The staff were very friendly, although the service was a bit slow for the brand's standards. The food was very good, the restrooms were clean and smelled nice, and overall it was an excellent experience. I'm sharing some photos so you can see the facilities. It's a great place to go with children.

Updated Monday, October 13, 2025: I ordered my ketiras, a pack of 4, but surprise, my pinky finger is bigger than these ketiras. Obviously, I didn't get full, so I ordered a burger. The staff was super friendly, they helped me with my order, made recommendations, and everything was 1000% excellent. Very kind. The problem is that the burger I ordered, the chicken was raw on the second bite. It was watery and pink (the meat), and I had to take it out of my mouth. I tried to eat the other side, but it was still raw. I got an upset stomach just looking at it. For obvious reasons, I didn't take a picture of what I chewed, but I'm leaving some. They offered to exchange it for me, but I lost my appetite. Updated Friday, February 9, 2024: The strips have gone up in price. If I hadn't read my previous comment, I wouldn't have noticed. I can confirm that the amount of BBQ they put on the strips is very poor, almost dry. There's more BBQ on the paper than on my chicken. I came with someone and we spent almost 800 pesos between the four of us. There are no refills on our drinks. Keep this in mind, it's not like Burger King. I only came for a strip, they put very little BBQ on them. 174 for a pack of 4 strips, 2 side options, 1 biscuit, 2 sodas. The only bad thing is that I found a cockroach on the table (alive). I hope the food isn't contaminated...

This place is very busy, but there's very little parking, and it gets so crowded that many families can't get in to eat because of the lack of space, which I think is terrible. The staff isn't friendly to customers.

Hacía muchos años de no comer este pollo, y me decepcionó por completo, el el bisquet crudo, se despedaza en tu mano, el pollo crudo y no estaba crujiente, y el sabor que lo caracterizaba, se ha perdido, ya no es la misma calidad de producto de hace 20 años. Llegué con toda la ilusión de comer este pollo ya que donde vivo no hay. No lo recomiendo, es caro y no es muy buena calidad.

Pésimo servicio pedí por la app siempre me asignan a esta tienda y resulta que hoy no me entregaron mi pedido espere más de una hora llame al call canter dos veces le marcaron a la tienda y la tienda todavía tuvieron el descaro de mentir diciendo que “entregaron el pedido a otra persona que se llamaba igual que usted” de verdad que pésima experiencia aún así metí mi reporte a través del call center ojalá hagan algo al respecto porque es increíble el nivel de descaro que tuvieron

Los empleados ni se apuran con los pedidos y pareciera que de mal humor vienen a trabajar más una joven mal encarada pésimo servicio del personal

Incorrect hours. I arrived at 9:10 PM and the staff very reluctantly told me they wouldn't serve me anymore because they close at 10 PM. I pointed out that there was still almost an hour left and they said that even so, they wouldn't serve anyone else.

Bad experience with the drive-thru service. The young woman was very arrogant and practically ignored us while we were at the register, even though we asked her a question. My family and I will not be returning because of the poor service from the employees. The company should address this; it gives a bad impression. The young woman was blonde and used the PA system to take orders. This happened today, November 16, 2025, at 2:15 pm.
