Good morning. The facility is very beautiful. Kudos to the service, the customer service, and the entire staff. Reasonable prices.
As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a quaint little square where you feel like an integral part of the landscape... The products are excellent, so diverse, it's impossible not to buy something before leaving... The waitresses are very nice, ready to satisfy all their customers' needs... A place 🔝🔝🔝🔝
A true gem! This bar has quickly become one of my favorite places. The atmosphere is welcoming and thoughtfully crafted, with a warm vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and always smiling, ready to recommend the best options on the menu.
Beautiful location, all in stone and wood, it reminds us of an old mill, even with its wheel and stone well, another very nice feature. We went two mornings for breakfast at the suggestion of my niece who lives in Valenza. Everything was delicious, including the pizza we bought for lunch. What can I say? The staff were very kind, the ladies at the counter were very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Everything's great, the problem is the wait. We need a self-service checkout where people pay and get their change themselves, like in many bars, so that the clerks can be the clerks and not the cashiers. There would be more fluidity and speed in serving people!
Oscar-worthy focaccia. Delicious, and the bread is also very good, with several varieties. The desserts are also good. Excellent breakfast, with a variety of sweet and savory options. I recommend the sweet focaccia, truly delicious, my favorite. The staff is busy, but friendly.
Service not up to the level of the product...too slow and little attention, sometimes almost irritating. Good products especially pastries Good and very varied breakfast Parking always free
Many of the products are good, but the atmosphere is quite chaotic, and the service leaves a lot to be desired, especially the breakfast bar. You can't afford to have to wait so long to pay... the order is: 1) You tell the clerks what you'd like to eat/drink (when you're able to speak "on your turn") 2) They serve you (within a more or less acceptable timeframe) 3) You try to pay, but they ask you to move away from the counter to have breakfast more calmly 4) After your breakfast, you return to the counter to try to pay, and here the wait is quite long. I would suggest combining points 1 and 4 to avoid unnecessary waits. I must say, however, that I have no particular issues with the bread, focaccia, and pizza service.
I often go there for pizza, focaccia, or breakfast, and aside from one lady and two girls, the rest of the staff is uninterested and rude. Today was the worst of the worst. I went in to get the filled focaccias, which obviously aren't available at lunchtime (if you want them ready, you have to go for breakfast and no later). I asked the clerk, who rudely replied that she didn't have any, so as usual I asked if it was possible to refill them. Apparently she didn't feel like it, since she first replied that the focaccia she had (pointing to the old pieces on top) wasn't suitable for refilling. I then pointed out that a whole one had just arrived underneath and that she could have used that. Annoyed, she then turned to her colleague (the kind lady above) and asked if it could be refilled. When she said yes, annoyed, she went to refill them. When she returned, she informed me, again in a rather unkind manner, that the focaccia had broken, which honestly didn't matter, considering it wasn't a real treat, but I had to eat it. The only thing that makes me go back there are the focaccias and pizzas, if it were up to them they would have already closed
Very high prices and poor quality products.
The place is nice, and the food is good, but you can't wait 15-20 minutes in the morning for breakfast. No matter what day I've been, I've always had to wait at least 15-20 minutes for a coffee and croissant. I find that kind of wait unacceptable in a bar, especially in the morning when someone has to go to work. And by the way: serving the newly arrived lady first because you know her, in front of a customer who's been waiting for a long time, is truly in bad taste. I've always found the serving girls to be kind, but they're just too, too, too slow.
Why do you charge for paper at the cost of the product? Wouldn't it be fair and honest to remove the tare? Or calibrate the scale so that it's removed automatically? I'd like to know how many receipts you issue daily so I can see how much you're making. Too bad I didn't keep it last night.
Halloween-themed cake at the price of gold, literally raw. I've been suffering from diarrhea and vomiting for two days. While waiting for someone to serve me (they ignored me for at least 5 minutes), I ordered a Campari soda with gin, 7 euros. Not even in the best bar in Piazza del Duomo in Milan. Thieves are an understatement.
Excellent food, but let's draw a veil over the service... We left several times because of the very long wait (sometimes even 20 minutes). I tried to point this out and was told in a very rude way that we, the customers, are the ones who have to manage ourselves. I advise the managers to implement a system, for example by taking the number so as to be able to reduce the wait and serve customers in an orderly manner
Sunday morning, March 17, I arrived around 11:30 for breakfast. After waiting almost 10 minutes at the cash register in the bar area, there was only one girl busy washing dishes. A colleague arrived and when I asked for coffee, Marocco told me he couldn't make it because the coffee machine had just been cleaned. Are you kidding me? 11:30 and a bar doesn't make coffee? Unmotivated staff. It's clear that when the company isn't yours and you don't put your heart and soul into what you do, you end up not caring and making a fool of yourself. I was also planning on having two croissants, but the craving had passed. I then left and went to the Barberis pastry shop. Coffee, Marocco and croissants were served at 12 without any problems.
