The drive thru was great went fast people were here too the line was long and we got thru very quickly. Food was on point and we were glad to come by again. Thank you. 2👍🏼’s outta 3👍🏼’s because the service was good and we enjoyed the jack in the box food.

I received an iced mocha coffee that was not full. When I asked to receive a full cup, they just looked at me as if I was from mars! They made another that was the same thing! The food, however, was good.

The small popcorn chicken box is pretty small for its price...pretty salty but the spicy one have a little spice to it. Jalapeno poppers are good, burger are not to bad, fries are good, chicken sandwiches are good. Kinda all over

Here to pick up the most recent Toy combo that comes with a double chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce, two beef tacos, a curly frys, and a large drink. The chicken filet itself is not bad but the Swiss cheese doesn't really mingle well with it. Curly frys still crispy and tasty. Hope they can get rid of the beef tacos and lower the price as we don't really want the tacos with the chicken sandwich. Anyway, got the blue icy and it's cute.

Six years I’ve come to this Jack in the Box. The new NIGHT management as of 2025 sucks. I work late night and I grab me some grub before I head out and every single time this tall skinny dude with glasses, gives me a hard time and acts like he doesn’t wanna be there. He never looks me in the eyes and always gives me attitude even when I attempt to be friendly he looks at me with disgust. HE MADE ME GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AGIAN TO OBTAIN THE SAUCES HE FORGOT IN MY ORDER. So messed up dude. **Will update when I receive better nightly service*** :)

My day of work start at 12am so on my way to work I stop here to get my breakfast well they told that they don’t serve hot coffee but to was more like they are lazy so they don’t want to make new coffee

I ordered a supreme croissant and the sandwich look more like a breakfast jack. The lady in drive thru was rude and unprofessional with not trying to fix the issue. She gave me major attitude. She's normally nice, maybe it was bad morning for her but it doesn't excuse how my sandwich look. Nothing like the pic or my normal supreme croissant sandwich in the past.

Waited for almost 20 minutes for my order to be taken and not one employee greeted us or made an attempt to take our order. While I do understand they can get busy completely ignoring the costumers it’s okay. I have no problem waiting if I were to be acknowledged. We did want to get them a chance and wait it out but even when the employees and manager was us staying right in front of the register not one person gave us the time of day.

My experience at Jack-in-the-Box was disappointing. The service was slow, making us wait around 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, the order was wrong, and the food was cold. We had to repeatedly inquire about our order, which added to the overall frustration. Improvements in service efficiency and order accuracy are crucial. This location is known to get orders wrong all the time so it would seem

This is unacceptable! Terrible manners from me who's a paying customer! I bought a burger and milkshake. I handed the girl my old drink to throw away bc it didn't fit in my car n she said no she couldn't take it. I had to go to work with a drink in the air bc I didn't have time time to get down n throw it at the time. My drink fell in my car n all bc the girl said she couldn't take it!!!! Horrible! Usually the staff service is great but I don't know who this girl is n I didn't have time to get it....so upsetting

Everytime I come to this location I’m always disappointed I never get my order right the staff doesn’t even try, when I try to ask for a refund they can’t even help with that no one here knows how to do their job it’s unfortunate that if I want jack in the box I have to drive to the next closest location to me.

Came here right off of work asked for two large curly fries and two tacos the lady(Rosie)taking my order was very rude no greeting I asked to repeat my order twice and she still got it wrong I asked again at the window if it was TWO curly fries and two tacos and she said yes I pay and she gives me my order and there is only one in there I wait for her to come back and then tells us we have to go around the drive thru again I proceed to tell her I ordered it at the speaker and she says park in the front I waited at least ten minutes and she never came out I asked another employee (Lesly)about it and she says I didn’t pay for it I said I don’t mind paying for it I tried to pay for it and was dismissed with a park in the front Rosie needs to be retrained on customer service no apology or anything she could’ve owned up to her mistake but choose to be rude and dismissive.
