Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Bought a bowl and it’s sufficient for one person. Ton of options base, salads, proteins, hummus, unlimited toppings. I don’t eat meat so they gave me 5 falafels👍. My kids really loved their sweet potato fries and the drink Pomegranate Lemonade. Worth the money.

Stopped here for lunch. Consider this place like a chipotle for Middle eastern food . You get to pick and chose and the taste was good The location is not that spacious but they do have indoor seating (2/table ) The service is good There are outdoor tables too Recommend this place

Great option for a quick, healthy meal! I love the customization of it and the portions are generous for the price you pay. I always ask for a few different sauces to go in their little containers and it makes for great dipping for the pita bread that comes with your bowl. Make sure to try their lemonades! Pomegranate Lemonade is my favorite.

Clean place and food area. Service was quick and friendly. Food was very delicious !! Will be coming back again! Dove right into my bowl prior to taking a picture of the plating.

WOW! The service was amazing and speedy and they were very accommodating and attentive to our large group. The folks working were very nice and had good energy. Most importantly, the food is DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the street style sweet potato fries. Very very good people and food.

Recently I tried Mediterranean food at Cava and loved it. I searched the food in my town Valencia for Mediterranean cuisine and found this Hummus Republic. It is healthy food because most ingredients are fresh vegetables and proteins. I can choose the spreads for my taste. The owner is very kind and welcoming.

Love this place, light decor, lots of food options to choose from at no extra cost, so you can have a little bit of everything. Flaffels are cooked infront of u too. The lady who served us was very helpful too, she let us try foods before we made our selections.

Addicted to this place, food is delicious they do not skimp on their portions and the staff is super friendly! I usually get the bowl with half Falafel and Chicken shawarma, my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. This is the better option when grabbing something quick all fresh ingredients, believe me your body will thank you!

Well, you're certainly not going to go hungry at homeless republic. There are plenty of things to choose from tons for vegetarian including a delicious vegan beef option. My wife and I had a low-key date night here not too long ago. We both enjoyed what we got. Ordering was a little complicated as we've never been there before and you have to see what all the choices are and understand the process. We kept being surprised that there was an upcharge for one thing or another that we wanted which wasn't particularly clear or called out on the menu, so our meal end up costing more than we thought it would. But it was still tasty. The food was fresh. There are interesting beverage options, and if you're looking for a healthy quick and relatively inexpensive meal in the Mediterranean genre of food, this is probably just the place for you. It's also cool that you could go there again and again and have a completely different meal that you craft yourself based on what you pick.

Visited Hummus Republic today for the first time since learning about this new place here on this page. I was excited to try it out as I am placing more emphasis on a plant based diet. Hummus Republic hit it out of the park! You can customize a pita, wrap or bowl to your heart's content. My bowl was chock full of delicious, nutritious goodness (too many ingredients to list here) for $10.95. And there was enough for dinner, too! (I do have to say that I wouldn't choose the mushroom shawarma again as it was rather rubbery. And the pita bread quickly dried out and became hard. But that's literally my only complaint.) They also have a nice selection of drinks (no soda! 👍🏻) with free refills - unsweetened ice tea, turmeric ginger, lemonade and pomegranate lemonade. I blended the lemonade and turmeric ginger which was very tasty. Service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will definitely be back!

I normally love this place and have no problem, although i was just thrown off because this tall Indian man helped me out and he had his gloves on and wiped his face and when he crossed his arms his gloves were under his arm pits. I was just so thankful I wasn’t getting anything that required him actually handling the food since he was making my bowl and therefore using the scoops. I work in the food industry and this is a basic food safety standard that is being disregarded.
