change from the typical Frank's hot sauce. I would highly recommend Junior's for casual dining. Kelsay is an outstanding server!
Food was decent for a bar and grill. Went for a quick work lunch. Good environment. Felt like the wings were dry. Staff was nice. My table had to ask for a refill of our drinks which didn't sit with us well. Ordered the burger and wings, believed it was called the platter. Parking kind of sucks.
I sat at the bar on valentine's day the Bartenders on were phenomenal. Drinks were amazing! I had the dragonberry mojito and I also tried the valentine's drink special, chocolate covered strawberry martini I'm not a big fan of chocolate but I wanted to give it a try and I'm glad I did it was very good! The chicken coop sandwich was also delicious, fries could've used a bit more seasoning but It didnt matter to me I just added some salt and pepper. Food came out quick! Overall friendly staff and I will return for another mojito!
A newly opened bar and grill. Checked it out with the family and everyone loved it. The food came out fast and it taste very delicious. Our server was great and I noticed all the servers were also very friendly. There is also an outside patio sitting area for outdoor eating. My first experience was impressive and I would definitely go back.
Good price for a soup and sandwich, met some friends here for a pre Christmas lunch. Service was friendly and reasonably quick.

If you go to Junior's, plan on going for the drinks and the TV/ sports options. Don't go for the food. It was really bad. The Birria quesadillas was supposed to come with a consomme for dipping. In…

Food is just pretty gross drink is ok. bathroom is disgusting. Waitress does not check back
Went here in a Saturday afternoon with the family. Good crowd, good atmosphere and good service. Food is your standard pub fare but wings were on point. Try the honey chipotle!

Ambiance was nice and the service was great. The food was a mix of delicious and disappointing. The spinach artichoke dip was fantastic but came with Mexican tortilla chips and cheap bread that didn't really go with the dip. I had the loaded grilled cheese which was also really good but the sides were a total miss. The tomato soup was overly salty and way too rich, and the fries were really bad. The bar is nice and definitely a good place to have drinks with friends.
Stopped for lunch. Very nice server. Got the lunch special grilled cheese and soup. Cheese wasn't melted. Soup was warm but tasty. We also ordered their Crispy tots. Not crispy or hot. For $6 not worth it....
this was my first visit to this particular juniors. I was alittle disappointed by the menu selection compared to the albany and guilderland ones. the 2 meals that were ordered were lacking flavor especially sauces and when was hoping the server would ask if we needed anything it seemed they were unavailable. yet service felt rushed and not personal , maybe server was having a off night but unfortunately made our experience not enjoyable. compared to the other locations.
Our server messed up the order and presented a check with both meals still on the ticket. A manager never apologized for the extended wait - this was a to go order, had to wait over an hour for completion. Update- my wife and I returned for a late lunch. The waitress was spot on! Our food came out promptly and accurate. Her wait service was excellent- always accommodating and acknowledging when we needed drink refills.
Went there today to pick up food for lunch. Ended up getting the French Onion Soup, which was pretty good. I also got an order of wings, a co worker told me the wings were a must try, I ended up getting Honey BBQ, and they were amazing. Lastly I got the Birria Grilled Cheese that came with fries. The fries were good but the sandwich itself was not good at all. I didn't even eat half of it. It barely had any cheese on it and didn't come with a side of Birria sauce for dipping, like it was supposed to. I'll go back for the wings and try other food, but the Birria Grilled Cheese was disappointing for sure.
Renss County outpost of Albany establishment. Simiar sports bar vibe but the bar feels airier and theres a few more booths available that aren't stuck watching tvs. I got fish and chips which is my standard at Albany location and here the dreaded "sloughing off" where the breading doesnt stick to the fish. Maybe it was just a bad day?
First time to Troy location. It was Ok. We had a fine time, but it wasn’t because of outstanding food or service. I don’t know if the server was new, but he didn’t introduce himself and rarely approached the table for refills. Guac & chips were a good choice. Ribs were good. The chicken tortilla soup had an overwhelming amount of black beans. The gentleman bussing tables made a spill across the floor that took a while for staff to clean up. — In general all staff seemed inexperienced.
My complaint here is not about the quality or taste of my meal. My complaint is with the BALT specifically. I can here with two other friends and their portion sizes were great and definitely worth the money. One friend got a burger with fries and 5 wings with a price of $20 personally I feel like that’s a great price. By comparison I payed $14 and got a BLT with avocado the problem is that the sandwich came with 3 pieces of bacon, two slices of lettuce, two slices of tomato, and one extremely disappointingly sized portion of avocado (as seen in the photo). I’m disappointed in their judgment of the portions and felt like it should be known. But otherwise everything was nice and I’ve come here before and would come here again.
Very busy night....10 top came after us but were served first. Pulled pork sandwich was a little dry but had good flavor. Needed a bit of barbecue sauce. That said....all the other meals were tasty and the ff were soooo good. UPDATE: Went a week later...ordered nachos with guacamole & chicken. Worst I had ever had. No guacamole on it at all, the chicken was just boiled n had a weird mealy texture that tasted terrible. We left basically the entire plate except for a few tortilla chips that actually had anything on them. Big disappointment this time. Upside...the chicken wing dip is delicious and our server and server in training were great!!!
Great service! The menu changed & dropped the moonshine pulled pork quesadilla and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was a big mistake. Please bring them back. Those were why we chose to eat here …

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. First time at this location. Service was good even with a packed house. I really enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich with whiskey sauce.
When our chicken wings appetizer came out, we still hadn't been given any plates, napkins, or silverware, so we had to sit there and watch our wings get cold while waiting for place settings. When we finally did begin eating them, we quickly realized they were overcooked. The wing sauce was tasty, though. My date ordered a quesadilla for her entree, and I ordered fish and chips. Both were extremely greasy. The first bite of fish I took exploded with grease. Which is a shame because the onion tartar sauce was actually quite tasty, and the fish itself looked like really nice pieces. Overall, this was a mediocre experience, but it did show some promise. Every place has an occasional off night, and I'd be willing to give them another shot.
Good news. They finally brought back the chili. Bad news. They served it luke warm with bottom of the barrel side of fries. Also bad... Their bowl ingredients are pre-made. Even the server seemed disgusted by that.
The food was adequate but not great, and we love the sports on all the tvs... but be prepared to hunt down your own silverware, drinks, ketchup, and the bill.
Used to love this place - seems like the place has been slowing going downhill these past few months in terms of service. Especially at the bar. Food is good and consistent.
Took forever and they got our order wrong in two separate ways. Only Juniors I’ve had ever been to that charged me for seltzer instead of tap water. Doesn’t do the Juniors name proud. Try a different one.
Excited to see new restaurant in East Greenbush, sadly the food was not even average for bar food. The hummingbird chicken was so loaded with aoli that it just fell about and the chicken definitely frozen ,very rubbery. The moonshine chicken quesadillas had more cheese and onion than chicken and the sauce was so sweet it overpowered the entire dish. The salsa was either Pace or a copycat, definitely not fresh. Service was fair but not observant. On a good note the fries were fine but not enough for me to return. It’s a shame to
Ok, play off night we order appetizers and drinks, they come out great. Then 3 minutes later entrees !! we are at a 2 top there is no place to put the food we now have food on the bench I reach to try to make room and I get sour cream all over my coat. I ask to speak with a manager, he did offer to remake everything but I told him no it's fine. 2nd playoff game comes on, 1 TV in the whole sports bar had the game on i ask to get it put on another TV waited 35 minutes. Gave up and left went to another bar to watch game and get drinks. We gotta do better Juniors. I'm a regular and service was absolute crap tonight.
What happened to this place? Stopped after work for a drink and to watch some of the baseball playoffs. 2 games were on but they only had 1 on but thankfully they had football classics on from 20 yea…
I’m writing on my mom’s account because I wasn’t there to see the food when she brought me some chicken back from lunch. I can only talk about the taste. The chicken wings tasted like cardboard, even after I added my favorite Buffalo Wild Wings sauce. It was so bad that she offered me her Reuben sandwich. I was surprised she even ate half of it. The Reuben had a strange taste that I couldn’t handle.
I got “the plate” , supposed to be a burger 5 wings plus a salad but I received no wings at all 😡
I was there yesterday and my food was terrible. I ordered my wings and the waitress put mine and my sons order In wrong, so I asked if they can please fix my order. When she came back with our food it looked like they looked for the worst food to cook and serve. I told the waitress my food still looked bad. She took it in the back and they brought back the same food out, they just added more sauce to make it look good. Definitely not okay and they definitely messed up my appetite. They need to do better and not serve terrible food when they messed up the order in the first place. Definitely not going there for in a while. If I could give negative stars for the food i would. It was terrible!
One star? Tuesday 9/16 at 6:30. High Top at the bar. 1) 10 minutes to get waited on. 2) ordered a drink another 10 minutes before our drinks came. 3) ordered chicken tenders w coleslaw and two different bbq sauces. 4) 15 minutes later waiter comes by I’ll check on your food. 5) at that time ordered another round of drinks. 6) 10 minutes later had to go to the bar to get our drinks. 7) look behind me waiter is chit chatting w another employee at the computer. 8) Food finally shows up, chicken tenders no sauce. Chicken tenders soggy and I mean wet?? Coleslaw non descript no flavor. Let’s hope it’s a one off? Nice place.
I ordered $50 in wings. I got home to find they didn’t have hardly any sauce on them. I drove back to the restaurant and told the Manager (Jim). He apologized and said he would give me a big discount for my troubles. I thought it was odd that he took my wings over the counter and just added sauce to them.. instead of remaking them. Extremely disappointed!! I did not receive the big discount he said I would.. I’m still waiting and it has been over a week.
Asked for extra crispy chicken wings & got mushy-not fully cooked chicken. I ended up getting extremely sick from it ; vomitting & bathroom issues for about 2-3 days ; didn't feel fully okay until about a week & a half or so. Worst experience I've had. This wasn't the 1st time I've been here, but it sure will be the last at this location.
Awful. Just awful. Bland and flavorless. I expected better but everything had no flavor. Boxed Mac and cheese tastes better…. Buffalo chicken putine has no flavor and heat… and the “sauce” was watery and greasy all at once. Wings are too dry and bland. The turkey blt has no bacon. It’s in the name!!! Blt!!! And no bacon? It’s not hard to remember that! The corn bread is dry and overcooked. If we were in the restaurant everything would have been sent back and we would have left. This is not worth the money. It’s a waste of money that will be thrown away.
I ordered on a fri night 1030pm. Figured it would be busy, food would be good. I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip. It had absolutely NO CHCKEN !!! I also ordered chicken quesadilla - this was thee WORST. Very little to no chcken and cheese. Quesadilla was rubbery tasting. You can tell they just popped it in the microwave to heat it up. Totally disappointed. I will be requesting a refund in the morning.
Nah they violated my girlfriend's pickle!! THEY GAVE US half of a half of a pickle spear!! We come here for great service and great pickles!! But instead we've been pickled 😫!! Iiiiiiii for one am flabbergasted ☝🏾😭!! My flabbers have been gasted !... I mean my quesadilla was off the CH-IZ-AIN 👌🏾but I am PICKLED PINK 😩
