If nobody is going to say it I will! I am very pleased to have this store here. Customer service is on point I love Sophia so much she is just so perfect! She takes her time and makes you feel at home I love to see her here I remember her from Albany location and she’s just the sweetest thing on the earth!! Next time I come in I’m going to gift her a present she really holds it down in each store!! The food is great bit there is no place to eat or even stand to wait for your order.

The restaurant looked understaffed. The chef did a superb job but I felt bad for him working solo on all those backed up orders.

Ordered ahead on doordash for pick up. Food was ready on time, was tasty, very spicy!! But we did not get our 2 blue cheese sides which were included in our order.

I really like Wingstop I've had a lot of good interactions with the place 99% of the time there is great people serving you on that a rare occasion you'll get a sour one their wings are amazing and all of their food is good I love their fries The only thing I don't like about Wingstop is the sitting area is very small not meant for large crowds there's no place to park ever but other than that it's a great place I would recommend it to most people handicap accessible but not good for large parties. Very small kitchen always clean except with the one time I went in there I was under new staff and they were a hot mess but they got it together now and they are good to go stop in have a wing or two but like I said to parking no place to park hard to get in and out but the staff is great PS go there today have some wings enjoy

I'm a pretty patient person but that seemed excessive. I had people walking in and placing orders get their food before I got mine that I ordered online. That being said, my fries were ice cold after waiting an hour. Wings were very fresh and perfectly cooked. Employees did apologize for the wait which was appreciated. Not sure I will be returning anytime soon, which is a shame because I live right up the road and was very excited for this location to open. I think with some time management this location could be great.

Hate to rate so low, this is the new location in Troy that just opened up, I’m not sure if they were expecting a lot of business or they just don’t care but store is way to small always crowed and understaffed. The employees need help becuase it doesn’t seem like they can keep up with orders. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they were horrible with some weird after taste and soggy. I’ve had wing stop in Albany along with wings from buffalo wild wing and buffalo wing wings GO all lemon pepper to ensure it wasn’t my taste buds. Save your money and go somewhere else. There’s always people outside the store loitering smoking weed or just making it an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Hair in food

I ordered 15 wings. That qualified me for 10 free wings. They only delivered the 10 free wings and completely forgot my order. I’d give 0 stars if able.

Person who waited on me had no clue about anything! 3/19/26 at 4:00 Ordered 4 chicken tenders with bbq on the side. Observed he was struggling w the system, so I explained it 3 times. When I got home… 5 tenders came out soaked in bbq sauce. You want good chicken tenders made the way you want them, go to Dave’s Hot Chicken!

I came in at 11pm they close at 12. Every single employee expect 1 was complaining saying “omg I just want to go home,”, “omg let’s close this place please” so we left.

Food is never ready! workers always saying they should quit! I put a order in 45 min prior to pick up, was suppose to be in 21 min. Still not ready.

My chicken was raw waited 30 minutes looks like all the employees were nodding out.

Skip this stop. The food is mid, lacked flavor or depth. I didn’t even eat to finish it. The fries were sweet oddly which is not a preference for me. For reference I had a mix and match of boneless and bone in wings with fries. Best thing on the menu was the prepackaged Simply Lemonade 🙃

Just scrolling through reviews,to see if it would be a new place to eat. Not sure I will be going there can't understand how same establishment has no good reviews,and good reviews at the same time. It's either good or not. Hospitality doesn't seem to be there either. Not a great way to start off with an establishment. Corporate or franchise should be addressed.

Expect to wait, even after ordering through the app. When I ordered on the app said that my food would be ready in 15 to 20 mins. It took 45 mins to get my order. The staff didn't say that it was going to be longer when I arrived just asked for my name and went in the back. Got home and the food wasn't that good and they forgot items in my order. Won't be going back.

The way the manager spoke to me made me feel the short order was intentional. Their service was very slow, but that's fine. Ethically. They don't deserve anyone's business. Avoid at all costs.

The women at the counter said it was going 15 minutes when in reality it was 1 hour and 9 minutes of a wait time .Just keep it a stack. We ordered our food at 5:15 and didn’t get our food until 6:24 . During the wait we had even left twice, so that weren’t just standing their staring at them the whole time. We left to get gas and went to the Walmart near by and they still weren’t ready either times. This place sucks bad , and they are understaffed. The food was not very tasty it lacked flavor and the bread on my chicken sandwich was stale. They need a manager that actually helps them out and lightens the load cause once they get behind it’s a wrap. You’re gonna be waiting all night. Lastly, they don’t wear gloves. Not worth $50.

Being all those wings were tossed in one container, sauce leaked out and through the paper bag all over my pants in the car as I was the one holding the bag. It was just a mess. Not to mention the food isn't even that great. It felt like a whole waste of my money. I will not be back again.
