My experience was quick and professional. I enjoyed speaking with a human or machine. I recommend this Carl's Jr towards the night shift. Idk about any other time. Not perfect but perfect

Got an El Diablo burger meal here, and asked for a ranch sauce, employee "already got you man". Very nice employees and always fast, never disappointed

Fast service. Accurate order. Pleasantly surprised their pricing was cheaper than Ukiah's Carl's Jr. Got to the window and paid.. Asked for a cup of iced water, and the lady said she would have to charge for it. I figured 25-50 cents, right? "$3.42," she says. 😶 And though the fries were too salty for my taste..and the water too expensive, I give it to them: their burgers were good, prices, though higher than most, were less than others, best part was finding their Sprite to be PERFECT!! (Turned my 3 star review into a 4!)

5 piece combo w/ drink & a cheeseburger and excessively sweet lemonade at $29.99 is a tad much but this is why we don't eat out as much. Burger was good. chicken looked very crunchy. kid said it was ok.

I've been coming here for a long time and the food is generally fairly good as is the service. One thing that really irritates me however are the fries. It's pretty obvious when fresh fries haven't been made for a half hour or so. Sometimes they're good and fresh other times I question why I even came to this store, and realize I should be eating more healthy food instead!

Since I’ve purchased a home in Lakeport I have to say the food out hear is mediocre at best. I’m not big on fast food but in a pinch it works. I’ve always like Carls but this location sucks! Every time I go through the drive through they get the order wrong even when I ask them repeat the order. When I drive back to my home I open up the burger it’s wrong, I always get a double western it’s a single and a double star it’s a single. Why!!!!!!! Are we that uneducated that you can’t get a simple order correct ever!!! The manager needs to either do his job or the owner needs to find another one. I understand it’s fast food but come on. I’m not asking much get the order correct at least 50% of the time.

Im done with this place. How hard is it to serve fresh food that doesn't require a chisel or a jackhammer to bite through? Oh, you want a quick sausage & egg biscuit for breakfast? No problem! Here's a three hour old doorstop with the density of a hockey puck. C'mon worker, you know you feel how hard that biscuit is in your hand right? If i'm paying up to 6 bucks for a simple breakfast item it shouldn't be some sort of outrageous request to have it be edible right? Don't get me started on their chicken sandwiches. It should be illegal to serve food more than an hour old that's been sitting in some bin for who knows how long! Train your staff to recognize old food please.

I will never give this Carl's Jr another dollar of mine about 2 weeks ago I drove at 8:00pm to get the $5.99 deal after 8:00 make your own bag I drive up and everything's lit up I'm like hello ?and no one's answering she never answers and she knows I'm there. I drive up she opens up the window and says we're closed and I'm like it's 8:00pm on the weekend and she's all were closed like I was supposed to know that when it says they close at 10:00pm and they got a deal past 8pm. Then last night I waited 25 minutes I was the only person in line for 25 mins I waited on a $5.99 bag and kids meal with no other cars and today I had two cars in front of me and it took 14 minutes and as soon as I got up to the window my phone died and I couldn't redeem my reward although the cashier knew it that I had it. I said just give me a second to turn on my phone they couldn't even give me a second like 2 minutes to turn on my phone and they were like demanding that I leave I will never give you another dollar. And when he did scan it his scanner was broken it wasn't working and he still would not give me my reward of waffle cut fries because I pay so much money to come here I get something on rewards don't waste your time here and money go to a real Carl's Jr where you're waited on promptly and when you're respected and customer service the guy who scanned my thing he knew I had a reward and it was his own scanner that was at fault not me and they still didn't honor it I'm not coming back we will spend our money at legit Carl's juniors

This place is lucky that they are the only Carl’s Jr nearby in Lake County because they have some of the worst customer service I’ve EVER had. Everytime I come here it’s a bad experience with the impolite workers and most of the time we have to drive through TWICE since they can’t get orders right the first time. Definitely a waste of time and money people!

I don't like lazy people who work CUSTOMER SERVICE jobs and get paid more than the average caregiver, and want to close early EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE PAID TO BE OPEN. "We haven't had a customer in a half hour" she told me at the window, yet you turn away a customer... makes senses, considering you guys are supposed to be open until a set time, but you think it's okay to close early. Costing a multibillion dollar business money, I'd have those employees fired asap. Closing crew here in upper lake. Lazy and disrespectful
