Our Executive Suite Club room was spacious with great views. The Club has fantastic views of the bay, and good food. The Spa was great. The Thai-style service is amazing - better than most 5-star hotels.

We celebrated our anniversary here with a couple spa package and added the 30min soak in their tub, would recommend to couple looking to relax and unwind together. The staff was very professional and accommodating. We will definitely be back again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Devarana spa. Everything about it was beautiful, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel pampered from start to finish. The spa offers a variety of treatment packages to choose from, and I selected the Sleep Well package, which was the perfect choice for deep relaxation and restoration. My therapist, Joan, was incredible: highly skilled, attentive, and perfectly in tune with what I needed. She applied the firm pressure I requested with precision and care, making the massage both soothing and therapeutic. The front desk personnel also provided remarkable customer service. They were welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before my treatment began. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful they were, even going above and beyond to assist me in locating a necklace I had accidentally left behind in one of the therapy rooms. I also loved the relaxation room, where guests can unwind after their treatment on comfortable lounge chairs while enjoying a cup of tea thoughtfully prepared to your liking. It’s such a peaceful touch that completes the entire experience. If you’re visiting the hotel, I highly recommend setting aside time to indulge in a treatment here. It’s a truly rejuvenating experience that elevates your stay. Our hotel room was also perfect. We has a great ocean view and it was very well kept and clean. Housekeeping was consistent with making sure we had clean towels and that trash bins were emptied. We had no issues at all. Highly reccomend everyone to stay at this beautiful hotel!

This was my second time at Devarana and i had a great experience once again. My therapist was Hina, she made sure I was comfortable and okay with the pressure. She even did a whole head massage and gave me a beautiful braid at the end. That was above and beyond. Thank you thank you.

We had an incredible experience in Dusit Thani Guam Resort. This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. From reservation, check in and althrough out our stay in the Hotel, services are Superb! The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. The rooms are luxurious with stunning views! Our family loves swimming, the pools and white sand beach here is a paradise! After not visiting Guam for over 30 years, I returned for a week—and from the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. Katherine at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Thanks to Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts, I received a beautiful room upgrade and a late checkout. To top it off, Katherine personally arranged a bottle of wine that was already waiting in my room before I even got there—an incredible touch that made me feel truly valued. The Amex FHR benefits were fantastic: a $100 credit for dining or spa services, and access to the most impressive breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen. It had everything imaginable—dishes from around the world, all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From start to finish, this stay exceeded every expectation. Would I return? While I’m not sure when I’ll make it back to Guam, if I do—there’s no question—I’ll be staying here again, 100%!

This is the best spa on the island! Hina did an amazing job on my massage! We did the Chamorro inspired massage for two and it was heavenly! I can’t recommend Devarana Wellness Spa enough!

Great experience Particularly at the Dusit Club Lounge where the staff was very attentive with amazing personalized service. They greeted us by name each time. Club Manager Rommel Bautista was especially exceptional making us feel so welcomed. I’d recommend this place to everyone traveling to Guam.

I had a 90 minutes facial spa. Maya was great! It was soo relaxing and my skin look so good now!

We stayed as a family. We booked a Club Oceanfront room with access to the Club Lounge. The ocean view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially the sunset. The staff at the Club Lounge were exceptionally kind. The view from the lounge was also excellent, and the entire family loved it so much we visited every day during our stay. We especially appreciated CARL looking after the children; they grew quite attached to him. It was a shame we couldn't see him on our final day, but we look forward to meeting him again someday. The hotel's location is also great, and we highly recommend it.

It's my first time to a Spa and Devarana Spa did not disappoint. Greeted warmly by the receptionist, served some tea while waiting, served another tea after the massage. And the massage is 👌. Ms. Lovelyn did a wonderful job on making me comfortable and relax while working on the knots on my back 🤣.

Our stay at this hotel was unbelievable! The property was very pleasant, spotless, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The reception area was warm and accommodating. We had an amazing view from our balcony, along with a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach — such a wonderful bonus! We stayed for two nights, and every moment was fantastic. My kids still remember the room number and keep talking about wanting to come back. We will definitely book here again if we ever return to Guam. Highly recommended!

Love visiting Devarana Spa for the Couples Retreat. Having hot tea in the Relaxation Room at the end of the massage is such a good touch 👌🏼 The masseurs are very professional, responsive to special requests and provide a positive atmosphere. My experience was lovely as always. I definitely recommend Hina, she focused on all of my areas of concern and made it an enjoyable and relaxing experience to bring in the new year. This is my fourth time visiting this spa and it’s always so relaxing and enjoyable.

Carl and Dusty at the Club Lounge were absolutely amazing with our children. They were so kind and friendly that our kids had a wonderful time. It was truly the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I attended Kinnari Shah’s yoga class this morning at the Dusit Thani Guam Resort, and it was absolutely incredible. The class flowed beautifully, with intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and a calm yet powerful energy that stayed with me long after it ended. Kinnari brings an amazing presence to the room—warm, focused, and genuinely uplifting. This was more than just a yoga class; it was a reset for the mind and body. Truly an amazing class with amazing energy. Highly recommended.

I got a massage at the Deverana Spa in September for my birthday by Tessi and she was great. I booked another massage wit her today, and again still great. She was very attentive and always asked if the pressure or temp was okay. The Spa is a little pricey but you get your moneys worth and book with Tessi!

We spent our honeymoon in Guam, and the final two nights were at Dusit Thani Guam Resort. The time we spent on the 30th floor is something we will never forget. On our last day, during cocktail hour, a staff member named Dusty was exceptionally kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed the cocktail hour, and every moment felt special. It was an unforgettable honeymoon, and our stay at Dusit Thani made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

My first massage here at Dusit Thani and it was amazing. Kathleen was awesome. She took her time and really tended to my troubled areas. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great massage at a great place.

My husband and I frequent this spa at least twice a year. We always leave feeling rejuvenated and dreaming of our next visit. This year we visited for his birthday. They surprised him with a sweet little cake from the little shop downstairs and a hand written birthday note. I’m so astounded by the care and golden standard of service. Thank you, Devarana Guam Spa staff for making me and my husband feel so special on his birthday weekend. So grateful and looking forward to returning.

I had lovelyn for a 60 minute massage and it was fantastic. They listen to your issues during and always communicate throughout. I also came in my birthday and they gave me a dessert to enjoy from the spa. Very happy with my overall experience! I will be coming back!

Cathrine was amazing and if you need a full body deep tissue massage she is the one. I haven’t had one ever and the experience was a 10/10. I am for sure coming back for another massage.

Excellent attentive staff. Stayed here for a staycation for my daughters birthday and they made our stay truly special and memorable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner didn't seem to be working and they sent someone right away and were able to fix it.

Today’s my wife and I anniversary, I schedule a massage and the front staff was very helpful. My massage therapist Tassie was very nice and the massage was great. Will definitely schedule again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of spending time at the Dusit Thani Club Lounge, and the experience truly went beyond my expectations. While the views and the atmosphere are already world-class, it is the staff that makes this lounge world-class. ​I want to give a special shout-out to Sheena. She was incredibly attentive and provided a level of consistent service that is rare to find. She remembered my preferences perfectly specifically, she went above and beyond to serve my favorite Gin and Tonic exactly how I like it. ​It’s those small, personalized details and Sheena’s proactive hospitality that turned a great stay into a memorable one. If you’re visiting Dusit Thani, the Club Lounge is worth it just for the exceptional service from professionals like her.

My wife gave me a spa gift certificate for Christmas because she knew I wouldn't treat myself. The Deverana Signature masage was heaven sent. My masage was everything I expected and more. Very attentive to pressure towel temperature and to what spots needed some extra attention. I'm leaving feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. This was my first time but definitely won't be my last.

Dusit thani was the best choice on my trip to Guam! There is a clean and pleasant white sand beach right in front and shopping centers are very close or connected indoors, making it very convenient to enjoy your vacation. The rooms are always well organized and the ocean view that you can enjoy in the rooms was impressive throughout our stay. The most satisfying of them were the staff who welcomed me brightly with "hafa adai" or "สวัสดีคับ" whenever we met. Tina and Sungbin helped me check-in from the beginning, and they put my convenience first and took care of things. Also, the smooth response of the staff who can respond to Korean was one of the biggest advantages. Thanks to Tina and Sungbin, I would like to express my gratitude once again for having no difficulties throughout my stay. 두짓타니 명성이야 원래 유명하지만 친절한 한국인 직원 Tina와 Sungbin님이 있어서 더욱 편안한 여행이 되었습니다~

Dusit Thani Guam Resort was often my go-to hotel on Guam, mainly for the prime location, ocean-view rooms, and plentiful on-site dining options. The lobby lounge and bar is a nice place to hang out and listen to live music. That being said, the last two visits felt geared more toward large tourist groups than before, which made it less appealing for solo travelers looking to unwind. The pool area in particular can feel chaotic when large families with children are present. It’s still a solid option for visitors, but no longer my go-to.

I did not enjoy my stay here. Unfortunately the hotel was at capacity during the holidays so it was difficult to find chairs at the pool, towel service ran out of towels, and eating our free breakfast at the restaurant was impossible without an 1hr wait (by then breakfast service would be over). Every place to eat required reservation as it was so busy so we spent most time at restaurants off site. My room was flooded and moldy and was able to switch rooms 4+ hrs after check in so we were annoyed and jet lagged. The holiday buffets were very expensive and not that good. Unable to eat basic American food. Elevators were very slow and always full. Check in took about 1hr. I do appreciate the ease of the mobile app to request services but they eventually stopped responding to my requests. Room service food was the best part and the balcony view was ok but we only had 1 chair for a family of 4. Our view looked over a different resorts pool so it looked like they were having more fun. Will not be back to Guam and not likely to book another Dusit even as a Gold Member.

"Save yourself the headache. Check-in was slow and disorganized. Even though I prepaid for everything, including breakfast, they interrupted our meal to charge extra for the kids. Terrible way to treat guests who plan ahead. Just be fair. House keeping is good though. Ocean view is great.

For a 4.5 star property I am extremely disappointed. I understand I should have probably brought my own, but I asked for a thermometer , they provided one without empty batter and asked for a replacement and simply said " sorry we only have one and we don't have a spare battery" really ?? I was expecting better service than this. She told me to buy one at the convenience store, sure I can do that but again this was not the service I am expecting for a hotel with rating like this.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience we encountered with one of your parking/security staff prior to entering the lobby of your hotel on Sunday, December 21. My companions and I visited your hotel with the intention of having dinner at one of your in-house restaurants. Upon arrival, the parking staff flagged us down and asked where we were going. We explained that we planned to dine at one of the restaurants inside the hotel. However, the staff member insisted on knowing the specific name of the restaurant. As it was our first visit to your property, we were not yet familiar with the names of your restaurants and intended to decide once inside. Despite this explanation, he repeatedly asked the same question in a manner that came across as rude and dismissive. His behavior escalated when he remarked, “You are eating and yet you do not know the name of the restaurant,” which made us feel unwelcome and unfairly judged, as though we were being questioned about our capacity to dine at your establishment. This interaction was disappointing and inconsistent with the level of hospitality and professionalism one would expect from a luxury hotel such as yours. Parking and security personnel are often the first point of contact for guests, and their conduct significantly shapes the overall guest experience. I respectfully suggest that your staff be reminded and further trained on proper manners, respectful communication, and basic customer service, regardless of a guest’s familiarity with the property. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to help maintain the high standards your hotel is known for.
