I like Chili’s the chips and salsa are awesome and they are all you can eat. Their consistency is thin and crisp. They have a 3 for $10 that comes with a drink of your choice (non alcoholic) , a small appetizer soup , salad, or chips and salsa for example , an entree in this case I got the Cajun chicken pasta but I believe they also have a bacon burger and the chicken crispers on there as well. For dessert I highly recommend the chocolate molten lava cake! It’s great. I unfortunately haven’t been able to order it since I’ve been too full but it’s always my favorite to order when I go to Chili’s.

The Wife and I stopped into "Chili's for a late lunch. It has been several months, but just wanted a quick bite. We were greeted, seated, and served beverages withing 5 mins of entering the restaurant. Our server did a great job of making themselves available, while not hovering. Good variety of foods on the menu, and We decided to do the "Chili's 3 for Me". Choice options for the entrées range from several Burgers, Chicken sandwiches, Nacho's and a few other items with Steak fries. You also get Your drink, along with a small soup, small salad, or Tortillia chips w/Salsa. Our food was served hot, and within a reasonable time. And if You are Salt sensitive or need to watch Your Salt intake, they are happy to make Your fries without Salt. Again, Our server was attentive without hovering or being neglectful. This was decent food, and the "Chili's 3 for Me" was a value at $10.99 You won't find at any of the fast food restaurants. Additionally, there are other options or more variety on the menu. I think this local "Chili's" did a good job checking all the boxes with good service, good food, and good value even if You decide to make other food choices from their menu.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Appetizers were hot and fresh. We had the Cajun shrimp pasta, bacon ranch cheese burger, surf and turf and the smokehouse combo. Also tried the lava cake it is big enough for two people and the cheese cake slice is huge.

The chicken cajun pasta was excellent 9/10. We also had the 3 dip appetizers. The egg rolls and Nashville hot chicken tenders were delicious 9/10. The chicken wings had no flavor, maybe bc my husband didn't want it diped in any sauce. He also had the steak Fajitas he said it was a 7/10. We also had their 6 dollars margaritas, and for 6 bucks, it was definitely a good 9/10. Overall, we got 4 drinks, appetizers, and two full meals for 100 dollars. You can't beat that! Excellent customer service.

It's been quite sometime since we've came to Chili's. My better half and I have done a lifestyle change, so it was very nicevto have some great options on the menu to pick from. The service was very good and pretty quick. It wasn't busy but there was a decent crowd of diners during the time we were there. My wife had the steak with asparagus and I had salmon with a double portion of broccoli instead of rice. The meal looked great and tasted great also. Can't wait to go back to explore more options on the menu.

The fourth water cup requested never arrived. Three of our appetizer plates were dirty upon arrival. Nashville Hot Moz (spicy mozzarella breaded sticks fried) was just a tang of spice, and pretty tasty. It was a bit too greasy, grab your napkins!) The Santa Fe burger was juicy, with just a tad of guacamole, buns fresh, crispy good pickles. Fries were fresh and delicious. The ice had an odd taste. It was just at the tail end of the lunch rush, but so I'll give them another try. The chairs are a heavier metal, and scrape along the ground in a loud, abrasive sound.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome with a child. They offered highchair and children's menu with crayons. Food was OK. We both had fajitas chicken steak and shrimp that could've been grilled longer on a hotter grill. They way it was served had no grill marks or grilled flavor as if it were boiled. Not the best. The restaurant offers lots of parking for this upbeat fast pace establishment.

I frequent chilis multiple times each month. I’ve never had a bad experience. Tonight there was a group of 7 of us and our combined bill was almost $200. The guacamole on the dip trio was brown, the shrimp on the steak surf and turf was cold, the quesadilla on the smokehouse combo was burnt and the host stared at me repeatedly. My friend that came with me told me that the host was staring at me and my kids in a negative way. Once my friend told me about the host staring I looked over and in less than 15 seconds I saw the host repeatedly glance at me and make eye contact and make an awkward face as if she got caught every time she looked away and making me increasingly uncomfortable when I informed the manager on duty she shrugged me off and explained with attitude that it was the hosts job to stand there. I asked if it was also the host’s job to stare at me constantly and she said “no I can talk to her” but I can tell that she really didn’t care how it made me feel. The manager was extremely unprofessional. I believe in trying again but with how the manager handled my concerns I do not plan on returning.

The food was wonderful here but I'm very sad at the fact our server, by the name of Molly, was very inattentive to us. She outright looked at and ignored us multiple times when we tried to flag her down to get help and we even had to get our to go boxes from a separate server entirely. She was rather rude and at times even aggressive towards us, as if we were bothering her somehow and she made for a very hostile atmosphere and experience. We did not feel welcomed and I will personally not be bringing myself or my family to this establishment again while this person is here. All of the other staff were great but this person ruined our dining experience. I'm very disappointed this was very Unprofessional for someone who is working, to treat the customers the way she treated us.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Chili’s was bad enough that I feel morally obligated to warn others. Elijah was the definition of “actively uninterested in doing their job.” We waited an absurd amount of time just to be acknowledged, and when he finally showed up, it felt like we were inconveniencing him by existing. Drinks were forgotten, orders were wrong, and when we tried to point it out, we were met with an eye roll that could’ve powered the restaurant. Food arrived lukewarm, missing items, and long after everyone else at the table had finished eating. Refills? Nonexistent. Checking in? A fantasy I’ve had better service from self-checkout machines. Chili’s used to be a reliable spot, but this experience made me question why I bothered coming in at all. Save yourself the frustration and hope you don’t get stuck with the same level of service we did.
