UPDATE Check your order there is no QC at the Pass. The orders are rarely correct and I frequently have had to request items that are forgotten. Monday's lunch rotation was this location for the office and wow what an experience! 1245 he left to pick up the order and returned about 25 mins later, not so bad for lunchtime on a Monday. I cannot comment on the service or atmosphere as I did not visit the location. The food however was great; Cooked and seasoned perfectly and with the dill pickle slices, was a homeowner, right to our tummies. We essentially ordered some sliders, Tenders and such, there were four of us. I even received a Reaper spice level tender by surprise, sort-of. I did state, "the hotter the better." Everything was awesome, there were no leftovers, except for about 80% of the Reaper spice Tender. Lawd have merceh, without dairy, I don't think it can be done. First bite was okay, second, and third; the fight or flight kicked in and I lost, lols. Thanks Dave's Hot Chicken, we will be back.
came in after work to try this place out and it was a nice experience great food not that long of a wait time ,the cashier was very friendly and Estevan made sure the lobby was clean and I was taken care of

The restaurant was super clean and the service was great. I had a coupon that wasn’t working properly, but the cashier, Halley, went out of her way and made sure that I got my fries for free. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to everybody.

This place is the best! Chicken has so much flavor and the fries are crispy. I have been here 5 times and it’s always amazing ! I don’t see what the bad reviews are honestly, just their experience I guess. But there is always a ton of orders so I understand the wait Time. Love it here!
It was my first time trying Dave’s hot chicken. The customer service was great ! The staff was very welcoming . I wanted to add another topping to my sandwich and they got it done really quick without any hesitation . The quality of a chicken was very excellent ! It wasn’t dry and the flavor was delicious. I usually don’t eat fries, but their fries were really good. I also got the mac & cheese, and that is a must !! I will definitely be going back.!!

The staff was very friendly. The food was made fairly quickly. There isn't a lot if dine in seating but they weren't very busy.
I went there to get some fries and the cashier Natalie was amazing. She got my food out very quickly and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend coming here! Wonderful server.

Amazing first-time experience! This was our very first time at Dave’s Hot Chicken in Turlock, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Christopher. He gave us the best customer service ever. He greeted us, made sure our order was perfect all while keeping a smile on his face. He truly went above and beyond and made our first visit such a great experience. It was my first time going the other day wanted to see what this hype was about. It did not disappoint!! This young lady named Monique was very helpful and gave me some suggestions. Definitely coming back and bringing friends 🥰!

Stopped by with my son today, he wanted to try this place out, I’ve never had Dave’s before so I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Thankfully I had a nice cashier named Esteben I think it was. He recommended me the top loaded fries it was great for me and my son to share. The place looked really cool, overall great experience!

Freezing cold. Very uncomfortable temperature inside. Food is flavorful, I just have to stand outside because their AC is cranked up so high. I shared my feed with employees a few times and they just say " I know". Hopefully the owner will read it and take into account.

Tried to go twice but the line moves at a snails pace. Will update the review when I can get a plate in a reasonable amount of time. *UPDATE* quick update: ordered a #4. Chicken was room temperature like it sat for a while, ordered "Hot" spice level and had no heat to it but the flavor was there. On the other hand fries were crispy Mac and cheese fresh and creamy, Milkshakes are great 👍 going to give it a couple weeks and try again, maybe they'll correct the chicken issue.

Tbh I thought the food was going to be better especially for the long wait. It was mid I would say a 6/10. The fries were the best part and this is a chicken place so…. Number one thing though, the customer service is nonexistent. The girl up front and the guy who looks like the manager are not friendly at all. They literally don’t acknowledge you when you’re trying to ask about your mobile order or for getting more sauce. Like if you don’t wanna be there YOU DONT HAVE TO BE!

Everything is great here but the only issue is they take very long time to receive your food!!! Long wait
Food is better than angry chickz but the customer service is trash. Ordered online only to have the food being made 30 minutes from pickup. Once the food was ready, I walked to pick it up and homeboy with the stupid mustache looks past me and helps the person right behind me. Horrible customer service.
