Got my birthday drink from here and the customer service, as always, was phenomenal and the drink was fantastic. The customer after me was asking about sugar free drinks and the cashier was extremely knowledgeable and the menu and options. My mother can’t have too much sugar so it really impressed me how thoroughly she knew the menu and options for that customer. I highly recommend Dutch Bros.

My husband and I love the Dutch bros in tyler off old Jacksonville! We go every day ! And the people are amazing!!!! 10 out of 10 I would recommend

I went to Dutch Bros Coffee today for the first time. I was impressed with how friendly the barista at the window was. I was also curious about all the ducks all over the drive thru window. She explained how they got ducked once and it became a trend. I ordered The Golden Eagle, Ice coffee blended with whipped topping. I was impressed! I usually go to Starbucks, but I wanted to give Dutch Bros Coffee a shot and I am glad I did. Will def try them again!

I come to this store pretty often with my kids and dog to where most the amazing staff know my drink (med iced mocha grasshopper with an extra shot) immediately. Sadly last Tuesday I had to put my best friend/dog down because of cancer. The amazing team showed me pure empathy and genuine compassion that day. The next time I drove through they gave me a Dutch Buddy dog tag for his memorial collar. This team goes above and beyond for class act customer service.

Always great drinks and the staff is all smiles at every location we visit! We've only received one drink that I just didn't care for at all and they offered to exchange it for us! I always like to try the seasonal drinks, because it's almost always something unique that you don't see anywhere else! We will continue to make this a fun stop anytime we are traveling through!

Every morning I stop at Dutch Bros on Grande. This morning I noticed the regular workers weren’t there, but I was greeted with some of the most amazing service and friendly faces. As I was waiting for my drink, I noticed the sweetest little helper. Turns out, these workers were the owners. As I complimented how adorable their daughter was, the mom felt compelled to apologize for her being there. Which sparked a heartwarming conversation about being a working mom. We as women, often forget, whether we are single moms or have partners, we are still moms. To share compassion from a woman to another woman and mom to another mom was so uplifting. As we shared stories, their internet wasn’t working to run my card. Not only did they give me my drink on the house, they made sure to uplift me with the message on my lid. To say my day was made, is an understatement! The pride they took in their business and the way they treated me this morning is only a small fraction of their character and kindness. These owners are what customer service is all about. If you get the chance, please go show them some love and get a drink. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

AMAZING service by some of the kindest staff i’ve ever met!! every time i pull through im always greeted with a smile and sent on my way with a tasty drink😌 i’d say this is the best dutch bros establishment i’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting!

It is drive through only, but they often have people out to take your order at your car. The app includes rewards for purchases. No real food options, but they now have protein shakes to accommodate hunger pangs. I love the cold brew.

Visited this location for the first time a few weeks ago. Before I try a new establishment, I always check the menu first to get an idea of what I want. I decided on the "Caramelizer". I ordered and arrived at the window and was immediately greeted with smiles and conversation. After listening to their suggestion, I chose to have mine blended. They accidentally made two, and asked if I wanted the extra one! I was one happy customer! That really made my day better since I was also having car trouble. I look forward to trying them more often!

UPDATE!! I got there as early as possible to avoid the rush, still busy! Makes me happy to see Dutch Bros will do well here. My coffee was made to perfection. And although i was a bit bummed that they didn't have the k-cups in stock yet, it is understandable as there first day. To two more locations and lots of coffee served!!! I love, love, LOVE this Dutch Bros! They are always on point with our drinks. My go-to drink is the campin’ (nitro) cold brew with oat milk. If not that, an oldie but goodie for me is the Annihilator. I recommend switching it up from time to time as you never know what you might like! P.S. There’s also a secret menu you can find online if you weren’t already aware.

This place is drive-through only. The line didn't move as fast as I would have liked, but it was okay. I had the Carmelizer and I was impressed. They told me that they can make any of their coffee drinks decaffeinated if you want. I didn't see decaf on the menu. So, if you want or need that, you will have to ask them for it when you order. In any case, my first visit made a favorable impression and I think that I will be going back to try other things from the menu. They have a high protein coffee that looks interesting (20-30 grams of protein).

Dutch Bros Coffee impresses with its vibrant atmosphere and friendly, high-energy staff. Their coffee menu is extensive, offering something for every caffeine lover. The drinks, be it a classic latte or a more adventurous concoction, are consistent in quality and flavor. Despite being a bit pricier than some competitors, the portions are generous. Additionally, their iced coffee is particularly commendable, well-balanced and refreshing. While the drive-thru lines can be long, the wait is worth it for a Dutch Bros brew.

I ordered a Peaches and Cream Sweet Tea yesterday and they made it with green tea instead of sweet tea. These 2 ingredients don't taste even remotely the same. Now, occasionally mistakes happen. However, this is the 3rd time they have made the same mistake on this drink in the last month. There's always a line so if you don't take a drink before driving away then you either have to waste a bunch of time waiting in line to try and get it fixed or you're just stuck with the wrong drink you paid good money for. Yesterday the 2 baristas seemed more interesting in flirting with each other instead of helping customers and making drinks properly. This is a disappointment as in the past they have had almost stellar customer service. I'm not impressed with all the newer employees who obviously don't care about providing the same excellent customer service as the employees who have been there for a long time. Again, I will still go to Dutch Bros but I will probably also start giving more of my business to the smaller local coffee shops who care more about customers and making the drinks correctly.

Been coming to this location since it opened. Never fails. But the day came when I ordered 2 large golden eagles for me and my wife. After working all day in the this Texas heat for our drinks to taste completely different. Tasted real bitter nasty. Didn’t know until I got home to surprise my wife. Night ruined.

I've been driving through with my daughter before school this week. She loves the product & the price is certainly better than Starbucks. My issue and the reason I won't go back again is the consistently slow lines. 25 minutes this morning starting as the 4th car in line is just not do-able. Huge delays twice in three days.

I don’t have to question which location is better through themand the gingerbread drink I got today is so watered down. There is thick cinnamon on top took a drink and I felt like I was suffocating from inhaling the cinnamon powder And the drink itself taste so old. Whoever is the barista there definitely needs to be retrained. I am so mad. I spent my money on this because I really did Need coffee but nobody wants to drink something that taste like it’s old and watery. I cannot taste the gingerbread flavor only the pile of cinnamon on top. Honestly, this is the worst coffee place I have ever been to and I spend about $360 A month on coffee alone mostly at seven brew and this is why!!I loved the Kokomo from Dutch Bros, but I will never waste my money again here

Super terrible service compared to long lasting locations in other states have been going to dutch bros for years and ever since the ones in Tyler opened it makes me regret having dutch bros as my favorite place to get coffee drinks. No one was outside taking orders for the 10+ cars in line then I sat on hold for 10minutes trying to get ahold of someone because they were letting people cut the line for people waiting over 15 minutes pretty ridiculous you'd have people waiting 15 minutes just to have someone who just showed up and cut all of us get their drinks first. Will not be coming back to this location ever and honestly really thinking about just taking my business elsewhere, none of the staff ever cared and instead was talling back when explaining the situation saying the business does really well so doesn't need my service. If that is the thought process of the workers I wonder how long they'll last. Customer service more like make a customer not return.

STAY AWAY!!!! I would give negative stars if I could. We waited in line for over 25 minutes for coffee. This place is a runaway train on fire. Poorly managed to the point staff and management will tell you they are still 'trying to figure out their process'. People behind us are getting drinks but they can't get out of line because the way the process works. You call in to customer service and be prepared to wait. The manager had to say 'I need this drink made now, like right now, I mean really like right now'. Lady if you have to tell your staff that many times, you aren't in control. Attendants are running in and out of the building with the same cup of coffee 3 or 4 times and messing around and getting everyone's order wrong. By the time you get your hot drink it is cold. Then I ended up with a cocoa when I ordered a coffee. Save yourself the trouble. The worst Starbucks I have ever been too (on old Jacksonville) is lightyears ahead of and better than this place. It's a shame. Dutch Bros are amazing in Arizona. I would rather drink day old Dollar Tree Coffee left on the side of the road than go there ever again

I ask for a small blended freeze kicker, and I get a kicker with a soft top stirred in so I can’t see it, but it taste like shit so I know what they did. They can’t ever make it right they just hand it to you so you drive away. I won’t be back! This has happened too many times if I wanted a soft top, I’d ask for a soft top
