Papa John’s exceeded my expectations with my recent order! I customized two pizzas, and both were absolutely delicious. The Alfredo pizza with onions, jalapeños, and mushrooms was a perfect mix of creamy, spicy, and savory – every bite was indulgent yet balanced. The marinara pizza with onions, jalapeños, and olives was just as impressive, offering a tangy, zesty flavor with the perfect amount of heat. Both pizzas were fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection, with a crust that was the ideal mix of soft and crispy. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Julio,Abi,Erick and zuhaib they are wonderful employees they make sure the job is done rain snow or 115 degrees weather always positive and great customer service always if it was up to me I believe they deserve a raise or some kind of great customer service award

I've spent over $200 from Papa John's in one month and I have not a single complaint. I've been going to this Papa John's location for years and there is not a single complaint I have during this time. I've always received great and fast service and food quality is ALWAYS great! This location is by far my favorite location and I recommend it.

I had place in order here through Uber eats. I was expecting my food thinking I’d have everything. I always buy from Uber which is very odd that something wrong gets delivered. So my food arrives and I notice that I was missing food and completely wrong order was given to me. I called papa johns letting them know about my situation. Sahara picked and was being very helpful from the start to finish. I would give this review a 1 star but thank you to Sahara for helping me get my order back and delivery it to me. Very pleasant person! She was very attentive throughout this whole process on getting my food to me. She was very helpful and sweet thank you to her!

Delivery driver more concerned about his tip. Didn't even offer parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Pizza is losing its quality. Just not the same anymore. Time to switch Pizza.

It is a great deal of work and hopeful retries to get anything but the simplest order placed. Taking pizza orders requires solid language skills, surprisingly enough. Sheer frustration for the caller, otherwise.

Worst experience of my life! They have the most rude Girl at this location. And sadly it's like manager has no control over it. Came in to get pizza for my family and left so upset, what blew mind was how is a person like this even working here! Honestly save your money and your time, find another location.

This place is terrible the staff definitely dosent make the pizza like the other papa john stores. Everything from the crust to the sauce taste watery and almost dirty. Theres no flavor. I wont be returning to this establishment

By far the worst experience I have ever had with this franchise. I brought in a mailing coupon for free pizza and was told that I wasn't able to use it because the cashier didn't know how to put it into her system. Then was told I was given a discount that I was never able to confirm if I got or not so I'm pretty sure I played full price for the pizzas that I bought. Then I was given an enormous amount of disrespect because they got one of my pizzas wrong and when I brought it up to the cashier she told me I'm sorry there's nothing I can do about that. By far the worst experience I've ever had with this franchise.

Justine is rude and disrespectful. She completely messed up my order then gave attitude for her mistakes. She did not have a on a mask, nor gloves, nor hair net. She allowed a customer to sit and eat a pizza on the bench in the store without a mask, she didn't ask customers without masks to put one on, even though there is a sign that clearly states masks are required in the store. She was touching her cellphone while making pizzas, it was just sitting on the line where the pizzas are made. 50 MINUTES Iater, I left frustrated after speaking with the manager who said he has never had a complaint about her. I know I was short with her because I was frustrated, so I tried to apologize for being frustrated with her and she waited until I was out of the store and the door was closing behind me before she started yelling, I DON'T ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY! She came around the counter for added effect. So I left and took my order home and my Shaqaroni had no pepperoni. Its in the name for goodness sake! My recommendation would be to try another location or wait until Justine is fired, but with the hiring shortage it may be a while...
