Hotspot BBQ & Grill is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I tried the fried chicken sandwich and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is great for both dining in and takeout. If you’re looking for top-quality kosher BBQ, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love The Hot Spot BBQ & GRILL! The owner cares about making sure you enjoy the food. I have seen him in his restaurant in the kitchen working his hot spot off to ensure your happiness! The food is always amazing, but tonight the manager was so sweet and gave us such amazing service I had to write a review. Not only did they not give us bad looks for walking in 20 minutes until close, but were so accommodating with my order that wasn’t on the menu and served us at our table when they saw I was pregnant. Very happy.!

It was so delicious. Literally one of the best burgers I've ever had. And I've had non kosher burgers before! Seriously a delicious and fresh spot to go, beautiful dining room, excellent service. I won't go to another burger place again!

Stopped in for a quick bite one day. Service was a 10, food was a 10, especially for kosher burgers! You can get it cooked anyway you like and the staff accommodates all your needs! Right by St. John's University and I'll definitely be coming back. If you're in the area give it a try, it'll be your new favorite Hot Spot.

Ordered the chicken burger (grilled) with fries yesterday and it was so tasty and delicious I didn't take my eyes off of my food Haha! I will definitely be back for more dishes here!!

I made an order online, and we received a partial order. When I called the resturant to resolve the problem, she representative that answered was not helpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back, I was put on hold again, waiting.i tried again after 30 minutes and was able to speak to a manager. I explained the situation and that I was not able to pick up the food because I was home alone with little kids. The manager was kind enough to deliver the missing meal to our home, with extra goodies like lollipops and stickers for my kids. At the end, I feel like they did the right thing and we're considerate to my situatuon.

This was a different experience! I would like to say customer service needs a lot of work. The environment had flies flying around and I mean who has no Bluecheese to go with wings!! Food : 8.5/10 Customer service 3/10 Environment 5/10 Overall 7/10

The food is good and good for the value. Usually we like sitting there but last time they wouldn't clean the floor from all the garbage underneath the table and weren't much interested in cleaning the table too. Otherwise it is one of the best kosher burger options in the area.
