There are many, many taco places around, and today I made my way here purely out of convenience. I was greeted warmly by Jaime who joked with me and then after I asked, recommended the Surf & Turf Burrito. I can honestly say this is the best surf/turf burrito I have ever had and would definitely recommend giving it a try!

This taqueria is located inside the corner store on McFadden and Williams. Don't let the small location fool you. Wow, the birria is so good! This place just opened up and they have the best birria I've ever had! The owners are really down to earth and so nice. They really took the time to explain ingredients for the items and were patient with us. We tried the carne asada fries. They use thick cut fries that were deep fried to perfection with good quality cut asada, cheese, chipotle cream sauce, crema and this amazing cilantro sauce. You definitely have to try it. Next we tried the Hot Cheetos burrito which was also very good. My son is very picky on burritos but this burrito passed his expectations. Lastly we tried the quesabirria. Honestly , the best birria I have ever tasted. I couldn't get over how flavorful it was. They have fried fish tacos on Fridays that I hear are really good with a special sauce they put on them. I will be back to try those but I hear that they run out so if you want to try those, I would go early. I almost forgot to mention they sell a bundt cake and one of the owners daughters makes it. It is very moist and delicious. Has a really good flavor to it and not bland at all like some cakes. I definitely recommend you try this place out. They are open everyday from 9am to 8 pm.

What a hidden gem! This is the definition of “one stop shop”. A really unique store offering not only incredible food, but ice cream as well. The food is well prepped and everything is made fresh. The staff is really welcoming and they make you feel at home. I can’t wait to be back again and visit them!

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Service was fast and food was ready quick. Tried 4 different tacos and all were delicious. Birra was incredible. Tacos all had lots of meat, fresh toppings. The restaurant itself is a pop-up inside of a convenience store so not a lot of great options if you want to eat there, but definitely a hole in the wall gem.

Omgggg! I traveled so far, just to come and enjoy this deliciously made food!!! The tortillas had a soft crunch to them!! Very flavorful. Meat was tender & moist. Cactus was made to its perfection. How so u might ask! It wasn’t soggy or over cooked, not slimmy. And Biting into it was a mouth full of flavors! It’s WILD!! 🔥 🔥 👅 👅 The fries were crispy and served nice and hot. Now their salsa was 🔥 green salsa had a kick to it but not too hot. It was just the right amount of heat to be able to enjoy and taste all the ingredients in the food. Z was very attentive! Always makes it a plus! 💫 Now on the other part of the store. You have such a big variety of drinks! They even have Chinese sodas and teas. The Osmanthus Pepsi had an interesting taste to it. Not as much carbonation, kind of sweet, has a tea flavor to it. They a huge variety of sweets, alcohol, drinks, candies, nuts. You name it they have it all!!! Able was nice enough to assist me with questions I had of certain products. These gentleman greeted us with a warm smile. If u want excellent, fresh, food with great, fast service! Fresh food honest and good quality no lard no weird powders. Everything is the real deal authentically made, and marinated. I enjoyed every single dish I had ordered!

This is a surprise to find, inside a little market. Ordered a couple tacos Birria and Pollo. These were great tasting, the price was inexpensive, and full of meat. The staff was courteous and service was quick. The menu isn't huge but there is enough on there to try for a couple weeks. Will go again to try the rest. Update 8/9/22 This is my third time here trying the menu. Carne asada fries are more than you expect and the price was great. French fries, well marinated beef, plenty of cheese, chipotle aoli. The whole plate was good and hot the whole time. Talked with Z about what they offered, I could tell he likes doing what they do. The watermelon Agua Fresca was a nice surprise. This won't be the last time... for sure.

Definitely worth it to stop by on the weekends before 4pm for the pollo asado special. So delicious and incredibly affordable at $23.99 you get so much food! Also had to try the cecina and birria honestly my new favorite birria in Orange County. So tender and full of flavor. Everyone is so nice and welcoming I can’t wait to go back!

Had this taco station 2 min away from where I work. Very fast service and kind people. I got there at a good time ordered my burrito paid at the liquor store cashier. Soon as I came back got asked if I wanted everything inside I said yes. He prepared it and done. Only took 6 min in there. Excellent service!

The meat was delicious, tortillas cooked perfectly, crispy white onions, cool radish, and consume not too salty or overwhelming. The consume really matched with the tacos and nothing overpowered the other. The staff. The staff is amazing. Some of the friendliest people I have encountered in the service industry. It's a family owned restaurant who cares about the community. I learned that tid bit as I spoke with the neighborhood refuse worker who was also enjoying the remarkable food. Good on the family for caring about the community and also for making damn tasty tacos. No outdoor nor indoor seating.

Got the #2 combo with asada to share and it was so good and fresh!

Their food is OK, but their pollo asado (grilled chicken) on the weekends? What a banger. Im giving 5 starts ONLY because of the freaking chicken!! Good price for a whole chicken, and if you talk to the right staff, they hook you up with little extras. Their tacos and/burritos might be great for some, for me are OK at best. But Their weekend's pollo asado? Pretty damn good. Sometimes it could be more juicy, but the flavor is always there.

This place is your one stop shop for your carne asada needs. Liquor store, carniceria and tacos already made. I went to the carniceria, they have a great marinade and prices are decent. It's a 20 minute drive for me but I go here often since I found it. Worth it.

We love going Sundays to buy the freshly grilled chicken. The flavor is amazing. We would buy the combo that comes with rice, beans, salsa, corn and an agua fresca. But always a hit or miss on the rice and beans. So now we buy just the whole chicken which is amazing. I totally recommend you try it.

The rice has absolutely no flavor! However, everything else on their menu is great! The birria is spot on, and all tacos are great! I hope the owner reads this review so they can work on their rice. If they can fix the rice issue, their whole menu would be perfect!

Went here after seeing all the solid reviews. Ordered the Carne Asada fries, chicken quesadilla, and the birria tacos with consume. I thought the Carne asada has way too much fat and gristle. Every bite had a chunk of fat or gristle and I wasn't down with that. Although the taste was really good, the fat and gristle were the deal breaker for me. The birria tacos were my favorite out if everything. Had a little too much meat but still very tasty. Staff is uber friendly and super chill. This place is in a little liquor store on the corner but no need to be alarmed.

I was really excited to come here because the social media videos made it look so good. Ordering was easy and the wait wasn’t long, however the food was a bit underwhelming. Portions are okay but seem larger online, and flavors were okay too, but nothing special. The nopales were bitter. Salsas need a little more of something. The lady cook was very nice.

They had just closed when I got there on 4th of July, but the guy who had just completed closing up, still sold me some meat to cook at home. That's just stellar service in my book. He was done, the place was cleaned up and still he took time out to make sure I had something for supper. I'll visit this place again on a different Tuesday and see how they actually prepare things and how the food is so I can rate the entire experience. So far, however, this place gets 3 star for just being open.

Places seems dirty, overheard the managers talking crap about a customer who didn't seem to talk much while I was in there, the managers seem like bad people and like all their interaction were shallow and fake. Plus over priced merchandise.

I ordered asada fries. And i got 1lb of fries with 1lb of cheese with some attempt of Chipotle mayo sauce, sour cream and 5oz of asada. I never leave leftovers when I eat out but thi time Taste was HORRIBLE so I threw away 99% of the food after trying to eat it 3 time but didn't work.
