Buena comida y atención. 100% recomendado!

Excelente todo. La comida súper rica. Don Pedro nos atendió como reyes! Definitivamente un trato superior a lo esperado por cualquier persona (considerando que en la zona es muy enfatizado el buen servicio al cliente) Pedro fué más allá en sus atenciones... Muy buen restaurante y muy excelente y grata atención... Sr gerente de Le Gourmet denle un merecido aumento a Pedro. Se ve cuando un mesero se prepara más allá de los mínimos requisitos para demostrarlo a los comensales! Bien por Pedro y bien por Le Gourmet por tenerlo ahí!

La simpatía de todo el personal desde la recepción y hasta la despedida, la explosión de sabores en los platos, el trato excelente del equipo de Le Gourmet, han hecho que nuestras vacaciones sean más geniales de lo que habíamos pensado! Food was fantastic! I was expecting to leave hungry as is normally the case with French cuisine but left stuffed. I had Foie Gras which was small but very flavorful, French onion soup which was smaller but super rich and filling. Highly recommend the onion bread/croissant also. The beef filet was perfectly cooked with a nice crust and the red wine sauce added to it. The filet was a decent size. The creme brulee was also smaller but very rich and filling. Everyone at the table enjoyed their choices and my wife raved about the lamb.

During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of dining at the French restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I must give special thanks to Israel, our server, whose warm friendliness and outstanding customer service truly stood out—definitely a 10 out of 10! Ricardo, who served me the wine, was equally amazing, adding a special touch to the evening. The food was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The lamb chop was cooked to perfection, and the sea bass was simply fantastic. If you're staying at the hotel, you absolutely must try this restaurant — it's a culinary gem you don't want to miss!

The best restaurant in the Coba hotel, with consistently high quality food and great service. The wine list over and above the house wine is decent and sensible prices as well. We go to the Bahia Principe regularly, and Le Gourmet is always on the list to attend.

Phenomenal work by the chefs. Service was super amazing, and I loved the exceptional service by Adrian. The salad is highly recommended for a healthy resort in your meal. Onion soup is also nice. The ravioli makes a flavorful exhibit with a potato and cheese filling. The sea bass fillet is perfect for seafood lovers. The steak is perfectly cooked and juicy, bursting with flavor. The apple tart is delicious for a classic desert, and the passionfruit parfait is creamy and a strong fruity punch. Overall, wonderful service combined with a gourmet meal.

Delicious. It was my favorite dinning experience during my stay at Grand Bahia. Every dish my family tried was fantastic. Presentation is beautiful and their chocolate desert has been one of my favorites of all times. Meats are perfectly cooked, menu offers great variety and drinks are well made. Israel, our waiter was amazing, accommodating and professional, he went the extra mile with our family.

One of the ala carte restaurants at the Bahia Principe resort. Excellent experience, even our picky children loved the food, which was beautifully seasoned and plated. Absolutely recommend as one of your ala carte choices if staying here!

Le Gourmet is a wonderful restaurant. The staff are the friendliest and are there to cater to your needs. They have the most fabulous signature drink that they start you off with, it contains gin, sparkling wine, and passion fruit foam. They have a lovely cheese cart that comes around and provides you with a decadent selection of cheeses, my only complaint is the the lack of room to fit all the delicious food in my stomach. I had the salad to start which had peanut brittle, strawberries, and goat cheese on it. Next was French onion soup which they pour right at your table, so fancy. Steak was next and they cook it perfectly to your liking. I ended with the chocolate fondant which was perfect as it wasn't too filling and had a gooey, warm, decadent chocolate center, yummy. You will not be disappointed.

De los diferentes restaurantes temáticos que visitamos (tequila, don Pablo, le gourmet y La trattoria), este fue el mejor y el que más nos gustó. El servicio excelente como en todos y la comida (clásica y afrancesada) un acierto y todo bien hecho. Tomamos el foie gras, la sopa de cebolla (lo más flojo del menú), raviolis, filete de res y dos fondants de chocolate. Un 10

No le doy 5 estrellas por el servicio y la cocina un poco lento. El personal muy atento y amable y la comida muy rica.

Buen lugar, buena comida y buena atención en general. Siendo huésped del hotel en la cena puedes elegir 4 tiempos: una entrada, una sopa, plato fuerte y postre. Todo bien excepto que pedí pescado como plato fuerte y se tardaron como media hora en servirlo. 4 comenzales, cenamos: entrada: ensalada le gourmet, carpaccio, timbal de camarón y foie gras, 2° tiempo Sopa de cebolla y crema de papa, 3er tiempo pasta fresca, filete de róbalo y filete Mignon. De postre tarte tatin y vacherin.

Le Gourmet was a mediocre restaurant compared to others on the resort complex at large. Service was excellent however the restaurant was loud. Servers were knowledgeable about my allergies. Starting off, the welcome drink was a sangria and was very good. Following that, I had the duck crepe which was a piece of duck rolled into a crepe with gravy and oddly, apples. It was served cold which I did not like. The flavour was alright however the apple included was off-putting (I expected it to be potato). Next I had the Potato parmentier soup which was very good. The main was mushroom ravioli. The raviolis themselves were good however the mushrooms tasted like they were canned and had no flavour. For dessert I tried the crème brûlée and a pistachio dessert, which were both good although the crème brûlée lacked a bit of flavour.

Great a la carte to visit when staying at the Bahai! Service was attentive and friendly and the food was very tasty! My lamb was rested overdone, but still was tasty. Either way, this is a good choice if you get the chance!

I enjoyed the fois gras appetizer. The onion soup and potato soup were great! One of the only fully hot dishes we had during our stay. My steak main was cooked to proper temp and was tasty. Unfortunately they didn't have our dessert we ordered and without letting us know gave us alternatives. They weren't bad

El servicio por parte de Pedro estuvo excelente, desafortunadamente la comida estaba un poco fría y parecía que habían pocos meseros para la cantidad de mesas entonces el servicio tardaba.

No pidais el foie, son frutos secos pero no lleva nada de foie, lleva un poco de paté pero casi inexistente. De segundo pedi chuletas de cordero, me trajeron dos chuletas. Salí de ahí como si no hubiera cenado. Si reserváis en ese ir antes al buffet para llenar un poco el estómago
