We were walking around La veleta looking for somewhere to hang out and glad we stumbled upon místico. Very cool, hip, open restaurant. Simon, our server was great. Instagram picture worthy. Prices were really good too and the margaritas were on point. Definitely recommend

love this place! Went here with my best friend and had some ceviche with the magic love hookah, and drinks of Mistico and passion fruit margarita, where everything was delicious. They have good music and and a really nice atmosphere. Everyone is really nice and they are tourist and local friendly. The place is huge and very accommodating. From the cute swings in the front and back to the Connect 4 set up outside, all the views are worth paying a visit to this aesthically pleasing spot.

Such a beautiful dining experience, Roger is a wonderful host and server with great recommendations and can make amazing passion fruit margaritas 🍹 The grilled octopus 🐙 was 10/10. And the garlic mashed potatoes were soooooo good, super buttery and made the carrots 🥕 cauliflower and cucumber taste like a treat! This venue could seat about 100 people if you had a super large group, but as a solo traveler they were happy to give me a table for 1 right away. The food came out very quickly and the ambiance with the art and hip hop music 🎶 really just makes Mistico a special venue. Absolutely recommend, thank you so much!

Fui hace unos dias y el lugar es lindo y el servicio es muy bueno las chicas atienden muy bien y son muy diligentes, pero tienen una situacion algo incomoda , yo amo las mascotas pero aqui vi empleados del restaurante limpiando desechos de perros y se sentia un olor fuerte a orina y a estos desechos, esto fue incomodo por que son las mismas personas que estan sirviendo tu comida despues de recoger esto, lo cual me parecio muy incomodo tanto para mi como para las personas que vi haciendolo, no es algo normal en un sitio el que tengan mascotas y las mezclen con este ambiente por que no es un lugar pet friendly.

Popped in one late night to hear some hip hop and hookah. I wished the DJ would've played a wider variety of hip hop and reggae (he played no afrobeats either). Be forewarned though, that this spot was, um, entertaining for people watching. Lots of twerking and the sort so if that is your bag, you'll enjoy it. It could be a bit much but I guess you've got to be the young audience they're after to truly enjoy.

I’m not sure about drinks and hookah, but food wasn’t good at all! Don’t believe to hight rating. We ordered steak and waited it for 40 minutes and we was THE ONLY 2 guests in restaurant! Worst steak in my life. Waiter was polite and friendly, overall clean.

Mal servicio y mala calidad, fui hace unos días, escogí este lugar porque tenía buenas reseñas, el lugar vacío, sin embargo yo y mi novio dijimos mejor, pues fatal, pedí una mimosa la cual estaba MALÍSIMA!! Jugo de caja con agua mineral y caro!!! Además grosera la mesera, teníamos por mucho 20 minutos en el lugar cuando llegaron un grupo mediano de extranjeros y la mesera aún estando el lugar vacío nos fue a decir que si nos llevaba ya la cuenta, esto porque era obvio que la mesera quería nuestra mesa para estas personas porque estaba al lado de la otra mesa que escogieron, repito el lugar vacío y justo la mesera quería darles nuestra mesa! La cuenta la entregan en dólares y en pequeño dice en pesos mxn, además el precio que le ponen a los extranjeros ya incluye la propina y esta es más del 10% con intención su engañoso ticket así pagan doble propina, de verdad muy mal servicio, el lugar EXTREMADAMENTE EQUIS PARA EL PRECIO! El hecho de que considere que está caro es porque la calidad y el lugar NO LO VALEN! Ese mismo precio en un lugar bien estaría bien pagado y con gusto, además discriminación hacia los turistas nacionales, NO LO RECOMIENDO COMO NACIONAL por el mal trato y mala calidad Y COMO EXTRANJERO TAMPOCO, seguro te tratarán bien pero te van a cobrar de más, ahora entiendo porque Tulum está como está! Fuimos a Playa del Carmen y a Valladolid en Yucatán, nada que ver la gente es amable y te tratan bien como nacional, solo en Tulum tuvimos esta mala experiencia, nosotros jamás recomendaríamos a nadie ir a Tulum y mucho menos a este lugar que nos dejó un muy mal sabor de boca
