I recently visited Napolini Pizzeria in Uniondale and it wasn't busy when I went in. The food was good. I ordered a cheese slice and a chicken slice, both of which were delicious. i tend to put garlic or parmesan cheese on all my slices , so that definitely made It better.

Hands down one of the best pizza spots I’ve been to! The margarita slice is absolutely phenomenal perfectly crisp crust, fresh basil, rich tomato sauce, and just the right amount of mozzarella. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe of the whole place makes you want to come back again and again. Karla does an amazing job managing everything she keeps things running smoothly and always makes sure customers are taken care of. You can tell she really cares about the experience. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Be careful when paying with a card because they pass their fee along to the customers. There are no signs indicating this at the register. Pay cash. The prices are very high. I paid a whopping $7.45 for two plain slices of pizza. Not worth it at all. As a long time customer, I will not be returning.

He spent a long time mansplaining things to me. He thought the best thing to do was throw away good food, instead of adding what I ordered on the pizza.. Work on your customer service it’s terrible. At the end of the day, if the food is good, and the service is bad, you will be losing customers because it leaves a bad taste in our mouths.

I ordered 5 different slices of pizza and I was shorted one piece. Food was decent. I called them just to let them know, and all I got was an OK. NO APOLOGY. I said, it’s not a big deal BUT I was shorted one slice, he asked which one, I told him probably the vodka pizza because I truly didn’t know which was which. NO SORRY ABOUT THAT, Just an OK.

Great place if you’re getting pizza if you want anything else go to a different restaurant. I orders their italian wedding soup as everyone had told me it was very good. It took then 26 minutes to bring out the soup and i was served a greasy watered down tomato soup with meatballs. On their instagram they have a lovely picture of their italian wedding soup and it looks great but if i wanted a meatball pizza i would have ordered one. It’s disappointing to see a restaurant mess up this badly. If you don't have the soup just tell me i can order something else don’t make me wait 26 minutes for something i don't want and didn’t order. It also made me extremely sick. I had a few bites and ate all of the meatballs as I was starving and paid a good amount of money for the soup. But I was not expecting to be so sick from meatballs and some weird tomato soup.

Just recieved a delivery of 5 pizzas here at work. The pizza was basically a crust with sauce. NO CHEESE!!,SERIOUSLY?? Napolini should be ashamed of themselves. I understand prices have gone up for everything but you need to put some cheese on the pizza. Just raise the price a dollar and put cheese on it! This is the last time we order from your establishment. Many many pizza shops in the area. I'm sure they'd be happy to have our business. Shameful

I’ve been searching for a beef patty that reminded me of the Italian pizzeria’s in Brooklyn so I was pleased to find this place. Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed. I ordered 3 beef patties . One plain and two with cheese and pepperoni. The patties were all extra greasy which is disgusting. They were also made with yellow American cheese. That change's everything about a signature beef patty from an Italian pizzeria. It was also overpriced. I thought it was absolutely disgusting and a huge waste of money and my time. I walked in the nasty snow from my job to this place because their delivery price was 20 + dollars. Never again!!!

I left and went to 7-Eleven and came back to tell them about my experience to which I was told I should’ve spoken first And that she thought I was being tended to when she saw me ask about the lunch express orders Needless to say, I am no longer a customer, whether delivery or in person for Napolini.
