Mesón de Pedro se ha convertido en una referencia culinaria en la comarca. Sus pinchos de lechazo a la brasa de sarmiento son, sencillamente, inmejorables, deliciosos. Igualmente es espectacular el conejo. Los postres también merecen un aparte. Con una bodega con buenos caldos de la tierra. Y todo acompañado de un personal amable y eficiente.

Ideal para comidas de grupo y celebraciones. Variedad de comedores, terraza y bar. Pinchos de lechazo y conejo al ajillo, muy recomendables. Vino de la casa rico y postres, algunos caseros, otros no, muy buenos. Buenas relación calidad precio.

Es la primera vez que visito este restaurante, pero no será la última. Todo muy bueno, la carta es muy pequeña, pero lo que ofrecen merece la pena. Croquetas muy buenas, los calamares impresionantes y el lechazo puff.. de 10. En pocos días volveré seguro!
Si quieres probar el mejor pincho de lechazo es obligatorio que vengas. Sabroso, tierno y contundente. Y con ello, decir que bajo mi punto de vista, el conejo al ajillo está incluso mejor. Muy muy bueno. Las croquetas están deliciosas, sobretodo la de jamón y la de gambas. El postre mítico que hay que pedir el flan de huevo casero, aunque hoy he probado la tata de chocolate blanco y pistacho y estaba increíble también. Son 30 minutos de viaje y los hago siempre con un gusto increíble.
Nine of us went for lunch, having booked a couple of days in advance. Everything was perfect. There were lots of diners spread across several dining rooms, a pleasant, rustic atmosphere, and very attentive staff. The quality of everything was a 10/10. We each had one croquette, two portions of calamari, two portions of pig's ear, two salads, four skewers of roast lamb, and one rabbit, plus dessert and coffee. Everything was delicious, accompanied by wine and water. The bill came to €31 per person, which isn't expensive considering the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back. The only downside is that they charge extra for bread, but it's also local and good quality; it's worth it.
A very pleasant place for a meal. Andrés is an excellent host. Hector, who served us, is extremely friendly and very good at his job. Besides his friendliness, he was very quick to explain the dishes and describe the options. The menu for starters is extensive. We opted for calamari and tuna croquettes and garlic soup. For the main course, we ordered the divine grilled rabbit... and the excellent lamb skewers. Both dishes were well seasoned, with the meat cooked to perfection and tender. Accompanied by a very pleasant mixed salad. Estrella Galicia beer to accompany it, at the right temperature. At the end, coffee and a small herbal or coffee-flavored drink. I opted for the herbal drink, which despite the intense smell of brandy turned out to be very smooth and tasty.
The food was excellent! I went on a Sunday and it was quite busy, but the dishes were still delicious! We had ham croquettes and cured beef croquettes, mixed salad, roast lamb skewers, and for dessert, flan and lemon mousse.
Everything was delicious. Excellent quality ingredients, expertly prepared. We were lucky enough to be served by Chema, a truly exceptional professional who gave us excellent recommendations and was spot on with everything. A fantastic place, highly recommended for a guaranteed great meal, and even better if Chema is your server.

A great restaurant. Excellent and varied starters. For the main courses, we had grilled rabbit and a lamb skewer. The skewer was half a meter long. Everything was delicious.
The waiters were lovely and treated us wonderfully, but the food is hard to beat for that price! The salad was simple but delicious (like few places make these days) and the roast lamb was spectacular! Definitely worth repeating.
Mesón de Pedro, a Matapozuelos classic. Wonderful atmosphere, in a very pretty location, and with unbeatable service. Delicious food, especially the suckling lamb skewer, croquettes, stewed ear, and lemon mousse. Highly recommended place, and I return whenever I can. Thank you 😁
Epic restaurant that captures the best of Spanish food and wine. Despite being located in a rural town, this is a detour well worthwhile. Lunch was delicious! Our salad was one to aspire to serving. Every ingredient; tomato, lettuce, onion, olive and salad dressing was perfect. The bbqed lamb on skewers was seasoned and cooked to perfection. How wonderful can simple food be? With lunch over, we enjoyed Spanish coffee and sipped local liqueur. Everyone was well satisfied and pleased with all the food and wine we'd enjoyed.
We've been there several times, and we always leave wanting to come back. The Iberian cured meats are top-quality, the squid is delicious, and the suckling lamb skewer is one of the best I've ever tried. Highly recommended.

MESON PEDRO!!🇪🇸🇪🇸! A place in a town where you have to go specifically there!! We stopped on our way to Madrid from Galicia and I recommend it. Fantastic suckling lamb, good rabbit (it's like a house dish and I don't think it's that good but it's very tasty). Very good salads, delicious squid but it's not the typical place to order it. Very tasty croquettes. We were served by a guy around 2x who was very nice and charming. A traditional place, from the town...what it is. Good grill. Delicious homemade flan for dessert!🍮. They also treated the dogs very well, which is appreciated.
