Espacio acogedor, buena atención por parte de cada integrante del local, pedimos una paella de pollo y conejo, si no comen mucho lo recomendable es pedir para 1 persona menos (eramos 5 y debimos pedir para 3) Calamares sabrosos. Lugar limpio. Recomiendo

Espectacular restaurante tradicional. Las paellas están increíbles. Las raciones son muy generosas pero es casi imposible dejar algo en la paella. Y para postre.... La torrija con helado y la tarta de queso (todo casero) espectaculares. Los camareros son muy atentos. Precio 125- 4 comensales

He ido ya dos veces a Arrosseria Maribel a comer paella de marisco y wow, siempre un acierto. Y los calamares… de los mejores que me he comido, sin exagerar. Además, los meseros son súper amables y hacen que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Plan perfecto… comer bien y luego darse un paseo por el pueblo. Ir es toda una experiencia!!!

Una locura total!! La mejor paella que me he comido en mi vida, ni me abuela la supera!! Y en este ambiente es insuperable, pedimos dos arroces y uno mejor que el otro, los entrantes increíbles, la torrija estaba no buena sino lo siguiente, (aunque aquí si me inclino por la de la yaya) luego no puedo hacer otra cosa que agradecer mucho a los chicos de la sala especialmente a Saúl que es un profesional como pocos.

Espectacular todo lo que comimos era celebración 🎂 y nos pusieron en el comedor pequeño, toda atención en todo momento. Me dejaron llevar tarta casera sin ticket y sin cobrar suplemento.También no escatimamos en nada. Entrantes buenísimos y arroz con bogavante 🦞 azul, y sin escatimar bebida. Volveremos, a repetir. Hemos comido muy bien y el servicio ha sido excelente. Es la primera vez que una paella es para 4 personas de verdad. Comimos paella valenciana y está muy rica! De postre os recomendamos el postre de chocolate está muy bueno y es curioso.

Óscar nos ha atendido fenomenal. Así da gusto. El arroz meloso de bogavante estaba increíble. Bogavante azul fresco, se notaba la calidad en su tersura y sabor. Los entrantes buenísimos y sorprendentes. No me extraña que lo hayan incluido en la guía Michelin. Muy recomendable.

Cada vez se superan más, gran gusto en la cocina, y servicio agradable con buena carta de vinos. Arte en la cocina más sencilla de la región, sin milagros ni lujos banales. Arrocería en el corazón del Palmar, donde sirven por encargo arroces de pescado y de carne, secos, melosos o caldosos. Nosotros elegimos el arroz del senyoret y resultó simplemente espectacular, siendo uno de los mejores arroces en paella que he probado. Como entrantes elegimos las patatas bravas, muy originales, la anguila frita, muy sabrosa y la pata de pulpo, que se deshacía en boca. La atención de Lali resultó inmejorable. Muy recomendable.

Fui ayer y he vuelto hoy! Al final del párrafo la reseña de ayer, la de hoy es la siguiente: Cómo la experiencia de hoy ha podido superar a la de ayer es tremendamente increíble. He vuelto para comer de nuevo esos calamares tan ricos y he aprovechado para probar un par de platos más, la tosta de anchoa de cantábrico, tremendamente recomendable, y la tiara de anguila ahumada, cada bocado ha sido una experiencia, estaba deliciosa, volvería todos los días de mi vida a comerla. De postre he pedido la torrija, tenía buen sabor a horchata, estaba bien caramelizada pero lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el detalle del crocanti de mantequilla. Super!! La reseña de ayer: Genial! He ido sola a comer un arroz. Lo primero, al ir en bici me han acompañado a aparcarla a un garaje, mega punto positivo. Para continuar, mientras esperaba he pedido una ración de calamares, sin exagerar, los mejores que he probado, y eso que tengo hermano que va al calamar en el norte. Quizás mañana vuelva a comer otra ración. El arroz... He pedido el Maribel... Estaba súper rico, mucho sabor, el grano en su punto y los bichitos buenísimos ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ La atención ha sido de 10. Muchas gracias por todo, mención especial para Efrén, gran profesional y grandes profesionales sus compañeros también.

De los locales mejor valorados de la zona y debo decir que se lo merecen totalmente. Local muy grande y diría que completo, plantilla amplia para atender a todas las mesas que había ocupadas, tanto dentro como fuera. Personal amable y atento. Pedimos un Jumilla para empezar y un tartar espectacular, una pasada. Probamos un par de croquetas para amenizar la espera y estaban realmente buenas. La paella (en nuestro caso elegimos valenciana de carne), un espectáculo, riquísima. Ración generosa a un precio bastante ajustado, bajo mi punto de vista. Como digo, creo que ante la gran oferta que hay por la zona, esta gente se lo sabe hacer para marcar la diferencia. ¡Enhorabuena!

un acierto total Todo lo que probamos estaba riquísimo. Empezamos con un Esgarraet delicioso, muy bien aliñado y con producto de primera calidad, sencillo y perfectamente ejecutado. La paella de magret de pato y foie con mix de setas fue espectacular: arroz en su punto, lleno de sabor y con un socarrat perfecto. Un plato diferente, elegante y muy bien equilibrado, donde se nota el mimo y la experiencia en la cocina. De postre, una torrija de horchata con helado riquísima, original y deliciosa, el broche perfecto para una comida redonda. Todo ello acompañado de un vino blanco Atance de Valencia, que maridó a la perfección. El entorno es precioso y muy tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar sin prisas, y la atención fue espectacular, cercana, atenta y muy profesional, haciéndonos sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Un sitio totalmente recomendable al que, sin duda, volveremos.

Hay que hacer reserva. Acudí en pareja para comer. Pedimos esgarraet (muy bueno?, patatas bravas (también buenas, algo subidas de picante), un par de croquetas para probarlas y por supuesto el pan con ajoaceite y tomate. De principal el arroz de la señorita con gamba rayada y lubina, espectacular. El restaurante dispone de parking justo al otro lado del canal. Muy recomendable

We had arroz meloso with duck and mushrooms and it was absolutely delicious. Really amazing, a memorable meal. It took about 30 min to prepare (we were here on a sunday in december, about at 4 pm). We made an online reservation the day before. If you order one of the rice dishes, would recommend to skip appetizers, it is a lot of food. Would happily eat here again. The drinks service was very fast.

One of the best restaurants I have been. While it might not sound like much of a big deal, but this place have the whole shebang. Great food, everything we ate was delicious. Great service, the waitress was very kind, plesent, and know exactly what to recommend 👏 Great location, in the village of of El Palmar near onwards of the water canels, the place of the origin of the pallea. The place know how to respect the it's origin. The food, the service and the atmosphere are packed in reasonable price what's make it to a one of a kind experience and really good suprise. We were a group of 4 and the total was €178

My partner and I visited in order to try authentic paella from the town it all began. Wow. Our paella was truly incredible. We tried a seafood variation and were impressed with the variety and generous portion of seafood. The flavours were rich and delicious, and went perfectly with our jug of sangria (definitely get the sangria). The service was also exceptional, both the gentlemen who served us were fun, friendly and very patient with our newly acquired Spanish, which managed to score us some cheeky shots to finish off. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience; nothing pretentious, just a solid and superb experience in a laid back environment. I hope we find ourselves back here in the future :)

We’ve been to Arrocera MariBel twice now, and the paella is still absolutely amazing! Full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount of ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. If you’re in El Palmar, this is definitely the place to try authentic Valencian paella – we’ll be coming back for sure!

Very nice michelin bib restaurant. We found it accidentally and were lucky enough to get a table for five in the middle of the day. Our waitress Salma did her best to make us feel appreciated, for every glass of wine and cava opened a new bottle, explained starters etc. Paella itself was amazing, even though it was really salty. Despite it being traditional, it might be a bit strong for some, so be prepared. Or it might be just our experience, we need to revisit to say it for sure

Excellent Valencian rice! Is getting difficult to find nice "paellas" (arroces) that are not a turist trap, this is not the case, Maribel is where locals go. Service amazing, food super, and do not skip one of the salads, we order the Esgarret, very good. The location is very interesting, near to rice crops. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit here and we hit the jackpot with ordering this time. They're obviously famous for their paella, but it was the other items that truly stood out. The Calamari was one of, if not THE best, I've had. The breading they use is next level. The tuna and tomato salad was light and fresh and everything we hoped for. The "Paella Mirabel" had great socarrat and the seafood was cooked to perfection. Just when we thought we couldn't possibly eat another bite, we caved and ordered dessert. Instead of being dense, the cheesecake was light and fluffy and bit reminiscent of a pavlova. We paired it with cremaet and it was the perfect ending to a wonderful lunch. Our waiter was Walter and he was both attentive and charming. Excellent overall experience and we look forward to returning.

A wonderful lunch! Highly recommend! We ate inside because it was windy and the atmosphere was warm. The meal started out high with warm fresh bread, flavorful garlic aioli and tomato. We wanted to try the eel specialty of this area “ All i pebre de anguila” and it was delicious! The sauce was so rich with a hint of spice. The eel was very tender. We saw another table order Paella Mixta (not on the menu) and it was the perfect balance of the classic paella Valenciana and seafood rice dishes. The flavor of traditional paella is so deep but this also had Norwegian lobster, prawns, mussels, and other various shellfish throughout. It was my dad’s birthday so we ordered three desserts - horchata cake, chocolate of the world and ice cream. Finished the meal off with complementary digestives and cremaet, of course!

My partner had Arrocería Maribel on his list for ages, and after seeing it repeatedly recommended in the Michelin Guide, we finally made it—and for a good reason. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, we called just before arriving, and from the very first “hello,” Saúl, the staff manager, was outstanding—accommodating, attentive, professional, and simply brilliant. His level of service set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience. We started with a selection of dishes that showcased both technique and tradition: the Albufera classic “all i pebre”, the crujiente de gambas y algas, tosta crujiente de anchoa, pan brioche de panceta, and a tosta de cococha. Each bite was a perfect balance of flavor and texture. For the main dish, we opted for the paella de plancton marino y gamba rayada—an unexpected yet absolutely delicious choice, rich in depth and umami. And to finish, we indulged in the torrija de horchata and a creamet, both of which were spectacular. The price was far from excessive and well worth it for the quality and experience. We left with a promise to return—there’s still so much on the menu we’re eager to try, and we definitely will.

I ordered the Tomate Valenciano con Venstresca (Tomato with Tuna) and Sepia Playa (Fresh cuttlefish/ Squid). 1. Tomate Valenciano con Ventresca was absolutely devine. Freshly cooked tuna served on large exotic tomatoes with iced sesame tahini and sundried tomatoes. Loved this dish. Would order 3 more! I ordered the hald portion 2. Sepia playa: so beautifully presented. The portion was perfect (i wordered full portion). The cuttlefish was on a bed of fresh parsley pesto, accompanied by dallops of homemade mayo and a crispy cracker. I also ordered the Tinto de Verano to drink and it was great. Not too sweet. Can’t wait to go back

We visited from Madrid on the way back from holiday and found this gem! Lovely authentic Spanish cuisine with a Michelen star in 2024. The waiter spoke some English and they have an English menu on the side of Spanish which makes it easier as foreigners. We had Elle tartar (never seen this combination but my god it was delicious!), jamón croquetas, cod and paprika salad (recommended by the staff and was awesome) and seafood paella. The service was very attentive (yes we arrived at 13:00 when the restaurant was quieter and by the time we left it was full) and we would absolutely want to come back to try out more!!

Great restaurant! There are many Paellas to choose from and we had seafood, it was amazing! Full of flavour! My fish was also great and tasty! The salad was amazing, and our extra wishes were no problem. You can sit outside next to a little river with boats. It's definitely a recommendation!

En general buena experiencia Las tellinas de buen tamaño y sabor aunque terrosas Los calamares fritos algo duros, pero el rebozado muy bueno Pedimos arroz meloso de bogavante. No creemos que su precio justo sea 31€ por ración. Seguramente le faltaba algo de textura y algo más de potencia de sabor, aunque el bogavante como tal perfecto Los postres correctos En general un poco overpriced, seguramente su fuerte sea los arroces secos, así que volveremos para probarlos Lo más destacable sin duda ha sido el trato de Lali. Todo un ejemplo de profesionalidad. Educada, atenta y con personalidad. Todo camarero debería tomarla como referencia. Recomendamos al lugar no perderla nunca

We ordered two portions of Paella de Marisco. It tasted really good but was way too salty unfortunately. When we complaint about it to the waiter, he did not frown for a second, instead he apologized and immediately offered us a new portion. While we waited for the replacement paella we got a complimentary Croqueta de Jamón ibérico, which was phenomenal. Our new paella was less salty, still a bit on the saltier side for us, but it was very delicious. We would definitely recommend this restaurant, but keep in mind the the paella might be on the saltier side if you don't eat that much salt. The service is perfect.

Good example of fresh, local, and well prepared food with all the non-rice dishes. We generally like and have cooked paella; however, we didn't like the paella. Not sure if we got a bad batch or if their paella is supposed to be different like that. Tip: Don't get the calamari, it's nothing special if you eat calamari occasionally, more importantly I think it's on the menu to keep people new to seafood happy.

Unfortunately, this was the worst paella I've ever eaten—and it happened to be in the very place where I expected the best. The paella consisted of more oil than rice. A paella must have socarrat—the caramelized crust on the bottom that forms because the rice isn't stirred. Unfortunately, the bottom was just covered in oil. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he simply replied that I should have explicitly ordered it and tried to ignore my question. I pointed out that this was the very definition of a good paella. He suddenly forgot his English skills, and that was the end of the discussion. Sadly, this is yet another example—and for me, the final one—of Michelin's recommendations being completely incomprehensible. A real shame. The waiter's reaction was simply rude. If you ever find yourself in this town, I would recommend saving your money and eating at one of the cheaper restaurants on the main square—the paellas looked better and cost much, much less. This restaurant was, unfortunately, the biggest tourist trap I've encountered on all my trips to Spain so far.

We ordered appetizers which were delightful. The eel was homey and warm, the calamari was perfectly cooked with a crisp and airy batter, and the anchovy crostini was a flavor bomb! However, once we got to the paella, a single bite transported me to the Sifto Salt Mines of Ontario. While the algae paella was barely edible, the squid ink variant was close if not equal to the 3.25% required for full kosher dill pickles! I can’t tell if it’s rage or a salt-fuelled blood pressure spike, but I can hear the rapids surging through my veins. We asked if this was normal, and were told that squid ink in particular would be saltier. However, we’ve been eating squid ink paella through the trip and a Michelin establishment should be able to compensate for the difference. If you come to visit, all the other items are good, but I would skip the paella.

Um atentico floor, recomendo experimentar no mercado central que tem muitas variedades por um preço 3x menor. Vinimos desde la ciudad (50 m) para probar la auténtica paella valenciana, pero además de que la ración de carne era escasa, estaba muy salada. Lo único positivo fueron los vinos blancos que elegí. Un consejo: recomiendo probarla en el mercado central, donde hay mucha variedad y el precio es tres veces más barato. We came from the city (50m) to try authentic Valencian paella, but not only was the meat poorly served, it was also very salty. The only positive thing was the white wines I chose. A friendly waiter, I recommend trying the central market, which has many varieties for a price three times lower. Das einzig Positive waren die von mir ausgewählten Weißweine. Ein freundlicher Kellner, ich empfehle einen Besuch des Zentralmarktes, der eine große Auswahl zu einem dreimal günstigeren Preis bietet.
