Their spring rolls are ginormous and fresh. Good peanut sauce as well. Could sprinkle more peanuts on but that’s a personal preference.

This along Texas Roadhouse is part of my weekly food staples. Love their pho with fresh noodles, bun, pork chops, and salted lemon soda. Their fried chicken wings are surprisingly yumynand crispy.

This place has plenty of parking areas, fast and good service. I've been coming here for 32 years and that's not just days, weeks , months, that's Years.

Tasty & friendly staff. They specialize in Pho, but their Bun & rice dishes are good too. Price is getting higher, but food is good.

Fast service. Great food and staff is very friendly. Not a huge fan of pho but they had me wanting more. Deffinatley coming back when I come visit.

#56 is my current favorite. The rice is flavored with garlic. The vegetables are fresh and crisp, never over cooked. The squid, shrimp, imitation crab, and fish balls mix made up good flavors. Not too heavy, not too light. Service at this place is always fast and attentive. While our server brought over some of our dishes, another server made a quick assessment of the order and checks kitchen for the other dish without us having to mention anything. Great place for lunch!!

I live in San Francisco and when my pho craving gets bad, I head done here. The broth is always consistent and the noodles are always soft. The spring rolls are freshly crisp but the sauce could be updated a bit. But they always keep me coming back. Been coming here for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

My favorite pho joint in Union City. The broth here is excellent and the portions are generous. They are very efficient and quick during peak hours. Service is on par with other Pho places.

You don't get the soup broth with your meal if you order togo, and for $15 for a rice plate you should. It's good food, but it's not that good. The place across the street is just as good but also about the same price, I think it's called Pho VN...anyhow your best value vietnamese food bet is getting the Banh Mi over at Cam Hoang(other side of Dyer), they also have a steam table selection. I'm not a big Pho person I usually get Com Dia, and at Pho Pasteur the highlights are the veggies: thick sliced carrots daikon and cukes, and good Nuoc Cham. I usually go for grilled pork or shrimp cake, but the protein always comes out good. But the correct balance of sweet spicy and savory are on point to get that umami goodness you get from Viet food. Now if they just lowered prices and/or had decent Banh Mi.

The food is ok here. The wait isn't usually long. It's good as a quick lunch or dinner. Bring cash because they don't take credit card. Some of the tables are really close.

Standard atmosphere, decent priced vietnames, the best pho in town. Locals have told me it's the best pho place in Union City. I'd say it's pretty good, with healthy portions.

Great food and more diverse selection than your typical pho place. *CASH ONLY* The #22 pork slices with wontons in chicken broth is my favorite here.

Cheap and very tasty delicious pho! Service sucks...as most asian restaurants though. First time we were greeted with a very sad looking waitress, she told us sit where ever, then threw a couple of menus on our table with out any smile or anything. Then brought us water and slammed it on the table hella hard. we ordered our food and it was out within a couple of minutes, super fast! it was delicious, so we still keep coming back here all the time. Whoever is working in the kitchen is the best.

Food was decent, prices good. I would have given it 4 stars but after I was seated, ordered, eaten and went to pay and they only take cash. Sign is near the register nowhere else. Had to run next door to atm machine

The place needs to be clean and sanitized .There"s an unpleasant smell .I think the tables cleaning rags should be washed every time they clean them. Their servers should also must be well clean and groom.But I liked their foods.Hope next time I visit them , there are better changes.Hope the place smells nice and sweet.

Also, in this day and age, I personally do not carry a lot of cash. They do not have an ATM machine in the restaurant, and the cashier/owner will tell you that there is a bank in the area. Pros: Free parking; food is good; usually no waiting; restaurant is well lit and bright; Cons: CASH ONLY for payment; no ATM machine in the restaurant; service could be better - they got my son's noodle order wrong, and they never come by after to see if anything else is needed (take your order - drop your food - get your money); the servers that bring out the food need a bit more training - my son who got the wrong order almost burned his hand when the server HANDED him the hot bowl, instead of placing the bowl down in front of him; prices could be better since they are not paying extra for debit/credit machine fees or taxes on non-reported cash transactions; food is good, not great, so we do tend only come once in a blue moon. It's hard to support a business where the owners only think about themselves, and not the customers.

Sorry to say , will never go there again . For starters I ordered food to go and when I got there I never got a receipt and later discovered a green worm in my spring rolls box . It was alive and kicking , of course I took a picture and short video . So I called the restaurant and spoke to someone who had trouble understanding English, I've asked if they could take a picture of receipt and texted , they said no one has a smartphone .So I had to drive back for receipt and return the food , bad experience to say , wow , no empathy what so ever . The person in charge apologized by adding a statement , it happens 🤔 , I'm like astonished and confused .overall I would never refer anyone to go eat there .
