8 de mayo y Valencia de bote en bote, aun así estuvimos muy bien. Destacar los nachos que eran de 10 y las hamburguesas 🤤, el encargado Nicolás tuvo un gran detalle con nuestra mesa! Es un gran profesional y con muy buen trato! Sin duda alguna, volveremos!

El servicio fue excelente de principio a fin. Joel destacó especialmente por su atención y profesionalismo, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto en cada momento. Se nota que le importa ofrecer una experiencia de calidad y hacer que los clientes se sientan cómodos y bien atendidos. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable gracias a personas como Joel, que marcan la diferencia con su buen servicio.

Primera vez y muy buena impresión, comida muy abundante y rica, resalto la salsa guacamole hecha por ellos y la atención de los camareros/as. Pedí una MOVING MOUNTAINS, hamburguesa vegetal....Espectacular. Precios altos pero muuucha calidad y cantidad. Para volver sin dudar.

Fuimos el día seis para cenar y no teníamos reserva. Los camareros se desvivieron para encontrarnos una mesa que pudiera estar libre y que pudiéramos cenar. Ya hemos ido varias veces y la comida es muy buena, la atención fenomenal y el camarero que nos tocó, de nombre LAUTARO, un auténtico profesional. Da gusto encontrarse con gente así, que le encanta su trabajo y que transmite amabilidad hacia los clientes. Destacar también que tienen una carta amplia para celiacos. Repetiremos

¿Qué más se puede pedir en Europa? Solo hay 29 sucursales. La mayor cantidad en toda Europa está en España y una en Valencia, que visitamos. Si te gusta el estilo y la buena música, deberías visitar este legendario restaurante al menos una vez. ¡Eres un crack!

Muy buen sitio. comida de 10, y no se racanea, porciones gigantes y sobretodo el servicio le daría 100 estrellas si pudiera. We had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock cafe in Valencia. Pros: big portion sizes, good atmosphere, clean. Hubby opted for the messi burger meal and I had the Mac&Cheese with grilled chicken. Both were delicious. Cons: long waiting time of around 40 mins. It was a tuesday and time was around 4pm and wasnt very busy. Overall, a pleasant experience. Our waitress (Kiara - i think) was so polite and welcoming with a lovely personality which i think made me give 5stars for the experince rather than 4stars.

One of the best Hard Rock Cafes I have visited. The staff were absolutely wonderful - friendly, enthuisiastic, and highly attentive to my needs. The portions were also *much* larger than I expected (I had to take some of the delicious ribs back to me hotel), and the overall quality of the food was fantastic. It was surprisingly quiet on my weekday dinner visit - more people should enjoy this great restaurant.

Everyone was so kind, friendly, and attentive — always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. And I have to say — the chicken wings were absolutely the best I’ve ever had in my life! Hard Rock Cafe in Valencia is a wonderful experience. First of all, I was told that they have some days with live bands. So I'll try to catch that some other day. The location is so nice. And the design is wonderful. The playlist of the music on the screens is also great. When you enter Hard Rock Cafe in Valencia, you feel yourself in North America. The hosts; Ms. Anahi and Mr. Jade, were very friendly and professional. They spoke in English, and Ms. Anahi convinced me to enter offering 10% discount as a promotion that i've never heard about before. I got the mentioned  promotion because -by a chance - I was wearing a (Hard Rock Cafe) polo shirt. The waiter who took care of me, Mr. Zoltan, was also very professional and friendly. We chatted about some staff while ordering. He spoke in English, and the food came just the way I wanted it. A very special thanks to Mr. Zoltan, and I wish him all the best. Of course, the food was very delicious. In the end, I would like to thank also, Ms. Marta and Ms. Cezara from the management team who made sure that everything was excellent at the end. Big thanks to the Hard Rock Cafe (Valencia) team; hosts, waiters, waitresses, management, and staff. Hard Rock Cafe is very recommended when you are in Valencia. *My post was a couple of months ago. Today, I went again (19 July 2025) ! What a wonderful hostess; Ms. Khadija. Very professional, very friendly & very educated. Thanks for the management for hiring such wonderful professional people. Well I wasn’t expecting this! Wanted somewhere near the train station and good opening hours. The service was excellent and we had 2 servers, 1 on his first day and the other supervising. The food was superb and plentiful - I’m not sure why I was surprised! The place was clean and the memorabilia was fun to look at. Will definitely visit again. Thanks guys

Had an amazing dinner here. Orders were taken by a very happy and open Lory. After a while, suddenly a manager (Cezara) arrived with an appologize, since something went wrong with my order. It can happen and since we were having a good time with viewing the decorations, we didn't noticed. After a very good dinner, we bought a few souvenirs and spoke again with Cezara. She told us that we could have a look upstairs if we wanted, to see more of the decorations. We did and found an amazing painting of our family hero, Bruce Springsteen. Since that part was locked, I searched for Cezara again and she went upstairs to open, so I could take a picture for dad (who wasn't there). We left very happy, since this one of the best places we've been. Lory & Cezara, thanks for an amazing experience and all the best of luck in the future. If I ever visit Valencia again, I will surely visit this place again!

I’m not sure if all Hard Rock Cafes are this good, but the one in Valencia is absolutely top-notch. I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten here. I highly recommend trying the Messi Chicken Burger as well as the BBQ Burger—both are incredible! The flavors were spot on, and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was just as impressive. Our server, Juan, was incredibly polite and attentive throughout the night. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your server, make sure to tip him well—you won’t be disappointed! 😅

El lugar es espectacular, el ambiente está genial, había una banda tocando y el servicio es excelente, los 3 camareros que nos atendieron fueron muuy amables, fue lo que más encantó!, no te atienden así en cualquier lugar. De la comida no puedo decir lo mismo, no estaba tan mal, pero tenía expectativas un poco altas, las hamburguesas muy básicas y los aros de cebolla no tenían mucho sabor, quiero pensar que era por que iba con cupones de Groupon, ya que por lo general con este tipo de descuentos suelen bajar la calidad de comida. The Argentinian guy at the entrance is over 5 stars, he was friendly and relaxed. The others, they look like they work in nuclear power plant not in a restaurant - 4 is max. Three different burgers has similar taste. Not bad but I expected more. Salmon and chicken are ok. Only two beer options.

always a must-have during our holidays. The last time we visited Hard Rock Café was in December in Barcelona. Today we ordered nachos which were only ok. It didn’t impress us with taste. Mango Tango was delicious. The steak in the fajita was rubbery and tasteless, lots of oil and onion. Completely tasteless. The ribs were ok. The overall impression was poor, we left the place disappointed, a star for the nice service. To sum up, don't go here if you want to eat delicious food

if you don’t want to ruin the night, don’t come! we came on the 6th of January, we had a reservation at 22:00, we ordered nachos with chicken and guacamole, the portion was big and tasty, but later the whole wibe was ruined by the waiter who came and asked if we had finished the plate and we wanted it para llevar, while it was 80% full?! then we ordered more drinks, than 2 more drinks, then the guy came again asking if we have finished the food, while it wasn’t finished obviously!!! we told him that it’s not ok disturbing the guests like that, then came the girl manager, to apologise and offered us free cheesecake, we asked if it possible to change it for a drink, then they had a conversation again, with the manager and the waiter…and then came to us and said that they will fire the waiter in two days, and that they will close the bill for us (which was around 45€), then we stayed there not attended anymore for 15 minutes; waiting to order drinks (extra – pay for them), then we decided to leave, they even didn’t tell anything to us, expect goodbye, while we were leaving

We went for a “Thanksgiving dinner”. Such a shame. For 25 euros, I got 3 things, cold potato’s, a wilted salad with no dressing and a cold and super dry turkey that I had to coat in gravy. No rolls, and they forgot my scoop of stuffing. Oh and we were to have cranberry sauce, but got blueberry jam. What? It’s a shame that if you offer a special menu and charge for it, then it should be just that- special. Or at least hot. We didn’t complain because the server was excellent and was as accommodating as possible. I hope that the regular food is much better.
