First time there, definitely won't be the last. Salad bar was endless, too many selections. Loved it. Meats were delicious, i would recommend the garlic sirloin and smoked sausage. Dessert was great, had the Brazilian cheesecake, wow. Don't know where I put it, I was pretty full by that point. Several desserts to select. All in all, one of the nicer dining experiences I've had in Tulsa or anywhere for that matter. Hats off to the staff, see you soon!

I travelled 5,200 miles to Tulsa to visit this Spectacular restaurant. The food here is just spectacular. The salad bar is the best I have ever seen. Every meat you can think of is cooked brilliantly. The deserts are just as spectacular as the salad and main courses. We were served by a very professional, kind and well presented young man called Andrew from Austin in Texas. He knew all you needed to know about the courses and the wines. Well done Andrew, hope you are working when we return, Richard from London England.

Fantastic staff. Amazing assortment of meats and other foods. Since the location in in a mall, there is plenty of free parking. Be sure to tell the servers how well you want your meat done. We'll is carved from the outside of the meat while more rare is available from the middle

This restaurant offers such a unique and memorable dining experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the variety of food is outstanding. From fresh salads and vegetables to soups, charcuterie boards, meats, and cheeses—everything was top quality. The way the proteins are served is especially fun and different. With the green and red coin system, the food just keeps coming until you’re ready to pause. Each protein was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor—we enjoyed a wide selection, including beef, chicken, lamb, and sausage. The dessert menu was just as impressive. We tried the crème brûlée and the cheesecake, and both were absolutely delicious. On top of all that, the service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and attentive. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for something both delicious and unique.

The dining experience offers a continuous presentation of succulent meats directly to your table, complemented by a global-inspired salad bar. This includes a diverse selection of delicacies typically found on a charcuterie board, such as various olives, breads, and cheeses. Homemade soups, potatoes, traditional salad bar options, and a variety of breads, sauces, spreads, and jams are also available. To enhance your meal, complimentary whipped potatoes, cheese rolls, and plantation bananas that compliment the palate are provided. A comprehensive beverage selection, including Brazilian liquors for mixed drinks, is offered. Finally, a dessert menu caters to all preferences, ensuring a satisfying experience for every guest.

Love this place. Excellent Brazillian steakhouse. Our server Brandon was excellent. Provided exemplary service and ensured we received anything we requested. He was also the bar tender. Awesome job. Salad bar was exceptional. As always ti different meat we cooked and seasoned perfectly. Desert was delicious.

The staff was wonderful! The buffet was over the top and the different meat options were absolutely amazing. Loved loved. The only downside was eating way too much. 😂

The wife and I went to celebrate her birthday and it was a very nice dinner. The food was so, SO good, and the staff came to the table so much asking how everything was, that we were joking about needing time alone together. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Our server did a wonderful job at making sure we were satisfied. There wasn't any wait time for the entire meal. Since it was mid-week, the place wasn't that busy. The guys kept coming with the delicious meat selections. The salad bar is like an attraction at Texas de Brazil and this one was exceptional! Overall, we had a wonderful meal and Nolan our server did a wonderful job and made sure my wife's birthday was celebrated.

The house service is very friendly & attentive. The bar service was very strong. The deserts were amazing. And everything in between, DELICIOUS! If you go, all I have to say is, try a little bit of everything. You won't be disappointed. They keep the food coming until you say stop! It's gonna be dangerous in there if you're on a diet!

We always come here for my son's birthday. I wish they had more private seating like booths. For the prices I really don't want to be looking at the next tables people eat. The tables are very dark, too, and I wish they would add or change something in the food offerings. It's been the same food menu since they opened. Some meats were too salty. The service was great, and the waiters kept coming and offering meats. Great experience overall.

Stopped here for our date lunch today. Both of us were surprised with wide selection at salad bar. The food and the service were great. They were willing to cook meats to well done as we asked and came back. Also, before a meal, we ask a server not to bring seafood or pork, and those items have never been brought by our table. It is one of the best restaurants in Tulsa. We will be back!

Made reservations for our anniversary dinner on a Saturday night at 9pm. The servers were all excellent, attentive, and engaging. The food is incredible. If you love meat you have to eat here at least once in your life. This is not a cheap outing so plan to spend around $100 per person with drinks. The atmosphere in the restaurant is upbeat and fun. The meats they bring around for you to try are all so tasty. I included a pic of my plate from the salad bar and some of the meat I couldn't finish. This is not just dinner, it's an entire experience.

This was my first time at Texas de Brazil and it was awesome! I am planning a bachelor party and wanted to get a feel for the restaurant. From the staff to the food everything was perfect! Our hostess seated us promptly and our server Colby was amazing! This was our first time at a churrascaria style restaurant but Colby made sure we knew how everything worked! Colby was patient, friendly, and hard working! Promote him definitely! The gauchos were on point with all the different meats which were fantastic! Some reviews say the meat is too salty however the traditional method uses rock salt so if this is not your cup of tea let your server know and they can accommodate. Other reviews say the meat was too rare or too done, once again communicate with your server and they will take care of it! Don't complain if you didn't ask the the staff too fix it. Keep in mind, the lunch menu will not contain all of the meats that the dinner menu will, also the drinks are by the can which can and will get pricey! Overall the service and food were five star worthy! I will definitely be returning and the bachelor party will be fantastic!

Went here twice, once was for our wedding anniversary and the other one for a graduation celebration. We reserved a table ahead and got there with our table almost ready, we waited for a little bit but we didn’t mind. Our servers were awesome and explained how everything work. From ordering food and drinks and letting the servers know if we need more food or we are done. Their meats were delicious and their salad bar was more then you can ask for. They had a lot of choices to help you cleanse your palate after eating different kinds of meats. They have different kinds of sauces, salads, cheese, bread, rice and more! I would recommend them for any kind of occasions or just a regular day if you feel like rewarding yourself. Im for sure you will go home stuffed! 😂😂

Amazing food some of the best I have ever had! Our server Zachary was the quickest and most polite and friendly server ever. Atmosphere is amazing and service is untouchable. This place is all you can eat and with all the different meats it didn't take long to fill up.

Recent Review (02/2026) Price $25: I ordered takeout through DoorDash, and my food was great! I especially love their chimachurri (possibly misspelled, lol). They & the Dasher forgot the bread tht came with my meal, but everything was still Tasty!😋 (Past Review, approx. 2023) Price: $100+ We went ths past Easter Sunday and had a Wonderful time! The food was Delicious and the service was Outstanding. BOTH of our waiters (Alex & Aiden) Rocked.....they were AWESOME!!💜 Since they're nearby, we will DEFINITELY be going back, but probably during Lunchtime!😁

My bf and I went on a Friday night. It was our first time going and we used a $20 off coupon. I wasn’t sure what to expect at all, but our waitress was kind and explained how it worked. The salad bar was awesome and had everything you could ever want, but you have to save room for the meats and of course dessert. All the meats were really good, but my favorites were the bacon-wrapped chicken, sausage, and pork chop. Our waitress and all the gauchos were very friendly and attentive. Dustin specifically was very nice and made us giggle. The only food I didn’t like was lobster bisque, but hey, it’s lobster bisque at a buffet. The dessert does cost extra which we didn’t know about, but luckily it was good - we tried the bananas foster cake (pictured) and Brazilian cheesecake. We will definitely be back! A fair price for what you get at this wonderful buffet!

It was our 10 year anniversary and we had never been it was a great experience we had a wonderful server her name was Niki and she helped make our night special we had passionfruit limeade which was amazing my husband had a banana fosters and I had Brazilian cheesecake we both loved out deserts within 15 minutes of being sat we already had 5 meats it was all delicious the only meat we had a problem with was sirloin it was very well done but we only got that once so can't say if other's were better. But all in all was wonderful I was worried due to the bad reviews but we had a wonderful experience!

Always love the place, and if you go to lunch, it's way cheaper than dinner. Recommend lobster bisque. Not so much the salami and roasted bell peppers on the salad bar. The meat is always awesome. Can't get enough.

Food and service excellent! Made reservations two days prior. Seated immediately. That said....this was for lunch....wasn't too crowded, so reservations probably wasn't necessary. Better safe than sorry.

Today, Feb 15th, 2026 will be my 2nd visit. Ive NEVER had a more enjoyable dining experience. The variety is plentiful and the flavors are plentiful. The staff are so helpful and pleasant. I actually broke out in meat sweats my first visit. Our reservation for today is at 6pm. I. CANT. WAIT.

Texas de Brazil in Tulsa was amazing in all respects. Most of the staff are bilingual which is really nice. My date only spoke Spanish, and I only spoke English. The staff had a great time helping us communicate when our Pixel Bud Pro 2’s failed us. This steakhouse offers so many awesome meats. Make sure you go on an empty stomach and don’t fill up on items from the salad bar. Yes this place is extremely expensive, but don’t forget to tip generously. The staff are top notch and deserve to make decent money. I highly recommend this steakhouse. 5 stars

This tops any all you can eat places. A meat lovers heaven. The variety of meats varies from different cuts of steaks to sausages. The side items are also on point. Soups, shrimp, salads. The service is remarkable. Very attentive and accommodating. Make sure you tip well, as these folks definitely do a superb job. The seating is a bit crunched when it’s packed. Otherwise, the scene is serene and relaxing. Bring your belly!

Very unique dining experience. The service was great and the salad bar was amazingly fresh and had a lot of options for salad, cheeses and soups. We went for lunch on a Friday and it was easy to get a table with fast, excellent service.

I had high expectations from this restaurant. Food was alright it could have been a lot better especially with their shrimps, it really didn’t have any taste. The only meat i liked was their garlic sirloin

B
Bob Sisk

Wide variety of meats, the bacon wrapped chicken is a nice change from all the beef. The salad bar is excellent and includes shrimp, smoked salmon, grilled pineapple, scalloped potatoes, and much much more. You can do the salad bar only option for Friday lunch for $21 and if you're a teacher or first responder it's $19.

J

Was a great new experience. Wonderful variety on their very unique salad bar. Cheese lovers dream. Meats were full of flavor and juicy. Service was impeccable. Only reason for 4 stars was it was just so expensive $140 for 2 people. Definitely a special occasion place.

Brought customers here for a business dinner. Pricey but very good food. Loved the salad bar. Lots of options for everyone. Lobster bisque was also very good. Will be adding this to my wife and my date night list!

This has been our go to birthday or other celebration place for many years. Dinner last night was disappointing. The variety of meat was lacking, what was making its rounds was tuff, gristle multiple times. Had to ask multiple times for the cuts we were looking for, most never came. The cut I was waiting for when it did make its rounds, was cooked to less than rare. I hope this is not the new normal.

N
Nash Lindley

A bunch of the different meats were fairly overcooked, making them dry and tough. Not as great as it has been in the past. Good flavors though. Salad bar was great as always though.

It is not our first time, my husband and I usually go to Texas de Brazil to celebrate special occasions. Today we were very disappointed with the meats selection, basically just chicken was being served. We have to ask for the Picanha couple times. On the last time they served the Picanha it had no flavor at all. Today they didn’t even have the traditional Brazilian sausage. It is too expensive for what was offer today.

It was a fun try and we've wanted to try it for a long time. Happy we tried it but won't be back. First, we did have reservations but still had a 30+ minute wait, which really isn't that bad but we overheard the hostess say that corporate has them double book on purpose. I suppose many people don't show up for their reservations? Personally, we thought (party of four) that for the price, it wasn't that great. We expected outstanding, I mean really blown away taste and to be honest, it wasn't much better than Texas Roadhouse. The soup and sides were really good and in my opinion outshined the meat. The chicken was the best of all of the entrees, however, I can make that chicken at home on the grill just as good and not pay the high price. The Lamb and steak were rare, not medium rare but bloody rare and undateable. Really needed to be cooked longer. None of us could eat the lamb or steak. We requested for them to be medium and were told that it'd be a 30 minute wait. So that was unfortunate since they're counting on you filling up on sides and not the meat. We were only offered meat maybe five times thoughout the night. Mostly the same chicken and sausage. That was a letdown. Service was good and everyone was nice and pleasant. I'll note that I wouldn't recommend bringing young children here. Before anyone gripes, we've eaten at Five Star restaurants all over the country and for the price, this one just doesn't pass the test.

We were seated right away, salad bar was good, when meat came out, sausage, chicken, pork. I asked for filet. We waited 45 minutes by I asked for the check. Finally the filet came as were trying to leave. For the price of this meal you would think asking for filet would not be that big of an ask. This was my first time at the restaurant and the last.

F

Our server was very kind, had a great personality and was extremely apologetic at the lack of food offerings. Sausage came around twice, chicken twice and pork once. I rarely eat chicken or pork. The only time we were offered red meat was garlic picanah and even though I specified medium rare, this was so overcooked it was difficult to chew. I mentioned it to the server and she spoke to the kitchen. After another 15 minutes we gave up and asked for our check. The server apologized again and said she wanted to get the manager. The manager changed our bill to “lite dinner” meaning we were only charged for the salad and never bothered to stop by our table or anything. So we paid just over $70 plus a generous tip for a couple of bites of salad and a piece of overcooked meat. What a disappointing experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands-down the worst meal I’ve ever had. The service was awful — the staff constantly ignored me and rarely brought any meats around. When they finally did, the meat was undercooked, tasted terrible, and to make things worse, I even found hair in my food. Within hours, my stomach started hurting badly — I’m still feeling it now, and it’s extremely painful. I’ve never left a restaurant feeling this sick and disappointed. For the ridiculous price they charge, the food quality and service were beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your money, and your time, avoid this place completely. You’d be far better off going to McDonald’s — at least there you’ll actually get cooked food without feeling miserable afterward.

Went for a family member birthday and was expecting a good experience in the beginning everything was good worker were coming out to give us meat and waiter constantly filling up cups but after 30 to 45 minutes we noticed they slowly stopped coming to our table until all of a sudden they stopped and were wondering what was happening we also noticed that the managers were greeting and asking if everything ok to tables but never came up to our just walked past like we weren’t there I didn’t want to assume anything bad but he were the only Hispanic family in there and for them to only ignore us didn’t feel right we noticed the food was not coming any more was after 45 minutes of them coming we noticed one of the workers was at the table next to us serving meat and was about to come to us until he looks at someone and goes to the table next to us then leaves a family member pointed out that when he looked at the person it seem like they signaled to stop serving us because also after that the waiter came and took our plates away we would of said something but didn’t want to cause a issue so we just paid and left but for almost $500 dollars and only 45 minutes worth of food wasn’t a great experience

Been here twice. Once for our anniversary and most recently for Valentine's Day. The Management here sucks!! First visit a server ruined my dress shirt with blood/juice from a slice of meat.. not blaming him, but he could have apologized or something. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed and confused and possibly under trained by management. Second visit was for a special romantic occasion. Reservations made FOUR weeks in advance. Upon arriving on time for our reservation there was a line that extended into the dining area that was just for people TRYING to check-in!! These folks had been waiting in line for 30-40 minutes just to check-in. Management should have been at reception to let people know they were trying their best to accommodate. Sorry, but not wasting out time to stand and wait! Left and went to another restaurant, without reservations, and seated quickly, even with them being quite busy. Texas de Brazil you have lost our business forever!

I was hesitant to leave a review. My wife and I went on Valentines Day. We had reservations and still waited 30 minutes for a table when there were open tables all over the restaurant. That wasn’t the bad part. Once we got sat, we made our plates at the salad bar and flipped our cards green to let them know we were ready for the main entrees. About 5 minutes later a guy came over, slid myself and my wife each a piece of a tiny bacon wrapped filet, then left. We then sat and watched multiple food servers carry skewers to the same areas, FOR OVER 30 MINUTES! The whole time we sat there I tried multiple times to get someone to bring food over, even bothered my server multiple times to help out. I finally started pointing at the people walking around with food and speaking loudly asking them to serve our area. Everyone was annoyed but I was vocal. We finally got food and the management did next to nothing regarding how bad the experience was. The food was good, but everything else was awful. Not nearly worth the price. We have been to this location many times, and the last few haven’t really been that great… but Valentines Day was the worst…

D
David Kay

I come to this restaurant two to four times per year. The service is always great. The drinks are awesome. And ninety-five percent of the time the food is perfect. Unfortunately, today was not one of those times. We were immediately seated. The service was on point but the food left a lot to be desired. After our routine trip to the salad bar, we flipped our table cards to green. Then we waited. And waited. I was offered two pieces of chicken, three pieces of pork and two cuts of beef. Most of which, was overcooked. Not once did I see any Picanha until after I was tired of waiting and asked for my check. To say “the kitchen was slow” is an understatement. When the food coming out is so slow, the server apologizes before handing you the check (they were great, by the way) then obviously there is an issue. I will be back as this is not the norm, but spending 150 dollars on food that isn’t coming out is unbefitting and disreputable.

Made a Valentine’s Day reservation months ago. When we arrived the waiting area was overflowing and we waited in line to check in for our reservation for 25 minutes. We were told that the manager told them to overbook. We waited over an hour for our table, hoping we wouldn’t be one of the tables by the line with people standing over you while you ate. We ended up at a decent table but had two people come by with meat the first 30 minutes. Our waitress advocated for her tables and we finally started seeing people. We have come here many times but this will be our last. Horrible experience with rude people at the host table.

R
Ryan Stephens

My wife and I reserved months in advance a special Valentine’s Day dinner at Texas De Brazil. When we arrived at the restaurant, my wife was rudely greeted by the manager. The manager, Dillion, was extremely rude to my wife when we showed them our reservation. Upon communicating to Dillion, Dillion proceeded to say “we can’t guarentee that everyone on the reservation list will get a table.” What is the purpose of a reservation when you can’t “guarantee” a table? That is the point of a reservation is to get a table. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day but Dillon and leadership should’ve prepared his staff ahead of time for large crowds on this holiday. There is zero excuse in rejecting a customer of two when we have ample prove that we scheduled our Valentine’s Day dinner in advance. As the conversation continued, Dillion became extremely rude to my wife, who was simply trying to get us a seat or at least wait a few minutes for a table. Upon asking the front desk how long it would take to get a seat, a lady said it would take “45 minutes.” There is no excuse for a reservation to be held for 45 minutes after we’ve been booked on the list for months. It’s one thing if someone didn’t reserve the tables ahead of time. It’s another when one reserves well in advance and yet proceeds to give excuses as to why they can’t sit us prior. Dillion, the manager, also proceeded to be rude to me and say “well it’s a big city in Tulsa” which is another excuse of leadership and mismanagement of running a restaurant. My wife and I lived in DFW. DFW is a hell of a lot bigger than Tulsa with hundreds of restaurants. Overall, my wife and I had a horrible experience because the manager, Dillion, is extremely rude and as a customer I will not tolerate disrespect. I can tolerate terrible leadership but I will not tolerate disrespect, especially to my wife. We will no longer be dining here at this Texas De Brazil in the future. If the management actually reads their reviews, then I suggest they do something about it so other customers don’t experience what my wife and I had to go through today. Thank you on your attention in this matter.

B
Brittney Thornhill

I had never been so disrespected by a “manager” in my entire life. Dylan needs to not be there anymore. Telling us that “Tulsa is a big city” so they can’t control reservations. We moved here from DALLAS which is a true big city and we have gone on Valentines Day in the past. They did not accept everyone and their mom and only took reservations. Maybe Dylan should learn how to respect other people and their time. Rudest manager I have ever met in my life. Dismissive, rude, and honestly disrespectful. Thank you for ruining our night.

B
Brittney Stephens

Will never go here again. We have been loyal customers for years. I learned tonight that the manager, Dylan, does not put a cap on people’s reservations and chooses to disrespect people and their time. Horrible experience. I hope the owner takes time to train his people how to talk to people.
