This place is seriously good!!! Ordered the beef and lamb shawarma plate with a Mediterranean rice base. For sides, I had the organic quinoa salad, grapeleaves and hummus with pita. The rice and meat were perfectly seasoned and moist. I recommend you coming here and ordering what l tried.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I love Shawarma and if you're in the Indian Empire, there's really no place better than Zaky. It take great care of their customers, and I always feel welcomed even though I place my order online. I've been to four different locations and every single time. The people always just seem to be really kind and welcoming. I really love coming here and I'm grateful this place is around.

Picked up food for Mother’s Day to take to LA and it was delicious 😋 everyone enjoyed the rotisserie chicken and the steak was so tender & juicy. Salads fresh. My parents are looking forward to having this again!

Always tasty and the portions are more than generous. Staff is friendly. I wish they hadn’t closed the location on Carnelian and the 210. It was just a bad location and impossible to get in the center and back out.

We visited in the middle of a terrible heatwave (Sept 2024) and the restaurant was VERY warm. I couldn’t have imagined being behind the line and doing a decent job working with hot food, but they definitely did. I ordered a bowl with chicken shawarma, rice, and Zaky sauce. Their pickled turnips were addicting, the peppers were spicy and yummy, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. It was enough food for probably two lunches or a bigger dinner. I would be happy to order the same thing again or try anything else on the menu.

Apologies, you made my favorite food taste bad. The chicken was an odd texture, rubber and soft. Stuff was fine and the atmosphere is OK. But I was sorely disappointed, and the portion sizes for sides were tiny like a tablespoon of tabouli. Why even offer 3 sides?

Yikes! I ordered a salad with chicken on top to go, and was the only customer in the restaurant, but it took 32 minutes for my order to be ready. I couldn’t be late to pick up my class (I’m a teacher) so I asked to pick it up later (in about 2 hours.) They were only working on just my order. There were no online orders or in person orders being prepared. I could see the woman at the grill and she was moving so slowly I thought she might be a mannequin at one point. The young woman at the counter kept saying mine was ready, it was ready, it’s ready, but it wasn’t. I had already paid $18.67 for a soggy salad with 4 chunks of chicken on top. It was just ok. I should have just left without the food. It wasn’t worth being late to class.

And I was shocked! I received 1/2 chicken “ costco Rotisserie Chicken” not the chicken I uSed to get it from that restaurants! And here’s two pics the old chicken i used to get vs what I got today! a whole grocery store $5 Rotisserie chicken! Very unprofessional and def won’t order from you guys again!!!!

We made sure to check this trip and sure enough, same issue so they gave us the extra sauces but the chicken portion stayed the same. It’s frustrating to pay extra for items we didn’t receive, especially when this keeps happening. The food is good, but the lack of attention to detail and customer service is really ruining it for us. I hope they can fix their process, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Zaky’s. They’ve messed up our pickup order the past three times! Each time, we paid for 6 extra sauces at $1 each and 2 extra protein portions at $6 each, but they didn’t include them. That’s $18 down the drain, and it’s unacceptable. We made sure to check this trip and sure enough, same issue so they gave us the extra sauces but the chicken portion stayed the same. It’s frustrating to pay extra for items we didn’t receive, especially when this keeps happening. The food is good, but the lack of attention to detail and customer service is really ruining it for us. I hope they can fix their process, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

The place was empty, but while I waited for my to-go order, I wondered if the place had been riddled with bullets because of all the plaster smudges. If you want Mediterranean food, there are better options in the area. For having spent more than $50, I feel like I was ripped off. I have a serious question. What is that cucumber yogurt side made with? It tasted like it was made with some type of processed, imitation yogurt.
