Ya sabéis, te puedes llevar tu materia prima y allí te lo kocinan (plancha, frito, hervido, etc). Tó elaborado de forma implakable, la plancha es perfekta, los fritos wenisimos. Nos dieron una lección de la preparación del kremaet, y estaba superior. Solo me keda deciros ke amenazamos kon volver. Super recomendado! Compramos mariscos en el mercado y acá te los cocinan, te cobran solo 6 euros por todo lo que traigas, y te hacen cada marisco como debe hacerse. Las gambas las trajeron al ajillo, los calamares a la plancha con su salsa verde, las cigalas con sal y aceite y los gambas y carabineros igual, todo eso por solo 6 euros más lo que te gastas en bebida o acompañantes, además la atencion super buena. We ordered two chivitos, chips, coke, and a beer all for 27€. Pretty great price given the area. The server was nice and the food was really good. Great place to get a chivito. Minor complaint is that the bread had quite a bit of flour that needed to be dusted off, but that's a small fuss. I would most definitely come back.

Nice menu of the day with a drink, appetizer, main, and dessert. The appetizers we're all surprisingly good. We really liked the grilled squid and it was better than the one we had at a tapas restaurant. The mains had huge portions and were pretty solid just not out of this world. Desserts were the weakest but hey the value is great. Service is very very friendly despite how busy they were. Would recommend.

Stopped by this gem right next to the Mercat Central and was blown away by the culinary experience! We bought our own langoustines from the market and the restaurant prepared them a la plancha to perfection — slightly translucent at the center with an exquisite grilled flavor. The pairing with a delightful white wine was simply sublime. The toasted bread, accompanied by a zesty pepper mayonnaise, rounded out a meal to remember. A must-visit for an unparalleled gastronomic delight!

Welcoming staff - We requested to sit outside but there was no table available for 4. When a couple left their table was relocated to a convenient spot covered in sunshine and additional chairs were brought to us. Local food for locals - if you are there in a morning you will see locals coming from market to have their breakfast and drinks. Try their sandwich (bocadillo) with baked Pork, potatos and all I oli. If you feel - go to the market and grab what you would like to eat - for a small price their kitchen will cook for you.

Very good value lunch menu, with flavourful and good sized courses. The €10 menu includes two courses, a dessert, and a drink (e.g. Softdrinks, Beer, Juice). Plenty of locals were also enjoying lunch here! Conveniently located near the central market, you can also buy your own ingredients and bring them here to be cooked for a modest cost.

This is a great place to eat in Valencia. Ideal situated behind Central Market and in the heart of tourist area of Valencia. From the presentation of the dishes to the taste of the food it is an exquisite example of the local cuisine and traditions. You can choose from their menu but unique about this place is that you can buy you own fresh fish, sea food or meat from the nearby market and they will cook it and serve it to you with a local touch. Just awesome. It is recommended to make a reservation a day in advance. Last but not least the prices are very good and personnel is great. A place to come back. I definitely recommend it. ... and I came back. I'm not sure what more to add. It is not often that I feel sorry for having only one stomach 😅.

Típical esmorsaret. Referencia. Buen sitio. Buenos bocatas, pero tampoco es para volverse locos. Pedimos el de carne mechada y el de pinchos con huevo y patatas. Este ultimo, escaso de carne y con el pan demasiado blando, podría ser mejor. Para terminar, cremaet y carajillo de Baileys. Fuimos un día de fallas a almorzar y nos pudimos sentar dentro y todo, el truco fue que estaba lloviendo 🙂 y era temprano.

Local típico de almuerzo y tapas, probamos el allí pebre que estaba excepcional muy bien echo y en su punto, de los mejores que he comido, tapeamos un poco sepia, calamares y una gambas fresquisimas. Como curiosidad se puede comprar pescado o marisco en el mercado he está enfrente y te lo hacen allí . Local clásico y muy bien ubicado justo enfrente del mercado, me falta probar sus almuerzos. They offer menu del día (15€)with two plates and one dessert. You could order the full menu or half menu. The full menu is of big portion. For lunch, I suppose half menu (10€) is enough for me. I ordered squid for the first plate and hake for the second. I ordered cremaet instead of dessert because I was too full to eat more. Well, the hake with vegetables and potatoes tasted delicious, but the squids were not processed properly because there was sediment in it.

My wife ask for table change because the barrel table has many little cockroach, but the waitresses reaction was very disrespectful and not believing us. While we insist to change to another table, she let us wait for over 30 mins and not taking us to any seat. Fuimos a almorzar, el restaurante tiene varios ambientes y una terraza que da al mercado central, lo mejor fue la atención de las camareras, fueron muy atentas con nosotros, aunque se tardaron algo en traernos los bocadillos. Pedimos bocadillos de calamares a la romana, caballo y lomo de la casa, el pan no estaba crujiente, le faltaba más relleno y sabor, estaban normales. Los precios sí que estaban bien. Tienen la opción de llevar lo que compres en el mercado central para que te lo hagan allí, eso no lo probamos.

Hay que hacer cola para entrar, media de 20 minutos. Bocadillos bien y tapas ajustadas. Precio normal para estar en el centro de la ciudad.

Lamentablemente para nosotros que salimos con hambre por 65€, tengo que decir que bastante mal la comida. Eramos 4 personas. Solo estaban buenos los entrantes. Pedimos 3 menús de 17€ y un medio menú. El plato de paella no lo comimos. El plato de berenjena rellena era media berenjena pequeñita rellena de un poquito de carne picada sin sabor y con mucho aceite y mucho queso del pringoso. El plato de pollo al horno era sin sabor alguno con mmucho aceite y un trozo pequeño de cebolla y otro pwqueño de tomate. Los trozos de tarta eran mini trozos de tarta del supermercado super dulces. Son 17€ el menú, si hubieran costado 9 o 10€ no me hubiera molestado en escribir la reseña, pero creo que por 17€ podrían cocinar mejor la comida. Recomendación para el restaurante para que los comensales no salgan con hambre. Salimos con hambre.

Terrible service — would not recommend. We had a really disappointing experience here. The staff don’t speak English, which led to serious miscommunication. We asked to add a salad bowl, but instead, one of the waiters assumed we didn’t like the sandwich and threw the entire plate — sandwich — straight in the bin. When we tried to explain, there was no effort to understand or apologise. Also food arrived very late. The place was also quite dirty, with tables and floors not being cleaned properly and very loud. The food itself was very mediocre — nothing special at all. Definitely wouldn’t return.

Absolutely disgusting food. Pallea was full of small bones and the meat was very dry. Pork chops and beef were served with potatoes and onions covered in grease. The quality of meat itself was terrible. Grilled squid was overcooked, burned and bitter. When it comes to deserts - they advertise that all of desserts are home made, but they serve ice cream in plastic boxes so you can see they are store bought. I had a cheesecake and it was overly sweet and didn't taste like a cheesecake at all.

had here the worst meal in the last 3 years. Our waitress has been really nice, but unfortunately the calamars tasted really bad, had a weird texture and a gross creamy white liquid inside of them, they were impossible to eat as you can see in the pictures.
