Excelente para empezarr un domingo, sabroso.
A great variety of dishes, the bakery is spectacular. The waiters are 10/10, very attentive.
Excellent service at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and Fernando Díaz Pérez, the vendor, provided excellent service throughout our visit. He was very kind and attentive to our needs at the table, and he was always smiling. He's an excellent host. Thank you so much, Fernando!
The buffet was excellent. A great variety of food. There were four types of broths: charro beans, pozole, birria, and mondongo. The bakery selection was very varied, especially the cornbread and the coconut and walnut cookies. You could order quesadillas and eggs cooked to order. The fruit selection was wonderful because there were also many toppings like chia seeds, cottage cheese, blueberries, etc. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant despite being crowded. The only thing I could say about the service is that the waiter didn't bring the glass of water when I asked for it; I had to ask twice. Other than that, everything was fine. It's probably one of the best buffets in Tuxtla right now. The prices are high (350 MXN per person), but the quality and variety of the menu make it worthwhile.
This restaurant is located inside the Marriott Hotel. I went for breakfast at the buffet, and from the moment you walk in, you notice the pleasant atmosphere, the music at the right volume, and the place is well-organized and clean, making it comfortable to enjoy with family and friends. The variety of dishes is wide: you'll find everything from traditional options to more modern preparations with excellent presentation, fresh flavor, and good seasoning. The staff is attentive and always willing to help, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. As for the price, I think the relationship is fair. I highly recommend this place; it's a 10/10.
It is a good place to eat with the family, the breakfast buffet is very rich and varied, although the breakfast is expensive, but as a tip I recommend you ask about current promotions.
The seafood buffet was delicious. I tried octopus with onions, shrimp with arugula, and fish in garlic sauce, which was a real delight! Very delicious, and I also tried the paella. I will definitely return. It's the kind of place I would bring my parents to celebrate, or my friends to impress, or my family to enjoy lunch. I recommend it. There are different lunch buffets throughout the week. And there's a breakfast buffet...every day!
The restaurant is excellent; the combination of service, attention to detail, and delicious food makes it truly unique. The buffet offers a wide variety of breakfast options, presented in a style befitting a hotel of Marriott's caliber and part of the Diestra Group, to which this hotel in southern Mexico belongs. The cost per person is $260 from Monday to Saturday and $265 on Sundays for adults, while children pay $150. Something that caught my attention is the coffee pot provided at every table, allowing you to pour as much as you like and refill it as often as you wish. The coffee cups are enormous and quite distinctive. The restaurant features four stations: a waffle and pancake station with cereals and toppings; a fruit and dessert station offering gelatin, custard, and fruit with accompaniments; a hot stew station with a daily special, always delicious; and an egg station where, in addition to eggs cooked to order, they also prepare quesadillas. They have lemonade, orangeade, green juice, and chocolate milk, as well as light and whole milk. One thing I didn't like so much was that the orangeade tasted strongly of boxed juice diluted with water, which really diminished its flavor. Aside from that, I think the most important thing is that, despite being the most expensive buffet in the city, the price is much higher than you'd expect because the quality and service make it a secondary concern. My recommendation is that you visit and try it; everything is five-star.
The breakfast buffet is extensive and flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting for family fun. They need to implement a discount for seniors, so it might be more crowded.
This restaurant is inside the Marriot hotel and I tried the breakfast buffet as well as the dinner. The buffet American style has a little of everything including any style eggs , juice, coffee, dessert and more. As for the dinner they offer Mexican food and the arachera and rib tacos were both made well. The enchiladas were ok. The service was good and fast. The restaurant looks very nice since it is a large area and has large windows. The tint on the windows needs to be redone and be cleaned but overall the restaurant looks nice. There were little bugs by the back wall by the plants, they are harmless but if you don't want those bugs then seat away from the plants.
The food was delicious, but the waiter service was poor.
I reserved two tables for me and my family for the new year's eve. The price was about 53 USD per person with no beverages included. The place is nice but, overall, the food was not worth the price. It was a buffet. The salad bar was disappointing. I did not even tried the desserts, since they look so unappealing. The only thing that was good (but no 50 USD good) was a carrot soup and a fish dish. Moreover, even that you are paying extra, there were no good beverages. Finally, although the waiters were kind and respectful, they were surpassed by the amount of people to serve (the place was full),
I went to the buffet on Sunday, and there was an unpleasant smell near the window, approximately $375 per person, there is fruit, bread, eggs, etc. I did not like the taste of the food and for the price, I would not return.
If you have the chance to dine here, don't take it anymore! Over an hour later, and they never brought me my food! The captain was completely incompetent and didn't know what to say other than to go and see what had gone wrong! Terrible, terrible place!
The breakfast was horrible, no real flavor, food was cold, and omelets were basically egg sandwiches. I would highly recommend avoiding this place unless it's your last resort.
