Went on Tuesday evening around 6:30pm. Friendly and helpful service. They seemed short staffed, however, everything was running smoothly and efficiently. Both pizzas were delicious and well cooked. Easy to get a dairy free pizza!

Man oh man, today was my first time trying this spot and I see why it gets so busy. It did take some time for me to order since the employees were swamped with orders, but it didn't take too long to receive my pizza after. Let me tell y'all if you see Mirely on the line, ask for her specifically. She was so polite, and did not cheap out on the toppings like other spots do. I will definitely be coming back (hopefully at a less busy time lol).

We come to this Pieology often. We always appreciate the friendly staff as well as how they take their reviews seriously. We continue to come here because of the AMAZING customer service. We love the food too! Thank you and we appreciate you!

We are disappointed they closed down the location near to our house, we now have to drive 20 minutes to another location, well, the pizza still is good but on the early days of Pieology, they used to add more of the ingredients, now, they have a more strict policy or at least that is what they act like. I come here because my daughter has a dairy allergy so I can get her a gluten free crust, with dairy free cheese and she loves it (she's 4). I wish they made the gluten free in a kids size but she always has left overs. Fast service and fairly inexpensive for "fast food" pizza

My family went to the Upland, CA location for a take-out dinner order 30 mins before closing and we were absolutely not happy with the service there. The lady serving us first didn’t bother to bring more pesto sauce when it was almost over from the bottle but insisted on using only a little sauce over the 3 pizzas we bought. Next, she left most of the outer portion of the pizza empty without any veggies. When the empty space along pizza borders was brought to notice, and we requested to put more veggies near to the border, she seemed irritated, took two spinach leaves to cover one small portion of the pizza which was clearly/vividly not sufficient coverage. Then the lady didn’t even bother to ask if it was okay now, was simply rude, made a face and turned to continue with her work. Worst customer service experience ever. Would not recommend going here. Only wish I saw her name so as to include it in this post. Attaching photos of one of the pizzas so you can take a look for yourself - 1: ready pizza with no veggies at the borders (after 2 spinach leaves put at 10 o’clock) 2: the amount of pizza base crust borders left that did not have any veggies

We got the “create your own”, and when we asked for extra pepperoni they said that’s all they can put. Their website says there isn’t a set amount of meats we can put. I uploaded a previous review with pic of pizza. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied. We wouldn’t return to this location.

Okay I debated long and hard about this I wanted to leave three stars but I just can't. come on people this place is a pigsty! I cannot believe that this place is this dirty it's always a little grungy but this is ridiculous. let's say you're a vegetarian or vegan and they put your pizza in the oven with all that meat and other toppings laying on the cook surface of the oven. On top of all the trash and food strewn about like a trash bomb went off. My wife's Pizza was a little burnt along some the edges, the pepperoni had absolutely no flavor they shrunk up so small because they were so fatty. The pepperoni did have a little bit of a spice to them, but we didn't order flat spicy fat circles we ordered pepperoni they shouldn't be called pepperoni if their not! She did eat all but two pieces and said "the ricotta was very watery and thin it didn't seem like real ricotta" I don't know I don't eat ricotta anyway. the crust was a little crispy on the outside edge but was not a very crispy/crunchy crust at all. not like most thin crust build your own pizzas. My pizza looked completely awesome I was so stoked to eat it I got that thicker crust whatever they call it pie rise or something and wow I can imagine it as a bread maybe with sandwich meat or something it would be really good but as a pizza crust it tasted just like Pizza Hut hand tossed crust just more bready, the sauce is kind of a spicy sauce with a real high acidity overpowered most of the toppings. I'm glad I asked for light sauce! Overall, the pizza was horrible. I ate a couple of pieces but that's all I could get through. I was here a few months ago and got just a regular cheese pizza with my daughter on a father-daughter date and it wasn't all that bad I was going to rate three maybe four stars then but not after this experience sorry...

I was served a raw pizza, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, he showed no concern and said it was “fine.” The restaurant itself was also dirty, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I placed my order, paid in full, and waited about 15 minutes like everyone else. When I went back to the register, I was told my order wasn’t called because they thought I hadn’t paid—even though the same employee had rung me up. I had to show proof of payment before being given the pizza. Completely unacceptable service and lack of professionalism.

Wait was unacceptable on August 12 bwletween 7 and 7:45. 3 staff working hard but Phone in or on line orders given priority over customers waiting in line. Not accpeptable. Owner and manager should have been there taking care of business. Only way i will ever come back is if i get free piazza to make up.
