It would of been 1 star because of all the confusion with the staff, never got a call so waited more than what we expected. Bart on the other hand kept us laughing while we were there. He has amazing customer service even when my friend was giving him a hard time. Other than the confusion drinks and food was on point and customer service was great 👍

Great place to watch the game and relax with your friends, food is always super good and hot. But when it gets busy it gets busy, so don't get mad if your items take a minute to get to you. Would recommend the Irish trash can from here.

We arrived about 5:30 we were told 30 minute wait but was seated in 10-15 mins. Ordered food and they were apologizing for the wait and we waited about 15 mins at most. Are server was excellent and super sweet. I dont remember her name but she was a younger Indian gal and I believe her name started with an S. I hope her managers sees this and passes along the message.

The main reason I hit up this place is for their wing specials on Tuesday. Around this area they offer a nice variety of sauces for their wings and the price isn't half bad. Like most places there can be a wait, but it depends on whether there's a popular sporting event going on or not. Customer service is alright too. They're pretty attentive and respectful. Overall, it's a nice establishment with some good food. 😀

The portions are large! You get quiet a bit for what you pay for. It's a very busy, louder atmosphere surrounded with TV screens. The staff is super friendly and always looking out for all the tables. When we arrived the hostess said our wait was about 30-40 minutes and she was right on point! We walked over to Joanns to buy a few things. By the time we got back we waited maybe 8 minutes and was called. I ordered the 3 mini tacos and it was a perfect portion for me however my only complaint was they were too salty. I did not inform the waitress, I just ate them and drank a ton of water! On a previous visit my daughter ordered the wings with the garlic parmesan sauce and she did not like it. She said the sauce tasted like the olive garden dressing on top of the chicken. I thought they weren't bad. Both times we went our bill was about $60 for 3-4 people, plus an appetizer.

The restaurant and food are good quality, but the service is a little confusing since you can either order with your sever or scan thr table QR code. It's not difficult to use but the system gets confused when orders are paid for or ordered. It doesn't seem communicate well with tablets carried by the servers. Overall, not a bad place to go to, to watch the game and enjoy some drinks.

It's always good eating here since l'm always craving wings with my boyfriend, but my only complaint is how the QR code don't work when I try to pay. It's supposed to be there for convenience and instead it's hella inconvenient

Must have been the perfect storm or something. Ultimately, this visit, they didn't meet their level of quality we are accustomed to getting. Location was not busy, in fact, they had a section closed so we ended up sitting at the bar instead. We were greeted fairly quickly but took a little longer to get our order in. We ordered burgers wings and tacos. Asked for a few changes to the burger and then waited for our food. We were served after 2 others that came and the food was a little cold. ( wings looked extra small this day ) the burger also came with most of the things we didn't want on it. They did leave the onions off so somewhere theg were listening. While waiting for the food and in between service our server looked to constantly be checking her phone and going to the back room/ kitchen with it. I'm being picky at this point but it was just one of those days. Most TVs were on except for the big ones and everyone was polite. We are coming back, with an open mind lol, but today was a tough visit.

Beer is nice and cold environment is good but I ordered fries and when they were brought out they were cold and rubbery and dry from being cooked more then once . I ask the guy behind the bar if I could get fresh ones. He took them to the back and heated the same ones which made them even worse. How do you mess up fries. They were burnt up and like leather. The fries were awful But the beer was nice and cold.

Honestly it was kind of a disappointment, the boneless wings were hard and the burger patties had hardly any flavor, the produce was fresh, and the French fries were plenty but more like chips as they were a bit hard. The nachos were the Victor in the table. The service was decent and it was nice to have someone check on us here and there. Outside dining is available. First timers remember to scan the barcode we had no idea when we'd see the menu until they came out and told us. It was nice to feel normal in a sit down restaurant again. I'd say season the patties and don't over fry the goods and this could be a popular spot for me and my family.

This place is almost always busy (Thursday nights seem to be their slow night, at least from what I’ve experienced). The service is slow as well so plan extra time, or if you’re in a rush - choose another place. Minimum amount of time I’ve spent here is 90 minutes for lunch or dinner (Thursday was less than 60 minutes). They offer a wide variety for all taste buds, offer a kids menu, and my favorite- tots and wedges. Food generally tastes great, but you may have a wait before being seated and then after ordering.

Food was good, but the service was slow and lacking. Surprised that there was a 20 minute wait, this place is pretty popular. Lots of TV's all over, so this would definitely be a good place to watch sports. The manager was hyped up and kept wishing people happy birthday over the speakers, a little annoying.

The waitress was nice and she tried hard but they were out of Onion Rings, and chicken tenders for kids and even specialty Chicken sandwiches for adults. We kept asking to speak to a manager but he stayed hidden in the back. Terrible if you admire customer service, I think they can use team building and management training at this location in Turlock.

I got a Buffalo chicken burger with fries. I enjoyed the fries surprisingly well. The bun on my burger was SO small, lol. Like, why? Makes me laugh to type this when I remember how tiny it was. Hahaa! Their ranch is house made but meh. Service was BaSiC. We got our round of drinks while ordering our appetizers but never got an offer for a refill again. Our waitress, Ashley kept super zooming past our table giving us no chance to ask for refills. When I sought out someone else for the refill Ashley brought it to our table but placed it there with an extended arm, body fully turned away from us giving us another missed chance at a request. One to go box. There are t.v's everywhere but the music was way too loud. Spent my whole dinner conversation yelling across the table. I'd try it again though as it was my first time at this location. Overall 2 stars.

I only go to this place when I have to. Food is decent, but it's all really messy and involved. There's a time and place. Service is TERRIBLE no matter when you go or who your server is. Bartenders lack basic knowledge of anything past what's on tap. Incredibly loud. Open late is the only perk.

My grandson wanted to go here for his promotion dinner. This will be the last visit. We ordered a side salad $2.45 but they up charged to the $4.75 salad. We ask twice on the price. They brought beers we didn't ask for, I understand building the ticket but, well I won't go back and neither will any of the families in attendance. Plus I won't recommend to a friend.

Waited 20 mins to be acknowledged by anyone, when we finally were spoken too we got told to wait another 20 minutes. The food was good, the place has great potential however a deep cleaning wouldn't hurt. The place smells of a teenagers sweaty gym bag.

Great food, the customer service could some work. Stood there for a good 10min. With staff just. Looking at me then walking away without even saying a word to me. Very disappointed, I've heard so many great things about this restaurant just for three all flushed down the toilet again the food was awesome the customer service to it wasn't there they need to work on this even though I was just ordering to go food they still should have had more courtesy when I walk through those doors as a customer would not recommend this restaurant to anybody unless you like poor customer service

The wait for a table is unbearable!! And I had an allergic reaction to something I ate there. My face swelled up, my throat swelled, the palms of my hands and feet started itching like crazy and then I broke out in hives. Thank God benadryl saved the dau.

Got there a little before 6 expecting it to be busy but it was actually dead. 4 people at the bar and 6 tables seated. We were seated immediately and our server came by about 5 minutes later. Placed order and they were out of the alcohol for one of their premier drinks. Apatizer arrived after about unfortunately things went down hill quickly. Food took 50 minutes to arrive and our server ignored us the entire time even after trying to get his attention multiple times. When my daughter went to eat her wings she found a hair in her sauce. When I checked mine there was a hair floating in my sour cream. The server provided the 4 us with exactly 4 napkins, after trying to get his attention for a good 15 minutes I gave up and went to the mens room to grab some paper towels. Guess what, both paper towel dispensers were empty. I have eaten at Bdub over 100 times and will continue just not at the one in Turlock!

Someone here needs to know that they need remove more feathers from the chicken before cooking it, we waited 45 minutes for a table to order food there and to-go food, today in our to-go food we discovered that our chicken still has feathers(The only redeemable thing was the attention that Andrew had with us)

Wish could post no stars! Sadly to say that this is the worst experience EVER!! Drove from Merced to Turlock to have dinner with my family of 9. 1st of all half of the dinning area was closed down. Was told that the wait was going to be 30mins just to give them time to let customers leave. Ok 30 to 45 mins wait not bad. 50 mins later turns out to be that there was a big group that ended up showing up for their reservation??WTH now you going to make me wait more then an hour! NO THANK YOU! HOST AND WAITER JUST TALKING AND SMILING while telling them thank you for letting us know that is going to be a longer wait! Manager can’t even say anything. Just a bunch of youngsters working. No customer service at all.

Do not eat go here, terrible service. Our group of 5 ordered wings and one burger. Order was placed promptly. We then waited about 30 minutes until our waitress told us that 4 of the orders we're ready. Cassidy asked if she could bring out the orders that were ready and we agreed as we were hungry. So we ate as our friend waited for his food. We all finished eating as our friend waited for his food. Our friend decided that he would take his wings to go in a box. I won't be going back. After all that wait the food and drink wasn't that great. I suggest eating elsewhere.

This place deserves zero stars. I was there at the end of July and should have wrote this a lot sooner. I waited over a half hour and finally got a seat at the bar. I tried to order a drink and was told that I looked intoxicated which was very untrue. I had just drove 1200 miles in two days and felt like having a beer and dinner and was denied Service. When I asked to talk to a manager the guy behind the bar told me the manager was too busy.

Walked in and waited for about 5 mins before I was acknowledged by an employee saying they will be right with me. 3 minutes later another employee came up to put me on their waitlist. I asked how long the wait is, he said 10 mins. No smile. No apology for the wait. Nothing. The previous employee came up and tried to put me on the wait list, i said i was already on the list. Still no smile from a single employee. No friendliness, whatsoever. After another few minutes of waiting in the hot restaurant, I decided to leave and go to The Habit next door. Their AC works and the employees are much friendlier and more attentive. I won't be returning. Also, as I was leaving another family was leaving and said they recieved and incorrect order but were too nice to ask for it to be fixed. Another lady mentioned the service is notoriously bad at all Buffalo Wild Wings.

Went in to get some lunch while I was in the middle of a 5hr. drive. The greeter at the front door told me that the only seats left were at the bar, even though there were a BUNCH of empty tables. I sat down at the bar and after not even SEEING a bartender for a full 8 minutes after I sat down, I left. Simple as that, they lost a sale, because the service sucked. Good thing I'll never have to go there again...

Hostess was rude. Server was very nice. Food was awful. Got 2 kids meals and a adult cheeseburger & fries. Kids took 1/2 a bite and spit it out (had the boneless wings and mini corn dogs) burger was ok, nowhere near good, and super small. I have no idea how they think that is a adult sized burger. They were out of avocado and the fries were overcooked and hard. My daughter ordered a strawberry lemonade and what she got was regular lemonade with a chopped up strawberry in the bottom. Server cared, manager did not. We paid but will not be going back.

This restaurant needs to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch. Employees need training on customer service, routines, basic restaurant practices. So many employees standing around with no sense of urgency. Ownership and management is to blame, not the young, inexperienced and untrained teenagers. NO LEADERSHIP! When you say you are short-staffed, employees need to work harder. Guests are continually quoted long wait times causing them to walk out and take their business elsewhere. You are losing so much money. I watched at least 6 parties leave.

We haven’t been to BBW in a while and after tonight, won’t ever be back. Waitresses and waiters need to be trained better on promos and serving their tables. Also get rid of the QR menus.

Our first time here was extremely disappointing. We got seated back by the bathrooms with very few people in the restaurant then waited more then 15 minutes sitting there not acknowledge at all no drinks or menus offered. Waiter and waitress walked by us neither saying a word. Two girls at the hostess station visiting among them selfs & no attention to the customers. Bathroom was dirty and floors very sticky. Our table could have been cleaned better my daughter put her arm in something sticky left behind on the table. Upon walking out and getting food elsewhere the girls in the front told us goodbye. Clueless as to us being there and not helped at all.

Waited to get a seat when a lot of seats where open. got our appetizers and drinks then our food. we never really got more drinks until the guy up front noticed we had no drinks. A lot of ppl waiting to order. what happened to our waitress? I think she got kidnapped.

We were told to wear a mask to walk to our seats which was about 3 ft from the entrance. As we were being told we couldn’t enter without a mask three other customers walked right in front of us with no mask on. If your going to enforce masks in your business then you need to enforce everyone to wear a mask even if other customers are walking to bathrooms and especially your workers. They had employees at the front check in wearing there masks under there chins. My husbands draft beer was completely flat it tasted like water. When our food arrived we waited 15 minutes to get napkins and silverware. Both our wings were cold when our food was brought to us. The only thing hot was our potato wedges. The person who brought us our food was not our waitress so they never asked us if we needed anything else. My drink was never refilled. We waited another 30 min after we finished our meal to stop and ask our waitress for a box and our check. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Service and management is horrible. .

The service has been awful lately. It seems they hired a lot of young people and they are just laughing and talking not doing their job. It took over 10 min for someone to come to our table after I asked the front desk if anyone was coming to get our order. The guy came took our order, he couldn’t place the other because he still had an open table then he came back asked again what was the order, and After 20 plus minutes of this guy taking the order, he forgot about our drinks until I told the front desk our service sucked and she went to bring our drinks. 2 min after, the server brought our order, and my husband told him he never asked for sour cream and he told my husband the order came with sour cream and it wasn’t visible on the of the menu. Clearly just making things up. My husband had to grab the menu and read to him what he order didn’t came with it. They don’t even know their menu. Their service went from good to okay and very bad.

Don't get me wrong, the food here is great and I've never had an issue with customers service. But when you order the food to go it's a completely different experience! My food is always cold even though I show up before the pick up time and the chicken has little to no sauce on it (I'm talking sauce less medium buffalo wings!) And when you put in special requests (like changing the cheese) it gets completely ignored. Super bummer cause I love the food here, but sometimes a girl just wants to tear up some wings in her pjs and not pay full price for subpar food.

The hubby was craving Buffalo Wild Wings so we ordered delivery through the website. Order was incorrect upon delivery. Kids meal didn’t have a drink nor salad as ordered despite calling to make absolutely sure they got it right. When you have a kid who prefers salad to fries then you definitely want the salad not the cold soggy fries they delivered. Husband’s wings were ice cold and not double dipped. All in all a disappointing night. I get when you order delivery it won’t be piping hot like in store but from door to store it took the delivery driver 6 minutes so can’t really blame him.

Food was cold, had to wait 25 minutes w no updates on when it’ll be done when it should have been done 30 min before I even got there and it wasn’t even busy. Waiters on their phones the entire time and didn’t help at all. Then was charged for something they were out of but wasn’t told they were out and had to find out at home. I decided to here for my birthday with my husband and kids worse choice I ever made, 1 hour and half the wait time we didn’t mind when we got a table our server decides to go served a table that was after us we waited around 20 minutes to get service… we still didn’t mind because it look like they were short staff and the girl was doing her best but anyway the rating goes for the food sorry but nope we spend over 100 for dry hard wings steal fríes. Worse birthday dinner I’m not ever going back to this place we should have stick with our first choice Olive Garden… worse mistake ever…. O and the service was some bad but we didn’t complained we just don’t go back. I hope this helps to anyone

I've worked in a restaurant and 10 tables with customers is not busy. Then to have on the website "looking for a dream job?", look for a new slogan cuz the service i had tonight was very poor.

They whole restaurant was horrible, the food came out cold. And the people after they left they didn’t even clean the table after 20 minutes. Me and my grandma ordered food and took 1 Hour, we cancel the food. And under the table was so messy and they didn't even bother to clean it up. The table was so sticky. They didn’t even clean the whole table And the waiter was horrible and never came that much. Most of the time it was a boy teenager taking over for her. All I'm saying is that the whole restaurant was horrible.

The staff here is awful. For what they charge for some chicken. You would think they would be happy to have a customer walk in, not annoyed. All I gotta say is that the only reason you work at Buffalo Wild wings is because you applied to work at buffalo wild wings. Waited twenty minutes for a table. Then when I got a table after 20 minutes, no server ever came to the table, so I left. Went to Jamz on Geer. Was seated immediately and had a beer in minutes. It's nice to go to a place that appreciates having customers.

Our server Amanda never gave us menus. Then for our party of 4 we only got 3. Then we waited for sauce so long we already finished over half our food. Then we asked for refills on water and lemonade and for our party of 4 we only got two refills for some reason. It wasn’t even busy. There was only 4 tables. I don’t understand as a fellow server myself how you can be so neglectful or careless.

This location is so horrible. There’s been VERY few times I have come here and receive decent service. I have yet to dine in here I always do carry out and even then, I can stand at the register waiting while an employee stands there and continues what they’re doing without even acknowledging me to say they’ll be right with me. I’m very understanding but these employees don’t even seem to want to work here. They’d get tipped better if they just adjusted their attitudes and stopped awkwardly ignoring people. A simple, be right with you, would’ve sufficed just fine 😑

The service here is horrible!!! Do not come here. I placed an online order to avoid the horrible service and boy was I wrong. I waited so long to receive my order, and it wasn’t even busy… just go to wingstop seriously. On top of that the workers here are so unprofessional. One of them kept referring to angry customers as “friend” Boy byeee. Stop chatting around and go get these orders ready instead also not to mention when I got my food it was cold and dry.

Absolutely hated it. This is the second time I step foot in this restaurant and don't get acknowledged till after 5 minutes of standing there. When they finally do, they're SO rude, and gave off so much attitude. It was me and another group behind me that left immediately after being told with attitude we can sit at the bar or wait 10 minutes for a table when there were no more than 5 tables being used.

Zero stars if possible. 2 hour wait. Received a text to go in and check in to be seated. Literally so annoying how they only give you a few minutes to go to the front to check in. They need to take into consideration when people have kids with them. What’s so annoying is they also send a one minute last call text too. After waiting for 2 hours really!?!?!?! Also, the place was not even busy as so they said it was. Drinks were the only order as my party and I left. Waiter failed to let my party and I know that there Bone In wings were out! So much for waiting 2 hours and to hear this when we were ordering our food. Unacceptable. Mostly upset that they didn’t tell us upfront about being out knowing on Tuesdays they have there Bone In deal. Instead they had us wait for 2 hours to be disappointed. Went to In and Out instead since they never disappoint and have fast service.

Took forever to sit us. The hostess was rude, didn't even apologize for the long wait. Had workers just wandering around. There was a empty table that was cleaned for the longest and they took forever to sit us at that same table! We told the waitress it was my kids birthday but they didn't do anything for him. They sang for another kid! They took so long we just asked for our check to leave. Got there at 8:30ish and didn't leave til 10:50, only cause we ordered our food right away when we ordered our drinks. Won't go back anytime soon.

3 employees continued to clean tables while myself and my wife waited 20+ min to be seated. In a pretty much empty restaurant. Maybe 10 people on a Wednesday night. Ordered drinks and the Dr. Pepper tasted very off. Let the waitress know and after she got us new drinks she informed us the lemonaide was someway mixing into the Dr. Pepper. Then we order and it took a long time to get COLD hot wings and fries and a chicken sandwich. I don't think I'll be back.

Holy moly....I've never had a good experience. But wow this last time, finding myself dragged here once again. Started off with a rude employee who hates his life and job on the phohe..ok whatever let's still go..right?!...wrong. we get there at 1115. 2 people dining...2! I see about 7 staff members...we still wait 20 mins to be seated...we're seated finally...with no menus lol...we wait another 10 before we decide that these employees will just never change...come to find out that my wife's brother who is the district GM for bww for this area says turlock is BY FAR the worst location...yeah no doubt. I recommend avoiding this place completely

It was such a nice day, I had a craving for a cold beer and some wings on the patio. Walked in and the hosts just stared at us awkwardly...for awhile… finally I asked if my husband and I could sit on the patio. One said, “we aren’t seating on the patio right now” (meanwhile, the patio had both plenty of people and plenty of open seats, in the middle of the afternoon). Ok. Weird. We left.

If you like food poisoning, this is where to find it! The first time I got food poisoning here, I figured it was just a one time thing. NOPE. So severe it caused projectile vomiting that would put the exorcist to shame. I don't know what they have going on back there to make people so severely sick you're sleeping on the bathroom floor. I'm not the only one and I'm sure not the last to suffer this.

Trash! We waited 30 minutes to be seated then we wait 20 minutes to get a Pepsi and water and waited 30 more minutes while the waitress sat 4 other groups and only came to take our order after we were getting up to leave. In other words if you wanna waist a hour of your day waiting for you order to be takin while the waitress flirts with customers this is the place to be. I’d give a 0 if there was a option.

I wouldn't even put a star, we came out as a family reunion at 10:30 prior to calling to ask for a wait time. Spoke to Ben over the phone and he mentioned there were 5 ahead of us. I continue to let him know we will still wait even if there were groups ahead of us. Walked in and spoke to a male employee and he said he would grab his manager but never returned but got dressed and clocked out instead. After being told we would receive a text when our table is ready we were given 45-60 mins. It was 10:30pm. We waited 30 and realized that no one was even coming to check on the guest behind us because they were too scared to even serve us. Ben came once and looked at something not sure what and he didn't say he was the manager all he did was looked down and asked for my name. Then said ok and walked away. My families time is just a precious as anyone's. If we waited till 11:30 for a table after 1 hour and you made your last call at 11:30, would you even serve us? If you know you weren't going to seat us regardless and serve us then we would've appreciated that more than just letting us wait. First of all not very professional when Ben comes out saying "we're all adults here" to my brother. I'm not even upset that you were short staffed. We asked to be seated as 4-5 and there were tables open. It's not the short staffed I'm upset at, it's the fact that all the servers and Manager Ben wasted our time, knowing that 11:30 they wouldn't serve us. Worst service ever and will never return to this location. Worst way to handle customer satisfactory, unprofessional and rude. Alex did his best to help us and I appreciated him for that.

Waited 40 minutes for a table just to be told they accidentally gave our table to a different party... didn't offer anything besides a booth they also said we wouldn't fit in anyways. Was as patient as i could, waited the original 20 minutes, then again when they told us they were cleaning a table for us, then told sorry we gave your table to someone else. I've never seen a bad situation handled so poorly...

Service at this location has decreased. Employees have no customer service. We ordered take out. I walked up to two employees because none were in the front. Those two girls were just chit chatting by the bar drinking a redbull. One of them proceeded to tell me she’s on her break and to go stand at take out. The other did nothing. They could have called for help for me. I stood in take out line for 15 minutes before an employee asked my name. I placed this order online. And when we got home we were missing our fries and veggies. Pretty upsetting especially when we’re spending $60 just on wings. These employees don’t understand the value of customer service nor what it takes for a customer to spend money. They lack in all areas. Work is not hang out spot. Manager should evaluate his employees.

This place is a joke. My family and I were excited to enjoy a rare night of eating out and we came by on a Thurs night. It wasn't super crowded but we sat in the waiting area for about 10 mins before we were even addressed. The guy who sat us was nice but told us to just order through the app. Why would we order through the app when we are there? But okay we tried that, couldn't figure it out. The waitress walked by our table probably 5 or 6 times, never acknowledged us, but was talking to the other tables and assisting them. So we walked out and went to Fire Wings by the college and enjoyed MUCH better service and much better food. Moral of my story, if you find yourself in this place, head right back out the door.

I make my order I'm going to go pick it up it was not even the things I ordered I ordered a mango abanero and they give me I don't know what kind because I don't eat it I try one and it was not mango abanero and it's just wasting my money in that doesn't not even cheap

It was my third time and all time was some issues but last one was worse. Reception told us half hour (end up to 48 minutes) then if you know him you will seat as soon as you be there but thanks God our waitress was hard working and fast . They need more staff and more control on timing

Have been here twice before and have never had the service I had last night. It took my partner and I at least 15 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged by our waiter for drinks. The music itself was louder than usual. After getting our food, I was also charged way over what I had ordered and brought it to the hostesses attention (she was way more helpful than our waiter.) I don't like complaining but our waiter already had apologized for the long wait, didn't hear me say no fries but still added fries to the order and the overcharge of close to $60 was the last straw.

I’ve been here plenty of times and usually it’s a good time. Last night was not a good one. Being seated was fast and the guy up front was super cool. Buuuut the waitress sucked. I ordered my appetizer well before my food and they ended up coming at the same time. This was fine, except for the fact that everything was cold. I had to ask her for my drinks that she had forgotten about at the bar and the temp on those wasn’t great. First time in my life I didn’t tip, it definitely wasn’t deserved.

Each time we eat here I have the same complaint the service is unacceptable, slow, unassertive, not friendly, oh and did I mention slow! The food is average and our kid's food came out extremely HOT! That by the time we finished our plate their plate was still too hot to eat. Over charged us for our coupon of free appetizer. 2 two of 5 meals came out wrong! Never bought out our beer even after I was carded. Then we tried to use our gift cards and our waitress said they were invalid after we just checked the balance. Have been there in 8 year and will not be back for another 8. Music was way too loud!

We ordered our food for pickup in their new “Buffalo wild wings go” and it said it would take 30 minutes for pick up. Reasonable. When we arrived to pick up the order they said it wasn’t ready yet so I wait. I WAITED FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES for my food to be ready!!!! How did it take 1 HOUR to make 10 wings???? And the girl in the front was unapologetic!! She didn’t care at all. Terrible service!! And UPDATE YOUR APP if you can’t keep up with your business cause you are losing business this way!

This is an updated Review as of 11/19/22 This was a great place to go to. But not anymore. It is a whole new crew of workers. They take so long to take your order. Then it takes forever for your food to come out. You see workers walking by, but don’t help anyone. There’s open tables but you see a lot of people waiting out front for a table. . Honestly worst service I have ever seen. Most of the workers just sit around, talking to each other instead of helping people. I had a beer, drank it and wanted to order another… my glass was empty for over 40 minutes at the bar. Seriously, That just shows you just one example of what type of service they have at this place. I just can’t see how they get. Repeat customers with this type of service.

Waited for 10 minutes before being seated, restaurant was pretty empty and dirty once we got seated there was food and trash under the table. We waited for 20 minutes with no attention from the server until we decided to just leave. 30 minutes wasted and terrible service we will never give this location a chance again. I wish I could give it a worse rating.

We went on bogo at 50% wings. When we finally got to see our server she told us that if we did our order by scanning the QR code we would receive 15%. Well after spending way too much time ordering for 6 people she tells us that we can’t have both promotions. So we figured the 15 % was a better deal. Then our Order came and the wings didn’t have the veggies we ordered. One order was missing the fries and one order had wrong dressing. Food wasn’t very hot at all. Then to top it off the 15% was not calculated correctly. We spoke with manager and she didn’t get it at first but finally did and corrected it. Not a good experience at all. Also we only saw our server maybe twice.

I had purchased dinner from Turlock BWW a few years ago. Barely edible and I am not that picky either. Everyone has bad days and I am understanding of that. These wings( bone in ) I received today were dry, dry, and really don’t want to say dry again. They were flavorless and dry. The onion rings were a one star as well. For my wife and I to eat tonight ( take out) was $46.00. I am mostly reviewing tonight for the manager to pay attention to. The kitchen failed miserably tonight. I only tried this Turlock location again today to be fair and give them another shot at my business in the future. I cannot support or recommend this restaurant for these reasons. Went the other night with my wife, we are both 66 and obviously not wanted in this establishment as evidenced by the no service for 10 minutes in one location and 10 mins. at another table. Plenty of staff available (maybe 12 servers), but we just got totally ignored for service while other patrons were waited on. We finally moved up to a couple of empty seats at the bar and after about another 10 minutes and drawing attention to one of the bartenders they reluctantly took are order! I am not expecting a senior discount or the royal treatment but to be waited in in a timely manner and at least make eye contact and let us know that somebody will be with you shortly is all we ask! No such service for us!

My recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings left me extremely dissatisfied. I walked in with a craving for 20 traditional wings, only to be told by the waiter that they were out of stock on all tradtional wings. I found this baffling – how can a restaurant known for its wings not have the very thing it's famous for? To add to the frustration, we waited for 20 minutes before the waiter casually mentioned the lack of traditional wings, shifting the blame to the host for not informing us earlier. I couldn't understand why the staff failed to communicate such a crucial detail promptly. The alternative offered was boneless wings, but I couldn't shake the feeling that I was basically being served glorified chicken nuggets. I expressed my disappointment to the waiter, emphasizing that if I wanted chicken nuggets, I could easily enjoy the dinosaur ones sitting in my freezer at home. This experience was far from the enjoyable evening I had envisioned. It's disheartening when a restaurant falls short on its signature dish and fails to communicate effectively with its customers. I expected more from Buffalo Wild Wings, and this visit left me questioning whether I'll be returning anytime soon.

Wow absolutely terrible customer service. Came in Saturday mid day, there was many people standing outside waiting but upon entering the establishment there was many empty seats. We sat at the bar to decrease waiting time and sat for 15 minutes waiting to be serviced but wasn’t even acknowledged, not even a greeting or be with you in a second.I walked out and came to Chilis instead. I used to prefer this location over Modesto, but unfortunately I won’t be returning here either.

We started ordering and things were decent. It wasn't until we got our drinks our waitress was unattentive, and dismissive. We had our dishes at the end of the table for her to take and she just let them pile. The food we ordered was cold by the time we received them. And the burgers were very bland. Just went on a Monday to have the all you can eat boneless wings. Rules state start with 2 "sauces" flavors on the first order of 10 wings. The next order can be your choice of sauce. What they don't tell you is that it only 1 of the first 2 that you pick. It's all you can eat for 2 flavors no exceptions unless they screw up your order. We spent an hour and a half waiting for a total of 15 wings. It's $19.99 yet order came out to $26 with a drink. Staff was completely rude to a customer behind us making fun of them for how the rules were changed once they got their first order. My wings came out completely wrong flavors and when staff asked if I wanted it corrected still took 30 minutes for 5 wings to arrive and still be cold. Buddy ordered wedges and the next order that came were stale French fries even though he upgraded to wedges. They won't let you order the next round of wings until your done eating and even then they still have you wait 30 minutes before they arrive. Offer is misleading and false advertising. Should state all you can eat 2 flavors. If so would have went somewhere else. My first order of wings was garlic parm and honey BBQ regualr fries. My buddies was Asian zing and lemon pepper dry and wedges. I got garlic parm and Asian zing and lemon pepper fries. My buddy got Asian zing and garlic parm wings with wedges. Second round I got the honey BBQ finally after 30 minutes of waiting with plain fries and my buddy got his order of asian zing again with plain stale fries instead of wedges. Took another 30 minutes to get another round at that point it was useless to stay any longer since it seemed like they cook one wing at a time.

Yeah, walked in and got eye contact from three employees.. not a one acknowledged me or welcomed me or my guests. As I am waiting (with many others) at 2:30 pm Monday afternoon Dec.23, I begin reading the reviews.. not a minute more wasted for me and my guests. That's some entitled employees that absolutely don't care/are there for a check. It's too expensive to eat out already and then you have employees at a nearly empty restaurant ignoring incoming cash. The owner really must not care.. Unfortunately the experience has left me and my guests extremely unhappy. Pretty sure none of us will give another BDubs a chance. One bad experience...

I don't what to rate anything since all 3 times I have tried to go, they were closed!? I arrived around 11:10-11:15am all three times and all 3 times the doors were locked and they weren't open!? Perhaps update your hours or open when you are supposed to be!?

I don’t normally write reviews, but this time it was the worst experience. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. That wasn’t bad. That’s norma wait time anywhere you go. The real issue started once we were seated. We waited 40 minutes and not once did the waitress come over to take our drink order. We weren’t even offered water. What made us walk out was that we notice a couple that was seated 20 minutes before us, were barely getting their drinks. Most likely we will never eat at a Buffalo wild wings again.

I guess I come from a different time apparently. Had to wait roughly 30min for my food...which I'm understanding of how restaurants work. My major complaint is how I was treated. The first girl that checked me in told me it would be 5-10min...way off...but more importantly, while I was waiting I asked about how to get extra Ranch...different girl said I could then immediately bypassed me to help the person behind me and never thought to tell me how it worked nor did she explain politely that they would get it when I got my food. Then apparently my food came out, the first girl that helped me never said a word even though she was looking at me periodically. I finally went up to the counter and there it was just waiting! However, this time a guy helped me and the first girl that checked me in never once looked up from her phone at the counter...terribly unprofessional...just didn't even try to act like she cared. As I'm on my way home I realize I never go lt the drinks...partially on me there, but at that point I was just frustrated with my experience...first time there and not impressed...food was good, but service either deserves a 2nd visit or it doesn't...bottom line...I'm sorry, I don't ask for much, but acknowledgement of the customer is at least worth the $4.05 tip included ahead of time wouldn't you think? That's the issue with tipping I'm advance...never doing that again either.

Floors were filthy, server was no where to be found, had to get our own napkins and cutlery. Asked for ranch twice and never got it. Manager came by to apologize for the fact that we had to get our own napkins and cutlery, but didn't help with providing better service. Waited 20 minutes for our server to take our order, and 30 minutes or more for the food to come out! The food was good. Wings were exceptional l, but service was unacceptable.

I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Interesting enough, it actually took 46 minutes because, as I was informed, “other orders came up.” I suppose that means mine wasn’t important enough to be prioritized. When I mentioned the delay, the staff’s response was simply, “it happens.” Well, yes, it seems it certainly does happen here every time I come in. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time either; in fact, the last three visits have all included either incorrect orders or missing items. I guess I should just lower my expectations when coming here, since consistency clearly isn’t part of the service.

On the road with family and thought it would be nice to have a treat by stopping here. Ordered ahead and the app said the food would be ready in half an hour. We showed up and waited another 40 minutes past the original 30 minute pickup time. A treat turned into a nightmare. All we wanted to do was eat and get to bed after a long day on the road. If you can’t deliver, stop taking orders. Edit: Got back to the hotel and all the food was barely warm at best and dry except for one sandwich which makes me suspect that they forgot to make it and just didn’t say anything. This review would be very different if someone would have just been upfront with me about the situation.

Order on your phone pay on your phone server onky brings drinks. They dont do any virgin drinks my daughter wanted a virgin Daiquiri and they said we cant do that. The food was ice cold and we only ordered 6 boneless wings each we could only eat 3 and they were tough asked for a refund on one of the 6 pieces said no and fave me $3 off manager never came to the table to ask or apologize. And they were not busy

I did a pick up and honestly… if i could give a 0 i would… i love wings & buffalo WAS always my go to… til today…. we ordered 30 !!! traditional original buffalo wings the wings were dry as hell, keep in mind we bought 30 wings and got a small side of ranch the smallest there could be… we had already wasted our gas driving there for the food wasted almost 50 dollars for the food. we called to let them know and they tell us we HAVE to go back so they can SEE the wings ? like ok, you can see them on this review. like tell me WOULD YOU ENJOY THESE ??

Terrible service every time we go, the workers are super lazy and rude, lots of open tables but still had to wait 30 mins, no refills on drinks and super old food. Everything was dirty and all the tables around us remained dirty the entire time we were there. Very sad it has become as bad as the modesto one.

Absolutely the worst food I have had in a long time! Don't ever order to go! After waiting 45 minutes for our food we got home less than a half a mile away and everything was dead cold and rubbery! Very disappointed! There were 2 employees that were very kind. However you need to educate your hosts on HOSPITALITY! And your Cooks on COOKING! I was not impressed by either! I do not recommend this place. Their food leaves much to be desired.
