A very bad experience requesting an invoice. I'm surprised that for a franchise of this size they can't provide an invoice on the spot and only give you an email address that doesn't even work. I don't recommend eating at these franchises.

Terrible service! This is the second time I've ordered delivery before 9 am and they haven't delivered my order even though they close at 10 pm. How is that possible? The delivery driver told me the store was closed, even though they say they close at 10 pm and actually close before the stated time 😤

Terrible service from the employees, they charged me for cheese crust and gave me regular ones... the crazy puffs were burnt and the dough was terribly made... zero out of zero

I've been waiting for my order for over half an hour. I see how they serve everyone else, and my order is just sitting there, thank you very much. I politely asked once, and the girl rudely replied that the time she'd indicated hadn't passed yet. The second time I asked, another girl told me they'd burned my order. I'm annoyed at waiting, but what annoys me even more is that they don't have staff trained in customer service. If they're hired for this, I don't know why they come to work so reluctantly. In the end, I had to cancel my order after waiting for over 40 minutes because it still wasn't ready, and they didn't even apologize.

They make me wait the time they give me, 20 to 25 minutes, and after half an hour my order is still not there, and the manager on duty comes out all arrogant, I demand my order and he almost hits me asking why I'm delaying his orders, to begin with, nobody asked him to come out to serve him, and if they are not qualified to serve, why don't they give me time? Why did they give me my raw pizzas and it wasn't just the one I bought, it was 4 pieces and they are raw, but if I went back to tell him, the man was capable of hitting me after I waited 45 minutes and they served everyone except me!
