Mi hermano y yo fuimos en junio para poner a prueba los cinco sentidos. De trato amable y encantador. La elección culinaria, sublime y exquisita. Volveremos en septiembre para ver el nuevo look del restaurante y disfrutar de la gastronomía.

Previa reserva fuimos en plenas fallas por recomendación de unos conocidos. Quedamos encantados nada más entrar por el buen ambiente y decoración del restaurante. En cuanto al servicio y la comida, decir que fuimos atendidos por personal muy profesional y atento que nos aconsejó para disfrutar de unos platos exquisitos y bien elaborados con productos de calidad. Fue una muy buena experiencia que sin duda recordaremos.

Mi pareja y yo llevábamos tiempo queriendo ir, y como fuimos a Valencia la semana anterior a Navidades, aprovechamos. Una carta de vinos extensa, sensacional, y muy interesante para los amantes del vino. La comida un 10/10. Recomendamos el carpaccio de gamba, el steak tartar, la chuleta y la tarta de queso. El servicio, más de lo mismo, muy atento y cercano. El local muy acogedor, tranquilo, y perfecto para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi novia. Volveremos seguro, ¡100% recomendable!

Fantastic food. We typically find Michelin recommendations when we travel. While not on a Michelin list, this was a pleasant surprise. Pulpo was cooked perfectly. Accommodated a request for a vegan paella. Nice wine and wonderful service. Made us feel at home.

Food was good, but I'm not sure if it's VFM. The starter and bread were very good. Then the Spanish salad was okay, and the buratta salad was uncreative for the price (just sliced tomatoes and buratta, I can do it at home). Campillo rioja wine was very good. Tartar was okay. Entrecote and ribeye were good, not necessarily worth their price. Puree was really weird, would not recommend it. Cheese cake was very good. The service was good. I don't know if I'd recommend to go here.

Loved our food. We had appetizers and wine, and we really liked our food. Wine was good, but overpriced. The best octopus we have ever had; and it’s been many. A bit pretentious but food is good. A mí parecer el precio bastante caro comparado con otros restaurantes semblantes. El servicio muy bien, camarero muy atento todo el tiempo, los platos los marchaban a buen ritmo. La comida bien, todo bueno pero nada que despuntara. Los boletus fuera de carta muy buenos, el brioche normalito, el Virrey pese a ser a la brasa le faltaba más intensidad de sabor y ese aroma a brasa, las verduras de acompañamiento mejor evitar, la tarta de queso igual tuvimos mala suerte pero no era ni tan cremosa ni espectacular. En general la comida estaba buena pero no para 120/pers.

And the Maitre almost forgot to bring us the check. They were a little pushy to help chose the most expensive wine - but overall good food. A disappointing experience on a night we hoped to celebrate I went to this restaurant with my wife after it was recommended by our hotel, but unfortunately the experience was a real disappointment. They have over 800 wines, yet no one who could help or advise us. After several attempts to get assistance, we ended up ordering just a glass instead of a bottle out of pure frustration. We ordered a starter and a risotto as our main dish. When the main course arrived, it was extremely salty and not tasty at all. We weren’t even sure if it was the dish we had ordered, so we asked. One waiter told us he didn’t know and would send the colleague who took our order. That colleague arrived, was quite rude, and simply said: “I don’t know the menu in English, and it’s a shame for you that you didn’t like it.” No solution, no apology, and after that, he completely avoided us. No one cleared our table, and we eventually stood up ourselves to go and ask for the bill. The final surprise was an extra €4 per person charge for bread we never asked for and was just placed on the table with the starter. For the price and the reputation, this was absolutely not worth it. Poor service, disappointing food, and a very unfriendly attitude. We had something special to celebrate that night, and we left feeling genuinely sad.

We had a reservation at 1pm opening time and when we walked in we weren't greeted right away. The restaurant was empty and there were two employees behind the bar at the entrance. It wasn't for 5 minutes that they asked if we had a reservation to which I said yes. The waitress was short and boarding rude. She had no idea about anything from wine list to seating table. Just felt really awkward. We ordered Ensaladilla rusa (apetizer)which was good, buñuelos de bacalao (apetizer) which took 20 minutes to arrive after we finished with the first apetizer. The wine and Denton fish we ordered were good. They didn't have Besugo nor lubina so we settled for Denton. A fish for two. BOTTOM LINE Poor service, OK but way overpriced food. I do not recommend this restaurant AT ALL unless you want poor service and overpriced food. Thank you

My worst Spain dining experience of the year … Upon initial entrance was surprised by the cafeteria lighting but was hopeful that the food and service would make it worth my time and money. Unfortunately the tuna was extremely fatty and inedible. We also had to send back the vegetables bc they were cold …The waiter never came to check on us once food was delivered. Let the waiter know and he went to mention to kitchen staff but no one seemed to care. Even though I Didn’t eat the tuna I was charged $48.00… So many other choices in Valencia - avoid this place - you will be super disappointed!!

We were truly disappointed after a great start with the wine & entree. Our children can cook better & frequently do. I would be embarrassed to serve a seafood dish with 4 measly prawns that were a third of the size of a healthy tiger prawn, and chopped up bits of seafood goodness knows what. In a pan of rice that was so thin and stuck to the pan than we had to forcibly scrape to have enough to eat. A garden rake would have been a better implement. Dont waste your time or money.

This is a terrible overrated restaurant which was highly recommended by our hotel. We ordered the wagu steak to be cooked medium. They brought us the meat very much alive and almost raw. When we confronted the waiters, they gave us a sirloin steak which was extremely salty and chewy. The meat was not tender and not cooked to satisfaction. The service was also poor and overall the quality of the restaurant was unsatisfactory given the high quality restaurants we are accustomed to in London. The people sitting next to us came from Belgium and they ordered a fish dish. The waitress did not even know how to cut and serve the fish. They looked extremely frustrated and were certainly not impressed. Do not waste your time to visit this restaurant. It is quite cramped inside and the quality of the food is below average. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a while and please keep on reading not to fall in the same mistake we did: decide to eat in this restaurant. The service was completely absent, abandoned to ourselves the whole time. The only waiter assisting was not prepared for his job, the multiple issues include: - 15 minutes to open a bottle of wine, butchering the bottle cap and serving it like CocaCola in a pub. Definitely not acceptable in a restaurant where the average price for each dish is 20 to 40 € - absolutely no clue about what is included in the menu. We have asked twice for suggestions over the wine options, no answer at all. - speed wasn’t either the core ability of the waiter… The food was highly overpriced and not worth the money. Beside the appetizers, everything else represented a problem for my tongue, taste and appetite: - the Paella was the salties I have ever had and after we mentioned it to the responsible, he tried to persuade us that it was the normal paella taste and nobody ever blamed it, this is even another example of how bad the service was, no critics could be made since they always tried to come up with some excuses. In one occasion we even got stopped while talking to avoid any kind of responsibility or discussion. - we have ordered a grilled fish for 39€ each, and it was without any kind of taste and with a really gummy consistency. The room was extremely loud and we couldn’t enjoy the situation nor the company. Avoid this restaurant if you want to avoid a really bad experience. This place doesn’t deserve your money nor your time, I truly suggest to stay away.
