Great food! Amazing flavors. Fast service. Owners are nice people. Not a fancy looking place but very clean. Great for take out too!

I stopped into this place last year for the first time and I was not super impressed, but decided to give them another try about 3 weeks ago. I have been back at least once a week the food has gone from being ok to amazing. I have a feeling since covid the owners are preparing everything now either way probably beast thai in Vacaville!

Excellent entree, appetizer and tea! The Pad see ew with beef was delicious. Service was great. Happy I found such a great meal and leftovers. Highly recommend.

I've had green curry all over northern California and Oahu........nothing comes close! The rich flavor's of Thai basil and sweet Thai coco are blended to perfection! Tom yum goong will be your measuring stick of all other Thai restaurants........I promise!!!

Delicious family-run Thai restaurant. My favorites are the pad si ew and pad kee mao with tofu. Fast and friendly service. Vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options available upon request.

Simple and delicious. Atmosphere is cozy amd unpretentious. Prices are great. Portion size is just the right amount.

Honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Fresh spring rolls were outstanding.

The best thai food in vacaville, fairfield, dixon area. Homemade egg rolls made with love. The best! The best tom kha soup around. Bursting with flavors, you can taste and see the spices like lemon grass. Its just awesome! Their beef pad see ew is very authentic. It has the delicious burnt taste just like you had it in Asia. They are the only Thai restaurant that got the taste right hands down. We tried many other dishes in their menu. Never disappoint. The restaurant is very clean. The owners Ray and Jane are the nicest hard working people that will go above and beyond to make sure you got excellent dining experience. We have eaten there many times and many to-gos. Always happy. Give them a try! You will love it.

Far Superior than, rice barn & Buddha Thai B. Lemon Chicken , Crab Rice, Beef Pad-Kee-Mao all really good, can taste the love & effort put into the cooking at Tom Yum Goong. Thai Food done the right way no doubt!

I visit this place probably 2-3x per month... I can't get enough of their Basil fried rice, Pad See Ew, BBQ chicken and my newest addiction "Boat Noodles". Very friendly staff and they even recognize my voice over the phone and even haveg my usual order memorized. Highly recommended if you like spicy Thai food. I like to breathe fire when it comes to spicy food.. Out of all the Thai places I tried, this is the only one that can get the spice level to my liking without it overwhelming the dishes taste!

Small restaurant but excellent fresh food. We love Thai Basil fried rice with chicken or shrimp, vegetables with tofu. Very good fried whole fish with veges too. Our friends will stop at this restaurant for lunch on their way to Tahoe.

The food was some of the best Thai food I've had. The most delicious green papaya salad, hands down. Had to order a second salad for lunch tomorrow. Pumpkin curry with tofu was rich and comforting.

Great drunken noodles, and basil fried rice, we got the medium level spicy I think is maybe a 5/10 in hotness but your mileage may vary. We got the Calamari for the appetizer it was great very meaty with a simple black pepper batter and sweet chili on the side, service was great too

Our food arrived promptly and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered four items and had so much left over! It was great the next day for lunch.

Had a Pad Thai here. Went there blind without prior research. Was not disappointed. Their spices seem mostly authentic, very close to the ones I had in Thailand. Lunch menu is reasonably priced too. I took 1 star away mainly because I felt the taste lacked the full original Thai authenticity they claimed on their boards, I went with the Thai spicy and felt that to be mildly hot overall. The taste was good just a tad bit mild hot to my taste, although I believe most would find the Thai hot to be as hot as it gets. Overall a good place with good prices. Would recommend.

Food was good but the fried rice had barely any chicken in it. Spice levels do not mean much as a medium spice dish and a hot dish pretty much tasted the same

Half the restaurant appears to be used for storage. I guess they want everyone to sit right on top of eachother to the right. My mom and I just walked in but no one greeted us and there were 3 parties taking over the right side. Would have been nice to sit in some quiet to the left but that’s where they hoard their junk!! The food is delicious but everything else needs work.

It was missing the lemony taste and tasted more like just paste spice in my soup, I left a quarter of the soup however of course I ate the meats but to much paste. Decor and sitting is good prices are ok.

I used to really love this place but the past couple times I've gone I've been really disappointed. I always order my spice level Hot but recently it tastes like there's no spice added at all. It's also lacking in flavor. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered to-go and asked for a side of brown rice. Of course when my husband brings it home, we realize they forgot the rice. I called and they said all we could do is come back and pick it up. I asked what they can do for us for the inconvenience and she said she is sorry but all they can do is let us come back and get it. No offer of a refund or anything. I don't think I'll be going back again after this.

Food was not good. Panang curry was oily and flavor less. Also the presentation of the food was very poor. Drunken noodles were flavorless as well. Price was good and potions were pretty big. Wouldn't go back again.

Pet and his family always treat us like family. Very friendly, fresh food and worth the extra mile to go to. We have been coming here for a couple years now. Glad to see it's busier every time we go. Edit 8 years later. Ever since that old person plowed their car into the front of their restaurant off E. Monte Vista, and they had to move, it hasn't been the same. Ownership changed and Pet and his brother in law and sister are no longer there sadly. Just usually now roll into next door for some Pho king good soup from Nam.

Really disappointed in what I ordered. I ordered the beef laap and it was so chewy and it did not look like beef at all. The flavor was not there at all. I just threw it away, every bite was fatty and chewy. Very disappointing. Really wanted to give them a shot too!

Me and my wife wanted to try a new Thai place. I hope we just caught them on a rough nice, overall experience was unpleasant. The food was hot but not very good, duck was very rubbery, Pad See Ew was greasy and full of pan char residue, rice was mushy, and am concerned I may have food poisoning. Recommend dining elsewhere
