I love Wingstop but the Old Cutler location has always rubbed me the wrong way. I think I’m going to have to drive a little bit further to come here if I want wings. Service was wonderful, but I did have to wait a couple minutes after my ready time. The wings were full sized, which was shocking for me. They were also perfectly cooked! All in all I will definitely be back, especially for their lunch time $5 special. It’s just a lil overpriced but that’s wingstop🤷🏾‍♀️

If you like chicken wings, this is the perfect place. They have a variety of flavors. You need to make a order and wait... 20 min approx. Prices are affordable. The seller was very nice and helped me all time. It was my first time here. Parking lot available, because it is inside a shopping center.

Ordered for a pick-up at 6:45PM. Arrived at 6:30. Asked multiple times where the order was around 7PM, was told to wait. Asked at 7:15, told to wait, asked again at 7:30 and was told they just started making the order to wait an additional 20 minutes. No reason to order in advance as they don't value their customers time who paid 100$. Last time ordering from this location.

They will deliver you cold stale wings. What a disappointment smh avoid at all cost

I visited Wingstop last night at approximately 11:15 PM and had an extremely bad experience. I ordered a meal that came with two drinks. When I went to the area where the lids for the drinks are located, the place was disgusting and smelled like urine, similar to a back alley. When I mentioned this to one of the employees, I was completely ignored. The gentleman sitting at a nearby table, who I believe to be the manager, was preoccupied with some paperwork and did nothing to address the issue. He claimed they were about to clean the area, but there is no excuse for a restaurant to be in such a condition or to have that smell. The gentleman claimed that the smell came from bad water on the back of the soda machine. To be honest, it didn’t smell like water or anything that should be present in a restaurant. Things should be kept clean and odor-free, but the area continued to smell like urine. Despite waiting for my order to be completed, no one came to clean that area. This reflects extremely poor management. Overall, my experience at this Wingstop was terrible. The condition of the restaurant and the lack of response from the staff were unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Disgustingly disgusting.. couldn’t even eat the wings..tasted like fried cardboard filled with grease and I ended up spitting it out. Also, the manager really should speak to his employees about eating while working on orders, as well as wiping faces with paper towels with gloves on, then proceeding to prepare food. Not sanitary at all.. never had an issue until tonight. It felt like I entered someone’s residence rather than a place of business. Never, ever again. Uhh uhhh, no! 🤢 🤮

Horrible customer service. I was missing an item from my order. Ok, fine. NBD. But when I called the store, I could hear an employee in the background making fun of me for caring about the missing part of my order. When I arrived back at the store, they were purposely slow about getting the item to me. No greeting, no apology, definitely not reticent. They were incredulous that I actually demanded what I ordered and paid for.

I went to pick up a big order and she only gave me one bag instead of two. I saw another bag next to the one she gave me and also the bag she gave me had a 1 under the name. I asked her if it was it, and she said yes. Story short, I was missing food from the other bag that she didn’t give me. And when I came back less than an hour ago and explained to her what happened and if she remembered me, she said no straight to my face and kind of laughed going away to the back of the store. My only issue with this place is they advertise that they close at 12 but they really close at 11. Just be honest. I get off work at 11 thinking i can stop there and pickup diner and i get disappointed. They wont even take the order online the system wont allow it. I tried on weekends too same thing

First time I made a purchase in Wingstop and last time. I made an order of All in bundle, ($20+tax) and when I got home there were no french fries. I called (wait 15 minutes on the phone) and asked for the manager. He said I'm sorry, can you come back? but I live 20 miles from the store. So he said "I'll write your name and next time you will have free fries" They are not free, I already paid for them. Terrible service. On the other hand, I don't like the wings either. Never back again.

This Wingstop joins all the others in the area with incompetent and lazy employees. Literally one guy working and four people goofing off drinking soda and chatting. My order is never ready when I get here even though I ordered it 20 minutes before and am here after the expected by time. Also there is no customer service at all. The girl in the front asked me if I was picking up or ordering and then proceeded to walk away after I told her pick up and looked around out back and never came back to tell me the status. So rude. Manager/owner, look at your cameras!
