Nami-No Kabob Palace

If you like Persian foods and good quality of Kabob, this place is a really good restaurant to try. The owner , Edward is friendly . He treat his customers like a family.The staff are nice and friendly. Foods are delicious as well. I will definitely recommend it.

I have been to many Persian/kebab restaurants in the SF Bay Area and Los Angeles, but none of them were ever as good as Nami No in Turlock. I recommend getting all your kebab in one plate, because they prepare super visually appealing, and they taste very super good, are juicy, perfectly cooked, and they have fair prices. I really enjoyed this restaurant and came all the way from the bay area peninsula and tried it, and will probably drive the long distance again just for their kebab.

Definitely make reservations and go try them! Super friendly service, and super delicious food. The Chef kept going around and checking on all the tables to make sure everything was good and everyone was enjoying what they ordered. You can tell they passion they have and the love they put in their dishes, not to mention the generous portions!

This is THE best Iranian restaurant around. I’ll go as far as to say it’s better than famous places in LA like Raffis. And I’ve come here many times the food is consistent. I’ve tried all their foods from their kabobs like koobideh, the chicken with bone, the rack of lamb and they are all Sooo good! The koobideh is juicy and tasty ! The chicken with bone is JUICY. Iranian restaurants always overcook the chicken kabob So it’s dry and like rubber but this place NO! It’s PERFECT balance of crunchy outside but soft juicy and tasty inside . The rack of lamb is so juicy and tasty and doesn’t have the “lamb” smell and the meat was lean it was not fatty. I’ve also had their stews like the gheime which is sooo good. Their kashkebademjoon was also sooo good . Everything they make, they make it excellent they put a lot of effort in the quality and presentation.

Upon entering we were greeted by Adele and the rest of the restaurant staff. We ordered the Beef kabob with Chicken (we’ve had both the filet mignon and ribeye plates. One plate can feed up to three people) and the Grape Leaf Dolmeh. The food was very delicious and the presentation was excellent. If you like middle eastern-Persian food, this place is worth visiting.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The portions are huge and full of flavor. My family and I had the pleasure of going in on one of their busiest day but didn't notice that was lacking in service. The staff treated us with great service and regularly check in with us to see if we needed anything while waiting for our food. The place was clean and cozy. The important part of kabobs for me is if the establishment used fillers in the meat and I can assure you that it was 100% beef kabobs. All of the dishes that were prepared with beef were all juicy and tender. Enough with the talk. Take a look at the picture. 100% satisfaction.

Absolutely loved our experience at Nami No! The restaurant is spotless — from the dining area to the restrooms, everything was impressively clean. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of by our server, Bernadette, who was kind and attentive throughout our meal. Special shoutout to Chef Del — the food was phenomenal. Every dish was seasoned to perfection. The rice was bursting with flavor, and the Chicken Soltani stole the show — definitely my favorite. The beef kebab and lamb chops were also tender and delicious. We highly recommend starting with the yogurt cucumber appetizer — so refreshing — and don’t skip the hot tea, it was the perfect way to end our meal. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean, and welcoming. I would give more stars if I could. Great service, friendly respectful staff and the food is very tasty and fresh. Our kids enjoyed the food as much as we did. Also if you’re a tea lover, you should order tea, it’s a loose leaf tea, not a tea bag. it’s very refreshing. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will visit again.

We got there late and they were about to close, when they found we are not locals and traveling they accommodated us, that was a friendly Iranian gesture! We ordered “Jojeh” red meat and “Kobideh” with lamb meat, both were good, portion is big and easily feeds two people, side stuff of the dish was perfect and they cooked rice very professionally and generous amount of saffron on top! I live in a big city and compare to there price for a such quality of food was very good, I do not know about the price range in Turlock tho! - Kobideh was not very fatty or as Iranian says “koobideh poofaky” but still juciy and I like the ratio of meet and fat. - their Joojeh thigh was very tender and I give it 9.5/10! Great job on that I am very positive and recommend that place to you if you drive through Central Valley!

I ordered the luleh kabob plate and the egg plant appetizer. The food was good and I couldn't even finish my plate because they give you so much. The waitress, Benita, was really nice and her service was fast. We have also ordered a family platter and it didn't last long.

Enjoyed the food very much. Had no clue it is reservation only. But food is tender, rice is perfect and the veggies. Always hot when delivered too. Hummus was very flavorful and creamy.

I ordered a family meal for my son’s birthday because he specifically wanted Persian food, and this place did not disappoint. The amount of food we received was amazing and everything tasted incredibly authentic. I actually drove all the way to Turlock to pick it up because most “Persian” restaurants I’ve tried have a weird twist or spice that just doesn’t taste right to me. This one tasted like the real thing. The service was also great. While I was waiting, they immediately offered me a cup of tea, which was such a nice touch and made the experience feel welcoming. Yes, it is a little pricey , I do wish it was a bit cheaper because I would definitely order more often if it was ,but for a special occasion like my son’s birthday, it was absolutely worth it. The quality, portions, and flavor made it a great experience. If you’re looking for authentic Persian food, this place is definitely worth trying.

Absolutely one of the best Mediterranean spots in Turlock! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Was highly disappointed that they no longer allow walk in dining. Had no clue they changed to reservations only and me, my wife, and our daughter drove all the way from Oakdale for dinner and the door was locked. We were devastated. Food is amazing and we were all craving it. Extremely disappointed.
