Spectacular! I loved the all-you-can-eat buffet at all times. There were always different things and options for all tastes and dietary needs. There was a vegan section, a deli area, salads, and lots of fruit. The food quality is very good, much better than the drinks, which are somewhat low quality. You could make incredible combinations with everything they had. Some of the best guacamole I've ever had. They even do themed meals; on Sunday they had Mexican food, and there were many typical dishes.

I liked the buffet colonial restaurant. It has a great variety in food. I didn't have anything to complain about the food. It was still okay for me. I loved the chili section because I love spicy food. As an all-inclusive resort, this hotel is good. There was a fountain outside the buffet restaurant. It is great to choose the table next to the window facing the fountain.

This hotel, with its excellent colonial setting, is simply exquisite. It belongs to the Maya Hotels resort and is worth a visit. The buffet, in particular, this year 2025 is the best. It's well-decorated (with flower vases), the food is quality, well-presented, and has a great variety of desserts. It's a huge difference from the BEACH buffet.

The air conditioning broke down, and the only solution they offered was to report it. There are three lovely doors that could be opened, but no one seems to care. It's a shame to have a delicious meal and be served drinks without anyone noticing that eating in such a sweltering heat is incredibly unpleasant.

Place is gross, smells awful, no sanitary control whatsoever. Glass windows mean you can hear a baby crying on the other side of the room. Staff look exhausted and like they hate their life. Food itself is disgusting.

Very limited selection, few times when place was packed we didn't receive any silverware nor drinks...had to track down the waiters for a fork...buffet at Caribbean that is included in colonial price is better, presentation and service for better.
