Que gran sorpresa nos llevamos en este lugar, la atención es muy buena, la comida deliciosa, el café buenísimo y el lugar muy cómodo. Tiene área de aire acondicionado y área de terraza al aire libre. El omelette de huevo está muy bueno, el açai bowl buenísimo también. Recomendadísimo🤘🏼 Seguro regreso.

Tuve una excelente experiencia en Alma Verde. Desde que llegamos, el ambiente fue muy agradable y el servicio impecable. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Ismael, un excelente mesero: muy servicial, atento en todo momento y con una actitud súper profesional que hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré y que recomiendo ampliamente.

Alma verde es un restaurante maravilloso en Tulum! Pedimos huevos benedict trufados y croque madam de salmon y estaban riquisimos. Karina nos atendió muy bien todo el momento. Recomiendo 100%!

Visitamos el restaurante en dos ocasiones durante nuestro viaje, y cada experiencia fue mejor que la anterior. La primera vez optamos por un **take away**, y la comida fue tan deliciosa que no dudamos en regresar para disfrutar del ambiente y sentarnos a comer allí. Todo en el menú es **absolutamente exquisito**, con **opciones saludables** que nos dejaron encantados, desde platos frescos y llenos de sabor hasta opciones pensadas específicamente para los más pequeños con un **menú para niños** que fue un éxito total. El restaurante es **pet friendly**, lo que lo hace aún más especial para quienes viajamos con nuestras mascotas. La **atención** es un 10 absoluto: el personal es súper amable, atento y siempre con una sonrisa, haciendo que cada momento sea cálido y acogedor. Pero lo que realmente nos enamoró fue el **ambiente**: Alma Verde tiene una vibra única, relajada y con toda la onda de Tulum. Muy rico y el ambiente súper agusto. Estuvimos afuera en agosto y no se sintió el calor, muy agusto. Pedimos sándwiches y licuados. Gastamos $800 por dos personas más propina

El lugar es muy bello, tiene zona en al terraza o dentro con aire acondicionado, las bebidas de matcha de sabores las súper recomiendo y los burritos veganos, las papas de la hamburguesa una delicia, está de calidad sus alimentos se nota al probarlos y aunque el servicio demora lo entregan bien. Definitivamente comería aquí seguido más que nada por la cantidad y calidad, el precio es alto pero lo vale cada peso. El servicio muy amable de parte de los meseros y empáticos al prestarme cargador en varias ocasiones. Este es el mejor lugar para comer en la plaza

Un lugar curioso para pasar el día, ir a desayunar o comer…. Su carta y productos es muy variado, mas si eres vegano-vegetariano o simplemente te gusta comer bien y cuidarte. Platillos deliciosos y muy equilibrados, bien servidos. Lugar muy agradable, sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente Los meseros son un poco distraído y no son muy atentos pero es mejor ir con paciencia y tiempo.

Excelente lugar. Nuestro desayuno fue ligero, jugos, té y un French toast, pero todo fue delicioso y el lugar muy lindo a pesar de que está en una zona muy transitada. El servicio lento.

Tienes que visitarlo. Te recomiendo venir a desayunar, para iniciar bien tu dia rodeada de tan bello lugar. La recomendación de los mejores platillos me las dio Israel, Alonso y Rosa. Ellos hicieron que mi experiencia fuera agradable todos los dias. Regrese en la noche y al dia siguiente Excelente en precio, calidad y ambiente. No busques otro lugar, yo lo hice y fueron puras desilusiones.

Definitivamente si vienes a Tulum, debes comer algo en Alma Verde!! Todo es delicioso desde sus batidos 100% naturales, los platos de fondo como chilaquiles y hamburguesas son fantásticas!! Y que decir de los postres les recomiendo mucho probar el cheesecake de pistacho y el mousse de cacao que son deliciosos!!! Si lo acompañan con un chai late queda una mezcla perfecta!! La atención es muy buena, de cortesía te regalan un shot de jugo de naranja con cúrcuma y jengibre que es muy rico y saludable!! 1000% recomendado y obvio que regresaré!! Me atendió Susana que fue muy atenta, simpática y rápida en el servicio! Un lugar 10/10 en sabor, atención, rapidez, diseño y comodidad

El lugar está súper bonito, decorado con mucha elegancia, la atención es increíble, cantidad de meseros, todos y todas muy atentos y amables, uniformados, arreglados muy bien. Lovely little oasis to escape to from the hustle and bustle and noise and pollution. Nice outdoor patio with a little jungle setting next to it. I only had a latte here so far and the coffee quality and preparation were excellent. I am a super picky Coffee person so when I say a coffee is good, it’s good! Six dollars for two shot iced latte. But when you really need a good one, it is worth it. They even have lactose free milk if you have that need.

I also like this spot because they periodically come around with the smoke aromas for the mosquitos, I’ve been to restaurants where I ended up taking my food to go because I was getting bit by a ton of mosquitos. Food is incredibly delicious and the staff that work here are so passionate. Very chill and nice vibe too! Our company hosted a big group dinner (46 people) in Alma Verde and their team accommodated every single request we made: dietary restrictions, seating arrangements, menu, etc. Name any request and theu made it possible. Their whole team made sure that we are taken care of from start to finish. The whole team is very personable and approachable. I will never forget my experience (and my group) ever in my lifetime. Super cute, chill spot for brunch. The restaurant is beautiful and has a really lovely outdoor space that is well covered for the rain and sun. They offered us complimentary health shots which were quite yummy. The eggs Benedict with portobello mushroom is very good, though I felt like the breakfast burrito and potatoes could use additional seasoning. The smoothie was my favourite part of our breakfast! Slightly on the more expensive side for brunch, but you pay for the beautiful space and service. Overall, good food and great service!

AtlasAdventured highly recommends eating here! This is a top 3 restaurant in Tulum. We lived in Tulum for a few months and ate here so many times. Always clean, always good service and always great food. Alfonso was our server on multiple occasions and he was always great with our daughter. I dont know if we can name every item we ordered but we never had a bad meal. If you're here for lunch, the pin-pollo sandwich is perfection. If you're here for breakfast, the Almond Banana pancakes and the breakfast burrito are amazing. But the omelettes, pistachio latte, and everything else was great too. You should definitely stop here if you're in Tulum. If you like spice, they have one of the best, if not the best, macha sauce and it goes great with eggs!

This place is a must go in Tulum area!! Alfonso was great: super kind, helpful, friendly! The food is as fresh as it gets and tastes absolutely amazing. There are vegan options and the menu is labeled. Presentation was pretty too! They said it is all natural and you can feel it! They also have turmeric, lemon, honey, orange welcome shot which was so unique and refreshing!! The vibe is cozy and cute! Would love to come back with a larger group to eat and hang out!

Fuimos para brunch y pedimos unos cafés y dos platos para desayunar. Estuvimos viendo que estaban sirviendo a los demás y no a nosotros. También vimos que algunos estuvieron esperando más que nosotros y estaban hartos. Una chica levantó para pagar su propia cuenta porque se hartó. Nos limpiaron la mesa por la segunda vez era con un trapo sucio que olía como Mechudo de baño. Literal todo lo que pudieron haber hecho mal lo hicieron Actitud del gerente fue completamente indiferente. Me imagino que ahí es donde empiezan los problemas aquí
