What you would expect for coffee. First time in and they told me how it works, how to get perks on the app, and took my order. The two times I have been in the store there was no line (admittedly in the afternoon). They also have a drive thru here. Atmosphere score is low because they have limited indoor seating.
This place always has a line but the line goes by quick due to the speedy service of the staff. The donuts always taste fresh and their snacking bacon is the best item on the menu, so savory.
Really nice staff and even customers! I always ask in drive thru about the color of sprinkle donuts for my 4yo son and they happily explain. Today we got the special Easter peep donut and a patron inside paid for it! Will pay back the favor next time by paying for the car behind me!
This is a solid Dunkin Donuts, I've came here for months and my coffee is always correct! So freshing to know they won't be out of stock on cold brew! Plus the drive thru makes it super convenient for when your in a rush. The line is never long here as well.
This location is usually very busy. If you go inside and order from the kiosk, it is usually faster than drive-thru. I would avoid after 3 o'clock due to its proximity to a nearby school, and the kids tend to hang out there and get picked up from there.

I get coffee here everyday. They make it the specific way that I like which is great, and they will take it back and remake it if it's not made the way I like it. I will say All of the employees have come in contact with have been accommodating and courteous, however; a couple of months ago I had an employee be very rude to me at the drive though window. I forgot the exact exchange that led up to her response to me but she said "That's what I thought" and when I said excuse me and ask her repeat it she didn't.
When I stopped here the poor employees were being berated by an aggressive, vulgar man that had called the police because they refused to help him for calling an employee a disparaging vulgarity. They handled the situation professionally. Their service exceeded expectations and the food was great too.
Fast service, strong coffee, and a great selection of pastries. Dunkin’ is the only place near me that sells French cruellers. This is more than enough reason to pay them a visit. I love this place

So I drove over. My server at the drive-thru had some trouble with my gift card so the manager had to take over. Fixed the problem and gave me a few bonus munchkins for the hassle. Dunkin' is in a great location here at the Village next to the Legacy School, the donuts are really good, my favorites are the glazed and jelly donuts. My only complain is the coffee. I had the iced coffee from Dunkin', and while it was pretty decent, it tasted watered down, and not a very strong coffee taste, although I did get decaf so idk how much that affects the coffee taste. The service is very quick though, so it's awesome that they are quick about getting orders in, just need to get better coffee.
I like Dunkin’ Donuts and I come here often. The only concern is they play loud music with very explicit lyrics which seems inappropriate. Today a customer had to kindly ask to turn the music down which a customer should not have to do. Then the customer walked out. I hope they become more professional and customer focused so they stay in business at this location.
This place is buzzing in the morning. Tons of workers getting orders ready for pick an drive thru so the wait can be a little long. The cashier needs to be trained to remove his glove when handling money then food. Watched the cashier with the same glove in one hand the entire time, he packed boxes of donuts, helped customers with payment, and prepped their orders - all with the same glove in one hand.
Brand new Dunkin Donuts at Tustin Legacy devolpment on Kensington Park Road. My black iced coffee was good and the donuts so so. It's only walking distance from where I live so will try again.

Ordered a toasted bagel, hash brown, and coffee this morning around 9 am via drive-thru. My bagel was ice cold! 🥶 Hash brown and coffee were good.
I got a bagel with cream cheese That somehow tasted artificial I don't know how you do that To a bagel, I also got a hot that tastes like if someone made it and they hated hot chocolate. It tasted more like plastic than anything else. And I asked for a 1/2 dozen random donuts. I happened to randomly slice the jelly donut and half no Jelly, so I ask why is everything so terrible and fake tasting at Dunkin'? It's like if someone was trying to replicate food by starting with chemicals and Plastic. I ended up throwing it out all of it, A complete waste of money, I will never go back.
I walked into Dunkin Donuts and was not acknowledge until I finally addressed the issue because I was going to be late for work if I didn't get served soon. The staff was walking around like they had nothing to do. One of the staff members remarked, "Oh, It's because we didn't see you" I had to say, "Really? All 4 of you didn't see me and I have a hot pink breast cancer awareness shirt on?" Take responsibility for your lack of customer service...period. Extremely disappointed customer

Ordered a wrap and iced capuccino. I was served a warm capuccino in an iced drink cup because they informed me that iced capuccinos do not come with ice even though the menu and picture on the menu stated that it does come with ice. I did not feel like dealing with the employee further on it even though he was saying something different than whats on the menu.
This location is terrible. I ordered online. When I arrived 15 minutes later, only 1/3 of my order was out, and half of that was wrong. I waited 40 minutes for a breakfast sandwich.... after 25 min I complained only to be told everyone was waiting and it just took awhile. After 35 minutes they actually checked on my order and realized they didn't have the croissants to make it.... so no one was making it... and no one was dealing with it in any way. My daughter went through the drive through a week ago and was 10 minutes late to school because the drive through line took 25 minutes. Save your time and money.. go elsewhere

I’ve had 2 bad experiences with the same employee. I’m not sure of his name but he’s an older dark man with glasses. First time i went in to explain an issue i had with the app not showing the same deals as the website. He looked very confused and had another girl help me. That was fine i didn’t care then but this morning i went by drive thru and he took my order yet gave me the wrong drink and didn’t warm my muffin like i said. I’m very specific abt my coffe as i am lactose intolerant and order oatmilk. He gave me a completely different drink not worth $6 👎
Why do I keep coming here to this location? Never again! Coffee is always burnt and service is terrible. The staff is rude. If you want the best experience go to the Dunkin on Jeffrey ! Best service and staff and quality product! I ordered my 92 yr old grandmother hot chocolate from the Kensington location and got home and it was a small coffee...really? Also charged me incorrectly. Please never come here! So disappointed ! Get some staff that cares what they are doing and actually responds when I say good morning . The person ringing me up practically threw my items at me.
Literally every single time I come here the order is wrong. They always forget a part of the order. Today, three items were missing and they gave me the bag in the drive thru. They really need to check the order before just giving the bag to the customer. I understand if it was just once in a while but every single time I come.
Moths were flying around in their donut case, and the employees didn’t seems to care. I left without buying anything.
I don’t know why it takes them so long to put a couple of donuts in a box. I was car number 4 in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes for a half dozen donuts. And they put different donuts in the box than the ones I asked for. Not coming back.
Got off a 12 hr shift came in and ordered a turkey egg cheese croissant w mayo. Lady informs me they dont serve any mayo at this location. I dont know how ye make sandwiches without any mayo but ok. My order comes out, and instead of turkey its weird turkey breakfast sausage. The lady says “but its not pork” like ok but still off by a mile …., just got off a 12 hr shift, dont feel like being the jerk and arguing w a group of women, so i take my dry, un-sauced mystery meat sandwich to go, never to return to this dunkins.
Always extremely slow. 2 of the 6ish people there are on top of it. Consistently out of sandwiches. App will still let you order them though. When they are out of food and don’t have alternatives, they are not able to refund your money locally. Instead they expect you to call customer service yourself. Todays ordeal was the toaster was broken. Whether it is that or just being out, this is the third time my order has not been fulfilled in the last two months. Never coming back to this location. Local management needs to figure it out.
They take forever to complete an order I came in at 8am and it is now 830am I am still waiting they don't have a system down to get orders out all the orders that are done and ready are for people who are not even in here yet to pick up and yet the other 10 people who are currently in the store haven't even got half of their order yet... They need a better system put in place for being a busy business
Gave our order, they said it was a free donut if we also got a drink, ordered a latte. They initially gave us black coffee, waited again for a latte, checked the bag after getting home, looks like they did not give us our free donut
Went in this morning to get a dozen donuts for the office. I had to stand in the store for over 25 minutes after ordering to get it.
I had a very bad experience on my last visit with Jesse 833131, every time I visit this Dunkin store the employees are unhappy and show no interest to be there, or attend the buying customers with any respect or interest of showing any good customer service! There’s no manager on duty either who cares about the bad service that employees are providing.

Its dunkin. I like it. My recent trip was good. But not liking the display of passive aggressive notes for employees reminding them to work every time they walk by, its giving slaver environment. Having a giant sign that states "STAY BUSY" in common working area is already bad enough but it being in clear view of patrons in the drive-thru is just bad manners. Not impressed, there are better ways to communicate effective working habits to your team. It makes me wonder how the crew member is treated by management honestly. Boo. Do better.

I feel like this Dunkin suffers from three main things (1) it is chronically understaffed on weekends, long waits even for just a cup of coffee, (2) it is freezing cold inside, AC is always on max, and (3) the background music is not 'background' music because it's TOO LOUD. Management/Corporate - please do something about this.🙏🏻 Thank you!
so I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick up to get my free coffee. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel and cream. I pull up to the drive-thru and get my coffee and as I’m exiting the parking lot, I taste my coffee and see that they forgot to have the caramel. That’s fine. It’s a simple mistake. I go back through the drive-thru and ask the girl if they could add the caramel. I pull up to the window and she takes my coffee (which was unusual since at this exact location they have that told me that they cannot take back drinks for hygienic purposes). Fine, the worker takes my coffee for like .2 seconds and then gives it back to me. Confident that the issue was resolved, I drive away and taste it to find that not a single trace of caramel was in the coffee- it tastes the exact same. At this point I am running late so I just leave. I think it’s messed up that she played in my face and pretended to add the caramel when she didn’t. It’s a real shame because over the years I have given this Dunkin so much of my money.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The professionalism and quality are severely lacking, and the staff does not seem knowledgeable about handling customer orders. I recently ordered their new brisket item and was deeply disappointed with what I received. On my way to school, I tried calling this location multiple times that day to address the issue but received no answer. I even left two messages and never heard back. When I finally had the chance to visit the store today to speak to a manager, they refused to honor the situation, claiming too much time had passed—even though I explained I had been too busy to return sooner. Today, I ordered a frozen coffee and some Munchkins. To my surprise, the “frozen” coffee I received was completely watered down and clearly not frozen. I politely handed it back, explaining the issue, and the manager made me wait another five minutes only to return and tell me their blender wasn’t working. Yet, they were still going to hand me a drink I didn’t order without disclosing that upfront. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and poor customer service are baffling. When I asked for my money back, the manager showed no accountability for the errors and didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience caused. I have spent a lot of money at this location in the past, but after this experience, I will no longer return. I would rather drive to a different Dunkin’ Donuts for better service and quality. This location desperately needs better management and training for its staff to improve functionality and customer satisfaction.

When she finally corrected the order, she still forgot the creamer... I asked for them on the side because who knew how else she could mess that up. I unfortunately didn't get her name but hoping more training for customer service at this location can be done, it's not the first time.
