Croquetas de boletus , gambas al ajillo , ensaladilla rusa y para mí el plato estrella pan tostado con tomate y alioli.. todo muy rico .. y el camarero Steven muy atento y educado.. a pesar de estar solo en la terraza estaba muy al tanto de todos .. lugar acogedor y céntrico ..

Muy buen lugar para comer una buena paella valenciana y céntrico. Llegamos antes de tiempo y nos sentaron sin problema. Tuvimos un pequeño retraso con las bebidas pero la encargada de sala Katerine que estaba pendiente de todo lo gestionó muy rápido e incluso nos las dejaron de cortesía. Ella muy amable y profesional! La comida excepcional muy rica, calidad precio genial, súper recomendable.

La comida nos pareció muy sabrosa y todp salió muy rápido, Edu y el resto de las personas en mesa nos atendieron muy bien y las bebidas excelentes. Lo unico que nos parece que podria mejorar, es cerrar la puerta de entrada los días de frío. Recomendamos comer acá.

Todo muy rico. He probado los calamares, las patatas bravas y el pulpo, y estaba todo muy bien. Además, la camarera Yurka fue muy amable, maja y muy atenta. Trabajo como encargada de hotel y sin duda mandaré a la gente allí. Totalmente recomendable.

Lugar muy bien ubicado con buen servicio , la paella toma entre 30 y 40 minutos en su elaboración pero vale la pena la espera

We were pretty hungry, so we stopped at the closest place and hoped, it is not some turist trap. We order paella with sea food for 2 people. The food was wonderful, with so much sea food and paella was perfect size for 2.

Ending my trip in Valencia at Gran Mercat was the perfect way to close out a memorable visit to one of the best countries in the world! It was my first time trying paella with rabbit and snails, and it was actually quite good. I think the seafood paella might have been tastier, but I wanted to try it for the experience, and I’m glad I did — it was a good experience overall. The fried calamari was delicious as well. We went for lunch and the place was very crowded, so we had to wait quite a long time. However, the female staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and helpful, which made the wait much more pleasant.

Grilled Pork Ear 8.5 / 10 I love Chinese grilled pork ear, so when I see this Spanish version in the menu, I MUST try it. Didn't disappoint. Loved it. Fried Squid 7 Slightly tough, probably frozen. Still it's delicious. Cod Croquet 7.5 / 10 Smooth ingredients. Nice crust. Grilled Cuttlefish 9 / 10 Soft and springy. Quite fresh. Perfect grill work 👌 😋

10/10 AMAZING TAPAS!!!! Every dish is a flavour explosion. The bravas are incredible, so salty and spicy and I could have eaten all of them. The squid were also delicious. But a family favourite was the bread and aioli. Might be one of my favourite breads I have ever eaten, and it has such a subtle note of garlic and herbs. I also really enjoyed the mushroom croquette—it’s like a mushroom paste inside and had a rich umami flavour.

Went there with my partner to try the original paella and we were delighted. Valentina was great speaking English and recommending things. We decided for a proper Valencian meal with Agua de Valencia to drink. Paella is made fresh everytime so the wait is a bit longer but it's worth it. A clear 5/5 all around.

Delicious food, served with a smile in a cool atmosphere downtown Valencia. Beyond the super tasty paella, if you like artichokes, you cannot miss their artichokes hearts baked in oven. Their red sangria is really good!

The food was excellent, really fresh, tasty. I have never had such a traditional Valencian Paella. The service was so extremely nice. I came with my dog and they were so helpful! And Andrea who was waiting at our table was truly so nice, attentive and just absolutely wonderful! It’s not always easy to find a good place in a city center, but this was really AMAZING! El lugar es muy lindo, hemos estado en la terraza y ha sido muy acogedor. La atención ha estado excelente, Bianca la Host muy amable y la camarera Victoria ha sido súper atenta , educada y agradable Hemos pedido varios entrantes, todos han estado deliciosos. La Fideuá estaba buena, pero esperaba más.

This restaurant had a constant buzz of people. We decided to have a light dinner here without a reservation. This was not a problem as there were many available tables. The weather was nice that evening so we opted to sit outside. While many people ordered the paellas, we opted for a few tapas which included the potatoes bravas (spicy version), pork rind, peppers, and mussels. Our drinks and food came promptly and were delicious. On the evening we were there, a busker had setup to play the violin close to the restaurant which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The music was mostly renditions of pop songs.

Tasty food, very pricey for what it was but if you want the tourist vibe it's good. We did book in advance but only a couple of hours in advance, so no wait for a table. We had padron peppers and patatas bravas, then entrecote which we're all delicious, the vegetarian risotto was just ok and the cheese and ham fried thing was good but way too rich. With a couple of drinks each it was €140

It was hot and we wanted somewhere cool to eat. We were lucky that seats were available inside though it got really crowded by the time we left. There were people waiting to get seated. It’s in a plaza so lots of eating options. There were a couple buskers outside. The bar next door had a couple of large crowds singing but it dissipated quickly. The paella looked good but we weren’t super hungry and it was massive! Even though they have lots of folks on staff, it will be a leisurely dinner. We ordered the padron peppers (none were spicy), mushrooms (so good but make sure to order bread), grilled scallops (disappointing as you can barely taste the scallop) and crème brûlée.

Food was not as good as expected and also not much in quantity. We had octopus that was not enough cooked and steak (it was delicious) with a few french fries and padron peppers. The atmosphere was very nice and the service also. The prices exceeded the average we had in the past 5 diners in Valencia.

Came to try the Crema Catalana which had great reviews. It was good, very similar to a cre brûlée - a little lighter in texture but also much sweeter. Couldn’t finish the whole thing. But it was not busy at all on a Monday afternoon so it was nice to have a treat and read and people watch as it’s a busy area

The food was good and the cocktails were nice. However, I ordered a paella and the waiter told me it was “for two people” and costs €23 in menu. I understood that €23 was the price for the whole dish. After dinner, I received a bill for two paellas, not one. It turned out that €23 is the price per person, not per dish. This was not clearly explained. Just be careful and double-check before ordering. I hope they correct the menu and place correct price for one dish.

The steak was good. It was nicely cooked and pretty good value for money considering the quality of it. The seafood paella was unfortunately really bad. It hadn't been cooked long enough so it was still quite wet, and the seafood flavour was pretty muted. Instead there was, for lack and a better way of describing it, an almost polluted flavour: as if you were smelling a city river. I was bitterly disappointed by this as my main aim on my trip to Valencia was to experience a high quality seafood paella - and despite paying €39, I didn't get the experience that I was looking for. The waitress was nice enough during service, but the moment it came to settling the bill, she pretty much seemed to have lost the will to try anymore. There were no pleasantries when we were paying and she seemed distracted. We all go through bad days and busy periods, and I don't know what she may have been going through personally...so I don't mean to sound inconsiderate or unfair, however after having experienced a bad paella and still leaving a €10 tip, I felt like this cold finish added to the already bad taste I had in my mouth. Dessert wasn't available as we were informed mid-meal that they would need to close the restaurant early as there was flooding in the basement (from the recent red alert heavy rain storms); which is totally understandable. So I can't comment on their sweet options. Another serious observation is that the male toilets didn't have handsoap, which is pretty disgusting and a health and safety risk. It's not that they just ran out of soap...there was no dispenser to be seen. Just some screws on the wall where one might have been before. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, and I wish I went to Puerta Del Mar instead which seems to be of a much higher quality and in a similar price range.

Muy mala relación calidad-precio. Es abusivo por mucho que esté en el centro de Valencia. La ubicación no justifica cobrar 10,20 € por 3 cervezas, un precio totalmente desproporcionado para lo que ofrecen. El sitio se aprovecha claramente del turismo. Adjunto el tíquet para que se vea que no es una exageración. No volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Bay far the worst place on the whole city, clearly just a tourist trap! Inexistent service, no jar of tinto de v’erano - glass is just half ice?! I never eat such a trash fritto misto - just fish with bones- cat food! Only decent meal was beef, patatas bra as was the smallest in the entire Valencia and about the service, we all eat separated as they bring all the food with 20 min delay. The pulpoo for 18€ is a joke, smallest ever just potato’s. Never ever! TO AvOId!!
